Lots of places to choose from here in Bergen County, however; bagel nosh is a hidden gem! Looks suspect inside and out but don’t let that fool you! Priced well and better yet the food never fails. Service also always on point. They move you in and out and everybody pitches in behind the counter… it’s not just one guy on the grill. Everyone does it.
Take a look too at their custom cream cheeses and baked goods… also amazing!!!
Like I said, many other places to choose from in Bergen, but bagel nosh wins hands down!

Right down the street from my grandparents’ former house, I try to visit this bagel spot every time I’m in NJ. My go-​to is cinnamon raisin toasted with butter, but even without butter or other toppings, the fresh bagels are good enough to have as-​is — a valid indicator of Bagel Nosh’s quality.

This and Hot Bagels in Fair Lawn is the only places I go to get bagels in NJ. Bagel Nosh has the edge however, because 1) Service. Sorry, but Hot Bagels service can be hit/​miss, and on a bad day, can get you violent, Nosh employs friendly and efficient young folk who work fast to fulfill your bagel desires 2) IMHO, Bagel Nosh is a bit better, lighter, and a better chew. Hot Bagels makes a thicker bagel with more bagel veneer. Both are great tho. 5 stars for the Bagel Nosh of Waldwick

Bagel Nosh knows how to make a great bagel. Bagels are consistent doughy and airy, the combination for a quintessential Jersey bagel. When it comes to breakfast sandwiches they do tend to be little on the skimpy though.

I have gotten my bagels at Ho-​Ho-​Kus Bagels for 21 years although the past few years have seen many inconsistencies in the products. It is down the street from my house and very convenient. However, I stayed loyal to the bagel shop that I grew up with hoping one day it will be as good as it was back in the day. My friend had told me that Bagel Nosh is the greatest bagel I will ever eat in my life so I decided to give it a go. It is true, Bagel Nosh is heaven on earth. Every single time I have gotten bagels here it is big and soft and moist but dense on the inside. I always get a Taylor ham egg and cheese or bacon egg and cheese and every single time, no matter who makes it, comes out perfectly. They don’t over cook the egg like most places. This place was delicious enough to steal a customer from another bagel shop and I will never go to any other bagel shop.

I live in California but I come here every time I come out East. These things are so good, they have ruined bagels for me back in California. Perfect as is or toasted with some cream cheese. Delicious bagels every time I have come here. I wish I could have this stuff back home!

Greatest bagel ever. I’m not from area but stopped in randomly and it was best choice of the morning. Not only did they have pork roll (more of a South Jerz tradition) but the bagel was delicious, made super quick, and they have a cute seating area for a quick eat.

I used to live in New Jersey, and I really miss the yummy bagels I used to take for granted. Was passing through the area, on the way back to DC (where even passable bagels are rare), and based on Unilocal reviews, decided to stop in. It really IS as friendly and yummy as everyone says! I had a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel that was sublime. I was actually a little sad when the meal ended. Why can’t we have nice things like this in DC?!

Very good bagel — got one of the special win everything in the middle, with egg, bacon and light cheese salt and pepper. Very tasty — bagel is on the soft side. Will be back!

This place is AWESOME. They make all the bagels in house, have tons of cream cheese flavors, and tons of bagel options. The bacon, egg & cheese was delicious. I highly recommend to stop by if you’re in the area! Pick up some for breakfast and snacks throughout the day hehe

The greatest bagel I’ve ever had in my entire life. I went here like 2 years ago while visiting a friend and I still fantasize about the bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel that I got.
Is it weird to fantasize about bagels? Because that’s what Bagel Nosh will do to you. You have been warned.

Who says you can’t get a great bagel outside of New York?
This is a great bagel shop which I luckily stumbled upon while on business in New Jersey. I grabbed a toasted garlic bagel with veggie cream cheese and a carton of OJ. The bagel had the perfect chewy consistency and flavor which rivals some of the best bagels I’ve had in NYC. The service was very friendly and the food came out quick. If I am ever in the area i will return and grab a dozen to share with my coworkers and friends.

As I said before in my pictures that I posted I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here everyday and havent been dissatisfied yet. They have huge cream cheese selections and yes I know every bagel store has stuff like that but theirs is different. They are amazing just like their bagels. Everything in this bagel shop is fresh and tasty. Even their iced coffee makes me want to go back right now. Like I said before by far best bagels in new jersey. I havent tasted anything like these before in my entire life. I eat my bacon egg and cheese before I even leave the parking lot which is why I get a bagel with cream cheese as well. Highly recommended to anybody who loves a good tasty fresh crispy hand rolled bagel

Great place locally to grab fresh baked bagels. They so build lunch sandwiches on the fresh baked bagels. Too bad they close so early but they do open early. Get there early to pick your favorites as well as to avoid long lines out the front door.

I hate to be the dissenter but this place was only okay when I stopped in for a BEC this morning. The bagel tasted day-​old, even though it was rush hour and the place was hopping. It was just not wonderful. I’m giving it an average rating for now.
Service, however, was excellent — the girl who helped me knew her regulars and had a smile and a nice word for everyone.
I’ll give it another shot at some point in view of the good reviews and excellent service.
