This mcdonalds I think is a bit better than most the price isn’t to much and if you go inside it has a nice area for children to play and the food is great

It’s McDonald’s! McDonald’s usually aren’t this nice with courteous employees and a clean property but this one is. They do a great job here whether you order at the drive through or the counter! The place is fairly new and still has that new McDonalds smell!

What McDonalds is expected to be as far as service. When I was there, trash cans were overflowing to where customers were having to put their tray/​trash on TOP of the bins. Wasn’t very impressed but I know it had to do with the staff that was working because when I’ve been there before this stuff was taken care of.

Kernersville, NC
This location is always very busy-​lots of cars in the parking lot (most likely folks going to/​from the lake and/​or Winston). They have a double drive thru so I have never had to wait more than what seems like a minute or two for my order. They also have a «play-​place» for the kiddos. I’m not a huge fast food fan but I do love their iced coffees… husband has always been happy with his orders– biggest compliment was that the fries tasted «fresh». Gals working drive-​thru have always been sweet.
