Found this place last week with Toot and Chap after going to a classic auto show at nearby Allaire State Park. We drove by here on the way there and none of us had ever been here before, so we had to stop in. None of us will ever be going back, that you can bet on. Just not our kind of place. The barkeep was OK, very friendly and attentive. But that’s about it in terms of pluses. It’s a real«locals» bar and if you’re one of them I guess it’s fine but otherwise, NOT. They had a karaōke going on, but it was definitely a senior citizen karaōke. All the singers and most of the bar patrons were on the other side of 65, I would guess. The choice of singing material was reflected by this demographic. I’m sure they’re all nice people but it seemed like karaōke night at the assisted living home. It is right at a small local airport, but the majority of bar stools are facing away from the runways so we didn’t see much plane activity. There was a special event at the airport where you could check out these WWII vintage planes including a giant bomber. Not sure if it was a B-52 or not. You could even take a short flight in the bomber, that we were told is the last of its kind still flying. Price though was $ 450.00 which is more than it would cost for me to fly round trip to almost anywhere. We didn’t eat but a young couple next to us had a pizza and said that is the only reason they come there. The drinks were expensive for this place. We had two and left all agreeing, probably will never be a reason for us to return. P. S.: I saw no indication that this place was a «deli», and was suprised to see it named as such.

Great little bar deli Rest. in Wall right next to the Allaire airport. close to the beach. food was good not gourmet. Friendly staff. Great view and watch the sky divers and planes take off and land. I had a nice bowl of Lentil soup. I had the lobster with macaroni which was different. I will come back as it was relaxing and fun !!!
