A decent Chinese buffet with the standard items done with some expertise like broccoli beef, hot and sour soup, and a variety of seafood dishes on the weekend. It even has a limited selection of basic sushi like California rolls. There is a pretty good variety of items from fried items, soups, seafood, beef dishes, chicken dishes, veggie dishes and even a good assortment of desserts! Something for everyone. Waitstaff is pretty good too but only get your drinks and bill since it’s a buffet. As I understand it, they can get you a particular dish off the menu but I rarely do that since their selection is so good. They do keep the various items full and hot(or cold as needed) so I’ve rarely seen them run out of something. A good choice for a Sunday buffet IMHO.

With the sound of twangy Lil Chinese music in the background and the nfl network on the Tele my wife enjoyed some very good and very fresh Chinese food. The wait staff were very kind and courteous. The weekends are a Lil more spend butt that’s life ;-)

Why do you go to a buffet? To pig out. The good news? At a Chinese buffet, an hour later, the feeling of hunger comes back. I did stuff my face with chow mein, beef and broccoli, and the usual dishes. And, of course, I had to have that doughnut as dessert, but that isn’t the only dessert on the buffet at China Buffet; there are others. The fried plantains are also good. The food is continually cleaned up, if not by the diners, then by the workers, who are mixing the food around with spoons, or placing newly cooked trays out as soon as the old ones are somewhat empty. As far as Chinese buffets, this is as expected with the usual dishes and the usual tastes.

For a regular Chinese food buffet, the food served here is very acceptable. It is not a gourmet meal but the flavor is what you expect to get at a down-to-earth family buffet. There are enough choices for everyone to find a variety of foods to eat. The most common dish is chicken but there are seafood dishes, vegetable dishes and the always available beef and broccoli. There are numerous desserts, sushi, soups, doughnuts, pizza, noodles and rice. The meal includes water but all other drinks are extra. They have domestic beer as well as Tsingtao. Do not go expecting a romantic dinner. Go because you are hungry for Chinese food.

It’s seem to me the quality of their cooking has decreased since thee new management took over, they used to be very good but now they don’t have enough dishes or the food is undercooked

The only reason I give this one star is because I can’t give it zero. Service is horrible, the food isn’t very fresh. We have gone here a few times and every time my husband and I get sick.
