I am very disappointed in this facility for families. Our 1st time visiting was amazing, my husband and I took our 19 month old son to try something new on a gloomy Sunday morning. I purchased the toddler time ticket for him, bought socks for all of us and we had a great time from the staff who checked us in to the staff on the trampolines and other areas. Our child loved jumping, he held our hands while he jumped, or he jumped around us while we sat on the trampoline. We did not jump with him, we had an entire section to our self — it was great. The 2nd visit which was today was terrible. The staff was rude who check us in, as if we ruined her Sunday. Than when we approached the section that was open for the toddler trampoline jump time we were yelled at by another female staff personal for being on the trampoline, that we had to stay in the boarder mats. Frankly she seemed to young, and under educated to understand that toddlers want to be near their parents or at least able to hold their hands. She than said it was a «safety issue» as to why the parents were not allowed on the trampolines. I am sorry to call this person out but any parent of a «toddler» has nothing but the safety of their own child running threw their blood and eyes. I don’t consider the staff of any facility to have the same level of concern for my child’s safety as I would, especially when they would chit chat with other staff and not be watching the kids in the area. Needless to say I will not be bringing my small family here ever again and I will tell the families of our daycare our story and how we were treated. I am sure when enough families stop going, the franchise manager will either educate the staff on how to interact with customer with small children or the place will be come another rundown facility that inhabits CT

Pretty cool place. My 15 year old son runs through this place like he has lost all senses. If you think that’s funny… you should see the grown men jumping off the walls. Gets packed on Friday and Saturday… be prepared.

Pricing for this place is a bit absurd, we’re talking ups of $ 15 per person, per hour — but with things like Groupon you can find some discounts to lessen the blow. Birthday packages seem a bit excessive, but it’s a party factory churning out happy, exhausted guests without a hitch! I have not encountered any rules than were outrageous or any safety nazis. They try to keep everyone as safe as possible while they have a good time. There’s no reason a 35 year old needs to be in the same pod as a 4 year old. There’s plenty of seating for parents to watch on, as well as a good amount of organized activities so you’re not just hoping up and down. Dodgeball, foam pit, basketball, etc. Avoid the snack bar, it’s over priced garbage like all of these places. The biggest downfall was the lack of water fountains, and parking. There are only two water fountains in this entire mammoth of a playscape and the water pressure only allows for one to run at a time. Parking is not nearly enough we had to park two plazas down and walk down Route 5 to gain access — and when we made it to the parking lot it was practically under water. There’s clearly a drainage issue here. More stars for access to more water fountains and options for parking in the future. Overall, it’s a kids paradise — appeared pretty clean, and well organized. We’ll be back, I’m sure.

I went here today with my 5 year old daughter and her friend. We had an amazing time. I would recommend purchasing an hour of jump time. A half hour would not be enough and we were pretty exhausted at the end of the hour. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like. They separate adults and children in the free jump zone. This is probably for safety reasons but I would have liked to be able to jump near the kids I came with. The staff were pretty flexible though and tried to get us as close as we could. The foam pits were probably our favorite part. They also have basketball hoops and dodgeball games going on. Overall this place is a perfect place for a play date and the kids got to get a ton of energy out. I thought it was a little expensive at first(about 15 dollars per person for an hour) but I left feeling ok about the money I spent!

I have brought my 2 five year old boys maybe 4 times and they LOVE it especially the dodge ball. I think it’s a bit pricey but I have found groupons so that helped make it more reasonable. When it’s crowded it’s not as much fun but after school hours it’s not packed like it is on school vacations and weekends so we find it more fun. The staff is great, very professional and helpful. Overall I like it because it offers a healthy outing that tires my active boys out.

Way too many rules compared to the other trampoline parks like Flight & Launch. We bought passes to bounce with our kids. come to find out that adults have to bounce in a separate area than kids & we were not allowed to play dodgeball with them bc we were too big!!! Wth! Will not come back. Launch does not have these rules.

Terrible customer service. Rude, and turns you away if it’s full without any chance of waiting for an opening. No fair warning about buying in advance either. Wretched.

does not compare to other trampoline parks in the area(new britain & hartford). Comparatively small, and the actual trampoline sizes are small with alot of padding in between. Kids had fun, but did comment they enjoyed the other parks better.

Good music, but kids felt there were too many rules and the pit smelled. have fun, fly safe but remember you need to buy sick when you fly here. It’s a requirement.
