Staples

Usually have great experience with Staples but the associate assigned to the technology section in this store literally blew me off when I asked him for assistance choosing toner for my two printers. Seeing that it was 15 minutes before closing, a purchase over $ 300 and I’m a long time rewards customer, I call that bad business.

The only reason I go here is because of Ben in copy center. He is very knowledgable and gives excellent customer service.

An okay place for office equipment.
Parking lot is huge and easy to park in.
I would comment on the staff, but i felt like there is none. Both times I have gone into this location, the only employees I saw were the ones on the register. They were friendly however and did ask me if I found everything I was looking for.
The cleanliness of the store was great. Everything was very organized and easy to find.
The technology section was loaded with laptops and tablets, but I felt that the accessories were kicked back a lot (probably due to the fact that everyone uses tablets with touchscreens and laptops with keyboard/​touchpad and no CD drive).
Overall this is what you would expect from a staples store.

Graham in tech support is great. I drive to Wallingford from Cheshire because the Wallingford store is so much better.
