If you like to meet a pompous and arrogant sales guy come here. They have great products, however if you have a problem don’t expect any help beyond what’s customary.
Their business in Walnut Creek failed and still they are resistant to listen to suggestions. How about stay open on Sunday and close on Monday instead, because that’s when people who need to work actually have the time to buy glasses. No way.
We bought over the years 5 pairs of glasses there, however pompous arrogance in combination with mediocre service and relatively poor support got to me. No more shopping for me at this place since it is in my experience somewhat below average.

Based on the reviews I read and the shop’s website, I thought this would be the cutest little eyewear boutique in the East Bay. Sadly, I was thoroughly disappointed. After showing me two pairs I liked, the salesperson was set on showing me every other kind of style out there instead of options related to what I was interested in.
If you want to be able to totally customize every single aspect of your eyewear, shop here. But, if you (like me) are hoping to have a salesperson size up your face, listen to your likes and dislikes, and show you what Prada, Chanel and Fendi think will look good on you, this is not the spot for you.
