We have been purchasing materials from Build-​Tek for the past 15 years. They are conveniently located and fully staffed with knowledgeable and helpful personnel. Over the years we have relied on them to have the materials we need on short notice. Great inventory that meets the demands of the industry. Awesome delivery… you can call in the morning and often have what you need on site that same day.
Competitive pricing matters and Build-​Tek rates. More than once they have agreed to price match with local competition in an effort to keep my business in their shop.
I would, and do, recommend Build-​Tek to my colleagues and DIY’s alike.

Horrible customer service. They made 4 mistakes on my simple order. Including my name!
I would not want to deal with them on anything complex. They have complete idiots working the front counter.
I was rushed back and fourth between 2 guys. Neither could count or do math correctly.
I had to correct the materials order for them. Plus, they actually missed pieces that were critical in my order.
I have about 8k worth of lumber and materials to purchase. I walked away, never to use them again.
I can’t understand how they have stayed in business so long!
