Listen to me — DONOTGOHERE. Been here 10 times, food is always under cooked and barely passable for even the most heinous prison meals. What’s worse is that the food is as bad as the customer service. It’s simple right — we drive up — give money — we want edible food — but that logic escapes that place — seriously just go to one of the other 1000 plus fast food places around town — please — it will make me feel better if you do. This place is total PUKE.

Had lunch there today after doing an errand almost across the street. Had a Whopper cheese burger. OK, not great. Men’s bathroom messy and the place was not busy.

Been to this bk many times. Pretty good bk here. Get the onion rings and the crispy chicken sandwich! Yes. Pretty much standard Burger King.

As far as JC S. Goes, there are some real yo-yos on Unilocal.Seriously, you write a review about a place you ate at a year ago? I have no affiliation with the store, but that shows serious signs of illness. Food is very good and well prepared, and service is moderate to good. Nothing to complain about, and nothing to write home to mother about. But that being said, it’s a good store with good food. I would give it A lower score on price as Burger King prices seem to be skyrocketing, but given that this is something probably set by corporate, I will not penalize the store for this.

Always use the drive-thru here. The employees are always very nice and the service is swell. My problem in the pricing. They charge over $ 5.00 for a Whopper with cheese. I can travel a small distance and get a Nation’s cheeseburger for $ 5.20. Whoppers are ok but cannot compare, even remotely, with a Nation’s cheeseburger. Sorry Burger King… you’re pricing is nuts.

A year ago I had two bad esperiences back to back with this place… first they downsized my burger to a child size… when I returned with a coupon from coroporate I was kept waiting for ten minutes while my order became stone cold while their manager«reviewed» the coupon to make sure it was legit. Today I went back. I asked them what size in ounces the meat in their patties was in the different burgers and they STARED at me as if I was speaking a foreign language. BASIC question in a burger establishment to be sure I was NOT downgraded on my burger again. Needless to say I LEFT and drove the 1 block to Wendy’s where I got a very adequate cheeseburger. Burger King deserves ZERO stars and I hope and pray their corporate management either replaces the franchise manager or shuts this particular station down. It is THAT bad.

my experience here is aged, about a decade or so ago. used to park my small truck and take my lunch break here. wasn’t that busy then. sidewalk parking wasn’t always available. didn’t discover Unilocal yet. at that time walnut creek wasn’t the food scene it is now. found the food ok then. haven’t gone back recently.

Employees were messing around on the drive through speaker box. Would have preferred them to be more professional. If they’re that bored, who knows what they might do with the food. So I left

The service was alright, I ordered the chicken tenders 5 piece meal only to find out when I got home that they didn’t include any ranch, who the F eats their tenders dry like that? On top of that, they didn’t even include one ketchup packet either. By this point I had already rage flipped a table over in my apartment. PLEASE, include ranch with your tenders, especially if someone is paying for a full meal. I shouldn’t have to remember to specially ask for that shiz.

Not sure why this location has such low ratings. Yes it’s Burger King, yes it’s fast food, the food here is the same as any other BK that I have been. The drive-thru has always moved quick and my order is always correct. The employees are not over the top friendly but they have never been rude in anyway. If you like BK this one is as good as any of the others.

i freaking love Burger King, but this place is just ghettttto. I usually feel safe around Walnut Creek, but this has gotta be the only place I don’t feel comfortable going. I went there for a late night craving of my fave, the onion rings! and this was the only fast food place that was close by that was still open. When I got there, I ordered my food and waited patiently by the counter as I got hit on by some stupid kids hanging out there. They had to have been maybe in high school, or sadly, maybe even older than that. AFter hitting on me, they asked me for change, so they could order food. I wanted them to leave me alone so I gave them a quarter, and then after that they proceeded to pester the worker and asked them for a burger for that quarter. By this time I felt extremely sorry for the workers, that these kids were hanging out here, and the workers didn’t even know what to do with them except attempt to ignore them. Anyway, I continued to wait and they started having a conversation regarding feces, and by this point i was sooo ready to get out of there. I finally received my food and got the hell out of there as the kids hollered bye to me. It was such an uncomfortable experience, i hope to never come back to this place…

Look, in the heirarchy of fast food, BK is second to last. It goes Culvers, Wendy’s, JITB, BK, and McD’s. End of story. However, even by the already-low BK standards, this place is awful. I’ve been through this place’s drive though and gotten food inside before. Twice. Why did I go back a second time? Sometimes, places don’t deserve a second shot. So here’s the deal: I’m walking home from BART and fiending for a chicken sandwich. Wendy’s is being remodeled, so I sack up and go for BK. I would have been better off chewing my shoe’s rubber sole. And the taste would have been better too. Even the hefty dose of pepper on the chicken couldn’t hide what it tasted like — NOT chicken. What doesn’t taste like chicken? Nothing doesn’t taste like chicken! What the heck kind of meat did they use that didn’t taste like chicken? Squirrel tastes like chicken! Or I’m told it does anyway. I’d also like to add that their staff were particularly surly that evening. I wouldn’t have been shocked if one had jumped over the counter and beat me a carton of frozen fish sticks. Perhaps on some evenings their staff are friendly, but in their defense they DO have to stare at a Chevron all day. I’d feel homicidal if I had to stare at a gas station all day. Which, as a note, if you plan on eating here, don’t make the journey for the wonderful views. Unless you dig Chevron stations. Okay, so I decide to give them a second chance a few weeks later, right. I go to the drive through and order chicken fries. Look, here’s why I was an idiot. chicken that’s been put through the potato slicer, cut into fry-sized strips, breaded, and fried are really dry. I hurt a filling on these things! You know how much that hurts? I’m relatively certain there wasn’t a nail in the chicken fry, but it was hard enough that biting it actually hurt. The regular fries were good, though. That’s the only thing BK does well — fries. Not chicken fries. Those are the food equivalent of a love child between Stalin and Hitler. Sweet God what maniac invented them? There’s one reason to go here: you’re on a quest to order food from every BK in the world. Short of that mission, there’s no reason to darken this place’s doorway. On the survey questions below, where it asks what meals this place is good for, I wish there were a check box for«none.»

After our frustrating experience at Taco Bell’s drive through that resulted in NODINNER, we drove down the street to Burger King. The kids were pretty hungry by now and so asked if we could eat INSIDE. Since I was pretty fed up by the whole drive through experience at TB and since they were pretty good sports about the whole Taco Bell thing, I agreed. Well, I get that they are trying to keep costs low, but you have to ask for EVERYTHING at this Burger King. 1. We put in our orders(and, unlike TB, BK does serve milk with their kids’ meals), and I asked for a cup for water as I’m trying to cut down on sodas. When we got our order, I had to ask for the cup again. 2. The nuggets don’t come with sauce; you have to ask for it. 3. You also have to ask for Ketchup with your fries. 4. Onion rings, which used to come with the special onion ring sauce… you have to ask for that sauce. 5. The kicker. We were eating IN the restaurant, but there are no napkin dispensers in the place NOR did the staff give us any with our meal. Yep, you have to ASK for napkins. And, yet, 3 stars? Well, compared to our Taco Bell experience, this was GREAT.
