It’s hard to give subway a low rating when it’s pretty universal. But this rating is purely on service. Have been here regularly over the past month. Gabby is easily the worst sandwich maker I have ever seen. Does everything with an attitude. I ask for extra sauce and she goes over the top. Never evenly spreads anything. Once tried to get a last minute sandwich at 9:55. They close at 10. Gabby had already locked the front doors. I know it’s not the most pleasant to have customers at that time, but to lock your doors before the closing hours is bad business. I will now start to take my business elsewhere even if it is out of my way.

Worst subway experience yet. Walk in and the employees(man and woman) are talking amongst each other. The woman asks my order so I specifically say«a 6 inch turkey bacon avocado on wheat.» The man starts leaving and I guess this sidetracks her(will explain later). Then they didn’t have avocado which they substituted for a spicy guacamole:/ the lady rings me up and charges me for a footlong. I ask her about it and she says I told her a footlong. I argue with her but don’t want to waste the sandwich because of her being distracted and not listening to my order so I pay for it. However, will NOT be recommending this place or returning because that is extremely rude and not my fault that she can’t follow a simple order.

Use to go here everyday until I ran into the Indian kid who claimed to also work at another Subway. He needs a lesson on customer service, thanks to him I will no longer be going to Subways and should of just stuck to Togo’s like I’ve always have…

Are there negative stars to give? I understand they are super busy with their BOGO offer but that does NOT give you an excuse to be beyond RUDE to your customers. The worker named gabby was extremely rude when«helping» me. How can u tell me I didn’t ask for toasted when I said«toasted tuna on wheat» i could go on and on about my bad service from her but not worth my time. Basically I have never had a good experience here! Will def go out of my way to find a better subway!

I am a regular here(eat here about 4 – 5 a weeks) and couldn’t understand the large amount of negative reviews this subway location receives… Until today. I have always experienced great customer service at this Subway location until today, when I experienced the worst customer service entire life. I ordered the Italian BMT and had the unfortunate displeasure of having my sandwich made by GABBY with 2 B’s(she told me to remember to spell it with 2 B’s while she highlighted her name tag, if I left a bad Unilocal review). I always order the Italian BMT w/double meat and no Ham and never ask for extra meat, even when Gabby has offered to give me extra meat in the past(ex: she has offered to put on Turkey instead of Ham). This time I asked if she could do me a favor and put on 3 extra slices of salami, which she did. When I was ready to purchase my sandwich, Gabby charged me $ 3 for double meat instead of $ 1.50! When I politely asked why she stated that I had ordered 2 extra meats because of the 3 extra pieces of salami. If she wanted to charge extra she should have simply stated that when I asked for the 3 extra pieces and I would have declined and it would have been no big deal. When I told her politely to simply remove the 3 extra pieces she REFUSED and DEMANDED I pay for the extremely overpriced sandwich. I then told her I could just get another sandwich and she said I could not and had to pay for the overpriced sandwich. Gabby has made many sandwiches for me and never, ever acted so rude before. I was extremely taken back by her malice and confrontational attitude towards me. You don’t treat regular customers they way she did and run a successful business, especially when there are countless Subway franchises I could choose from in the immediate vicinity. I will be taking my business(4 – 5 times a week) to another nearby Subway location in the future. If you go to this Subway and GABBY is going to make your sandwich just run out the door!

The sandwich itself was ok. This subway definitely skimps on everything. The service, however, was HORRIBLE! My cousin had a coupon for a buy one get one free. She asked the first worker, a middle aged latin woman whose name we didn’t get, if the coupon would still work if she got a foot long. She said yes. Then my cousin went to pay the cashier, a middle aged latin, chubby, unattractive, rude woman named GABY. Gaby rudely told my cousin that the coupon clearly says u can’t do what the first worker told her she can do. Then she falsely accused my cousin, in front of her daughters, that she had been trying to wrongly use coupons for a while now. My cousin tried to tell her that was not her and that it was actually her first time using a coupon at this subway. The argument then ended with Gaby stating to my cousin«well you’re the one trying to use a coupon» as if she was belittling my cousin. My poor cousin cried in the restaurant over how rudely Gaby had treated her. Needless to say we will have a chat with the manager. BOTTOMLINE — BAD, HORRIBLE, RUDECUSTOMERSERVICEESPECIALLY A WOMANNAMEDGABY.

Horrible! Never again. Not only did the guy messed up my sandwich, he did not wanted to fix it and he tried to charge me for another one. Then when I go to my job ready to enjoy my sandwich and try to forget the horrible customer service I realize that the bread was hard and tasted old! I called to complain or at least to have them give me a sandwich I payed for and he said I could come right now if not there was nothing he could do. I told him I was at work and couldn’t leave again, he said ooh well sorry… Really!!! Ugh. NEVERGOINGBACKAGAIN! My husband ordered one of their pizzas and surprise! It was hard as well and tasted horrible.

Food quality average subway but what really got me was after my meal I really had to use bathroom and this is first subway in the suburbs I have ever known to not have a bathroom. Seriously what restaurant doesn’t have a bathroom. Went back to work and rushed in a quick as I could. I won’t be back there again

Had an order of 6 sandwiches that I put in a phone order for. I always get nervous with phone orders because they sometimes end up wrong. The woman on the phone repeated everything back perfectly and told me it should be ready in 20 min. I hung up then called right back to add a sandwich and they told me I could Hess over now, the order was basically done! Showed up5 min later and sure enough there was a bag full of sandwiches waiting for me. Got gone and not one was wrong! The two people working wrote so nice and pleasant. Thank you for the sandwiches!!!

A friend and I were hanging out, and decided to grab some food. We thought of subway, and since the one near my house was closed, we went to this one. We were in good spirits going into the subway as we were both hungry. I frequent subway often enough to know what I want, and it usually taste just how I like it, but this subway was something else. My friends sourdough bread was very doughy. The vegetables were not fresh at all, and the guy working had his girlfriend sitting next to him at a table. She was also drinking soda from a water cup, and normally I can understand that. I would do that to, not a huge deal, but when my friend decided to try this, He yelled at us to only get water. That was a really stupid to see, because of how they decided to treat that situation. Overall, very bad, and the guy with the colored hair and his girlfriend with the colored hair are douchebags, IMO.

It’s really such a shame. I love Subway. They make good sandwiches with fresh ingredients. For five dollars you can get enough food to last you two meals. I was actually happy to have this Subway literally right down the street from my job. A five minute walk. Sadly this Subway is just plain horrible. First, some of the smaller things that irritated me. I don’t like the fact that they don’t ask you if you would like to eat there or take it to go. They automatically put your sandwich in a bag. Even though I had my chips and soda cup on the tray, she took the chips and placed that too in the bag. I don’t know if it’s a way of washing less trays, or if they just don’t want people eating there. This is a problem I have with most Subways because most of them do this. Another small thing that kind of annoyed me is they don’t have a public bathroom. It would be a lot more convenient then having to go next door to 7 – 11 or Heavenly Café. This is the only Subway I have ever seen where they didn’t have the five dollar foot longs on there menu. I don’t know if Subway discontinued that but I have to admit I highly doubt it. The cheapest sandwich I saw was $ 6.50. Not cool. This place also really skimps on the meat and cheese. I’ve been to Subway since I was a kid and they have ALWAYS put four slices of cheese on a foot long. Not here. What I got was three slices of cheese, and meat spread very sparingly. They must be on a budget. This last time I went I ordered a foot long tuna on wheat. A kind of usual I guess you can say. The«sandwich artist» making my sandwich seemed to have a permanent scowl on her face. She didn’t spread the tuna like I’ve seen many people before her do. She had to apparently beat it into the sandwich. They even skimp on the veggies. Yes I want onions and please give more then a few slivers thank you. The same girl who made my sandwich glared at me a few times as I eat. She had no shame about talking on her phone, behind the counter not caring everyone can watch her do it. At least around the corner so we can’t see you. The last straw was the food poisoning I got later. I should of known better because I watched her take parts of the tuna I’m guessing was bad, and throwing it away with her scoop, and then using the same scoop to scoop more tuna onto the sandwich. The service is bad enough, but when you add everything else and the the food poisioning cherry on top. Not acceptable. This place needs to change management or just go away for good.

Luckily I didn’t experience any of the issues expressed by fellow Unilocalers when last I went to this Subway. It was on the way to Tahoe, picking up a friend, around 9pm. Service was fine, topping amount was average, and Subway prices are pretty fair. Sandwich tasted just like a subway sandwich should then at 9pm and three and a half hours later when I reached the cabin in Tahoe. Given, I wasn’t drooling of crazy-deliciousness, but no problems, and an A-OK average subway sammich

I have had a couple great experiences at this location. They did a good job making my sandwich, and one of the guys that works here had really good customer service. Much faster than other locations I have been to. I did get really upset at this place closing really early. Why do you lock the doors 10 minutes before closing while you are making sandwiches for someone else inside? Not cool lazy employee, not cool.

I live upstairs so it’s hard to resist the convenience of Subway sometimes. But I’ve been to this one 5 or 6 times now, and each time it is the worst experience ever. Every guy that works there thinks it’s ok to stare at my chest while taking my order. They don’t even try to hide it. Last night was the last straw because the sandwich SUCKED(how hard is it to make turkey and bread taste good?!) AND he was staring at me. Plus he was yelling at his co-worker in Spanish to not put so much stuff on our sandwiches. They are always rude and the food is not fresh.

I’ve gone into this Subway quite a few times over the last three years. They used to have great people working behind the counter with good personalities. Good sandwiches with generous amount of toppings. These past two to three times I’ve gotten poor service and hardly anything inside the bread of the sandwich. Today the lady was so rude I will definitely NOT be going back. What happened to the good customer service?

Gosh, I wish zero stars was an option. WORSTSUBWAYEVER. Rude service, does not open at 8am like the website says, it takes 20 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich, you get pickles on your breakfast sandwich instead of tomatoes, etc … I really hope the Subway«brand» steps in and does something with this location. No one deserves to be treated as rudely as I have been treated at this Subway.

I usually grab a Foot Long Turkey Sandwich on my way to Bart or on my way home. There a few Subway on the way home, but this was the one that was generous with their toppings. Not today. I ordered 2 Foot Longs and mine was way Skimpy in the Everything department. The toppings were non existent and the bread tasted a day old. My son’s sandwich was very basic, but they had lots of Ham and Cheese. My Turkey Sandwich was Bland. I also ordered a Sm. Drink and 2 Apple Juices in boxes. The grand total for my lunch was $ 15.20. I think will stick to one near my house in Landana Plaza, and at least I can get a Yogurt from Yo’ Peak and save some money on the drinks.

Avoid at lunchtime at all costs. Line is usually out the door, and along with their staff, you will end up waiting 10 minutes to get a sandwich that you didn’t really even order. There is one woman, that just pretty much doesn’t speak English. She pretty much puts whatever she wants on your sandwich. Beware of this Subway. Check out the Subway in the Kohls shopping center closeby. Much better.

Usually I’m pretty easy to please and don’t really expect much, especially when it comes to fast food… but this place is just bad. It doesn’t really matter what you order here since they basically make you whatever they feel like. EVERY time I go here they just put cheese on it without waiting for me to tell them what kind I want. They also put mayo/mustard even after you tell them you don’t want it. Your lucky if your sandwich comes out remotely like what you asked for. Save yourself the trouble and go next door to Heavenly Café or even 7-Eleven!
