I handed her a piece of paper asking for a vegie sub. Got a turkey sub.
My Italian sandwich was lacking the Italian dressing.
Nothing worse than a togo order that I walked to pick up being fixed wrong. I need to go try to get my money back. I will update this review when I return.
Changed from one to three stars because they were very nice about the return.

Why is it hot as heck in this subway? No AC only fans going on.
Not only was it hot, in this 90° weather but it looked like there was a lunch rush, with no one in line.
All of the ingredients were open and there were spoons everywhere which is weird because there was no one there, not even an employee. We just decided to not turn into fried chicken and went to eat tacos next door.

It’s unfortunate that your first review has to be like this.
So tonight I expected to be able to enjoy one of your guys sandwiches from this location. I understand that last minute customers can be a pain but I didn’t know that coming in ¹⁵⁄₂₀ minutes before closing was just as bad as coming in 5 minutes before. I walked in around a little before 845 and the lady there (I forgot her name), said she was closed. I was a little confused. I asked what time her store closed and she said 9 o clock. Being confused, I looked at my phone and it was still 845. and to come to a conclusion, she closed her register way before closing time!
You guys should be happy I wasn’t somebody from corporate trying to walk in.
