As I’m standing here at 2pm on a hot day I can’t belive the management of this subway only has 1 person working I’m on my lunch and this is so inconvenient I have been in line waiting on a sub for about 20 minutes now this is ridiculous.

I ordered a salad and it was poorly prepared, I asked for spinach and they only put about four pieces!!! Also the employee began sweeping and literally she was sweeping my feet, just under the table I was eating, can’t she just wait until I finish???

Absolutely disgusting. Old veggies. The olives taste rotten. Skimped me on toppings on a salad. And the soda was hellah watery. Only good part was the packaged chips.

These other post must be for another subway… Great service, speedy and friendly. It is always clean inside where you eat and the bathroom exceptionally clean. And however is in charge of their music is a genius, nothing but the finest jazz.

Omg where should I start … Nothing here is fresh. Tomatoes are disgustingly huge. avocado is dark. lettuce dry and old. first time in my life that I have been disgusted by a subway sandwich. I tried talking to the lady about it and she was so defensive about it. I love subway but I will never go to this location

Is this place is disappointing at best. I work near by and it’s one of the only non Mexican restaurants. I walked in and a woman was sweeping the floor and I apologized for walking where she was sweeping, she nodded politely that I was ok. Maybe a minute later she practically yelled at me to move so she could continue sweeping. Once I decided, I ordered and the woman started making my sandwich she immediately started going to toast it. I didn’t want it toasted. Then veggies I said all, for my foot long sandiwch she then proceeded to add 2 olives and a pickle yes A PICKLE. I had to ask for more of this more of that as she proceeded rolled her eyes. The 6 inch in front of me had more then my footlong. Then the kicker she closed my sandwich and didn’t bother asking what condiments. Yeah sure I like bread and a pickle and some meat. I had to ask, pathetic amount at best. I had to actually go ask for more condiments after sitting down because it was dry and plaine because of nothing on it. Then while eating the sweeper from before yelled at me to move my feet twice, so she could sweep and the second time to mop. This place is the worst customer service and value I have ever seen. If I am paying for a footlong I want a footlong’s worth veggies for God’s sake!

I would give it 0 star, if it was an option, I came here with 6 young kids and this place barely any chairs to sit, and toaster oven was out of order, when I ask for my kids to wash there hand, they said the owner took the restroom key to home, also service was so nasty.

AVOIDATALLCOST!!! Welcome to the WORST Subway in all of California. Owned and operated by people who clearly just don’t give a crap. Here you can expect disappointing service that will blow your mind & disappoint your stomach! I hadn’t been here in about six months and I thought I would stop by to see if it had improved in anyway. To my surprise they had actually gotten worse. When I entered the subway there was one person eating a sandwich and one person who was paying for their sandwich who was absolutely loud and obnoxious, telling her life story, but entertaining to the two Subway employees who decided to just listen to her. I knew this was going to be bad so I timed it to see how long it would take for them to acknowledge me. After five minutes I had had enough and decided to walk out, hungry and mystified at the utter lack of service. Pretty disappointing to a person who’s hungry and is willing to pay money for food. Not all Subway’s are bad but this one is the Tito Jackson of Subways. I would avoid it at all costs just for the simple fact that they don’t get enough customers to go through their meats fast enough. so I don’t think You’re not getting the freshest quality food!!!

Typically going to a subway restaurant is the same wherever you go. But that does not hold true with this subway. Keep in mind I don’t like Subway to begin with but it’s cheap and convenient. Anyway the sandwich makers here rush the job, put all the mayonnaise on one end of the bread and all the mustard on the other end of the bread so you have two big gobs not spread out. Gross. I’ve been here 4 or 5 times. About half of those visits I was given hard bread. I understand they make it daily but mine was hard. I won’t be going back. Long live locally owned deli’s!

I’ve had both good and not good experiences here. Today was a not good experience. Usually it seems they love what they do, they put the effort into making a good sandwich. It sounds strange but it’s very true. Today this woman did not care. She pretty much just through the meat onto the bread and gave me very minimal vegetables. The guy that was after me asked for a meatball sub light on the sauce and he emphasized light. She apparently heard extra sauce because she kept pouring it on and asked«Is that OK?» I go to pay for it and all of a sudden a smile appears when she asks if I want a meal, and how easily it disappears when I say no.

I don’t have to say it, you already know it — Subway rocks! If you’re like me and a general shunner of fast food, then you know Subway is the perfect compromise when you just need eats in a hurry. Tons and tons of options and combinations, and of course you always get to personalize your bread, veggie, cheese and condiment choice. Shouldn’t every house have a Subway in it? The employees at this location are very friendly and helpful, and they aren’t afraid to jam extra lettuce and veggies in to make a nice plump sammich! And, this is a personal thing with me, no employee here has ever questioned me when I tell them I don’t want mayo, mustard or any kind of spread. I just don’t — I’ve liked dry sandwiches since I was a kid. But I have literally had Subway employees treat the request like I’ve forgotten to wear my pants or something… for shaaaaaaame. Not this Subway — they just do it the way you want. As it should be! Thanks for great service, and great sandwiches!

Of the subways in the area I think this one is my new favorite. Typically I go here at lunch time, the sandwich slingers are quick and efficient and get you out the door in the blink of an eye. I was a little hesitant at first since this location never really seems busy but then I realized its because they are so quick and efficient! The ingredients are fresh and the store is clean. Parking is decent and you’ll typically find a spot out front.

This place is really close to work so i am able to walk over for lunch here… but, the sandwich experts who creates my sandwich needs a little bit more training… I like my sandwich neat and tight. But lately the last two times i have eaten here when i open my wrapped up sandwich the veggies are falling out and the presenation all together is quite sloppy!!! I get the same sandwich every time and I eat here four times a month so I would think that they get my order right… I mean maybe less flirting from the sanwich expert and more paying attention to creating my sandwich would be my tip to them! Therefore only three stars…

The place is fine but the guy that works there is a pain in the … He requires much repetition of the order. This happens every time I am there. I would not bother but my daughter loves it.

The level of quality in each Subway I go to feels different depending on its location. This one is very stingy about their condiments and seems limited to what they have. Comparing this location to the one in Sunvalley Mall or the one in Walnut Creek off Locust, I’ve noticed the other two locations had spinach. I would think that the other two locations have a higher number of customers due to their location. I probably would’ve enjoyed my sandwich if I went to the one a few blocks down near Kohl’s.

Absolutely the worse Subway ever. Just went in today to order a couple sandwiches and a personal pizza. First sandwich she starts adding avacado to it,(which they charge extra for) and I never asked for avacado! I politely told her that it was not what I ordered and she tries scraping it off. i told her I am alergic and she did not understand me, and kept saying I don’t understand what you say? Neither one of the two girls in there spoke very good english and they don’t listed to anytihng you say. I asked her to make a new sandwich and she said«I use the same meat and cheese!» It was already toasted I was so grossed out I said just nevermind on that sandwich altogether. By toasting it again it would have been dried out! Second sandwich was my brothers, he asked her to put peppers on it. She didn’t ask if he wanted lettuse but reached for it, he then said no, I don’t want lettuse. She loked up and reached for it again and threw it on his sandwich and then picked it off once he said I don’t want lettuse. He still got the sandwich but we were both fuming by this point! Third item was a personal pizza for my son. I told her I want a pepperoni pizza and she made it a cheese and toasted it. Then realized her mistake and tossed peperoni on there cold and boxed it up. WOW! She was very rude when I told her I didn’t want the sandwich with avacado on it at all, did not offer to make me a new one, when I asked for a new one she wouldn’t give me new meat or cheese(which was already toasted and had some avacado on it). Overall I will never be back, if it wasn’t for the two other people with me who were really hungry I would ahve said forget it alltogether!

I have been known to, on occasion, watch The Biggest Loser. I have also been known to, on most occasions, eat ice cream or {insert other unhealthy food here} while watching The Biggest Loser. Although my willpower could use some work, I do sometimes learn things from the show that help me to make better decisions at a later date. For example, I learned that Subway now serves breakfast and it is healthy enough that the contestants on the show get to go there.(Yes, Subway is a sponsor of the show and the in-episode advertising is quite obvious.) On Friday morning, I was in a hurry to pick up a bite to eat and still make it to my hair appointment on time. Luckily, this Subway was on the way and, in a sea of fast food restaurants and donut shops, really was the best option. The woman working was really nice and quickly put together my egg white, cheese and tomato breakfast sandwich on flatbread. At less than $ 3, it filled me up for a comparable price to any of the far more unhealthy breakfast choices nearby.

I like this subway. It’s never super busy when I go, and all the girls who work here are friendly. I’ve never had a problem with the way they charge me, and their sandwiches have always been good. No complaints.

This is the WORST Subway I have ever been to. The lady tried to charged me extra for extra tomatoes. She laid down 6 thinly sliced tomatoes on a foot long and said thats enough or I will charge you. I always get extra tomatoes at every Subway and never threathen to be charged extra(cheap bastards). Then when I go to pay, I asked the lady if this Subway location will charge ME a fee if I swiped my card. Instead she answered with a annoyed«I don’t know.» I think she was the manager too. Whatever bish… sandwhich was gross anyways.
