Been to MANY wing stops local to the area and this is by far the best one yet! Every time I come to this location I get exceptional customer service, unlike the one on ygnacio.

The Wing Stop in Concord is my go to place for wings. I love their lemon pepper wings and their .60 cent boneless wing deal is awesome. The operation is straight forward, I usually order over the phone and when I arrive to pick up my oder… it’s ready to go. My experience at this location is solid, the service is good and the food is consistently the same, really good.

I’ve been here 3 times and every time I wait on their benches for 30 minutes while everyone after me orders and leaves. Can’t stand the wait!!! I tried ordering online this last time and it took longer??? How is that possible?

This place is terrible. First few times I ate here wings were way too salty. Decided to give it another try today, only to wait for an HOUR(after calling in my order ahead of time) and still wasn’t ready. Cancelled my order and left. Wingstop in Concord is so much better and after today I will be driving an extra 15 minutes to that location just to avoid this shithole. Never again.

Best wings and fried. Had awesome food with the employees being firendly like always. Only thing was the rude customer guy who was paying and didnt wanna show his id. He wasnt talking respectively to the employees and wanted to talk to the manager about having to show his id. I overheard but stayed atentive because he was being rude to the employee who was saying theyre just doing what his boss asks. The customers noticed and just stared at him. but other than that random customer. It waa good

Soooo slowwwwwwwwww… Ordered online and came expecting it to be ready 2min later… Nope. They didn’t even start it. So counting 20min from online waited total of 50min… Wth… It looks like they’re not even working. Just standing around talking

This is the second time I’ve tried wing stop and this is also the second time that I’ve been disappointed. I ordered 12 Parmesan and garlic wings. The flavor wasn’t too great most of the wings were pretty small and it seemed like all my garlic was just at the bottom of the plate. They charged me extra to get a cup of blue cheese to dip the wings in and after eating a couple wings I noticed a wing that looked like it was the size of a quarter. This also happened to my wife a couple minutes earlier and she had to take hers up and they said that they would replace the one wing. At this point I wasn’t too thrilled about the wings anyways so I just ate the little mini guy and left. I probably won’t be returning here anytime soon especially when Buffalo wild wings is coming to Concord

OK I have to admit I’m quite surprised today. I’ve been to MANY wing stops but this one takes the prize for best customer service, multitasking skills and overall. Service is as good as it gets. The gentleman at the register moves the line and phone orders quite fast and smooth. I think I waited in line a min or two. Then when I had started to read the book I brought down(thinking I had a long wait ahead of me) my name is called. I thought NOWAY… so I sat back and listened again. This time the guy who took my order said my name. Wow really that 20min wait cut way short. Way to go. As I’m leaving he manages to finish the order he’s doing and wish me a good night. . Food was fresh and just what I would imagine from wing stop. Soda was perfectly carbonated(usually flat in most places) veggie sticks fresh . Only thing that I could say is lobby was a little sloppy but hey they where busy busy. I don’t think he stopped taking orders since the moment I walked in. So maybe have a lobby person? But other than that 100%

The most fire delicious fries I’ve had from wingstop in a while: seasoned perfectly and crisp. The wings were good too. They weren’t scrawny. The cashiers were nice. Can’t really ask for more.

After I had the best wings of my life in San Francisco, I don’t think wing stop will ever cut it for me. The sauces weren’t that great on the Cajun and standard hot wings. The cole slaw tasted the same as from KFC. The only notable thing was the friendly and quick service. I think they’re better than Buffalo Wild Wings though so I may be back if I need a quick and cheap wing fix

I got drug here by co-workers unwillingly, I knew I should have gone next door to panda. Poor service, even worse food and OMGOVERPRICED! $ 11+ for some chicken strips? The sauces were way to salty, fries mushy and the three measly chicken tenders I got we’re just okay.

Zero stars.(Only gave one star because I had too.) This place is the worst. I’ve had multiple issues with them. One time they forgot our fries!?! That’s half the meal!!! This time was the breaking point. I will never go here again. Ordered online at 8:16 to be picked up at 8:45 when I got off work. Got there at 8:46. They hadn’t even put my order in to be made. 15 – 20 minutes they say. Finally at 9:15 I ask how long it will be, after seeing order after order getting finished. The lady making the food had no idea my order existed!!! People dinned in and finished eating by the time I got my order. Another 15 minutes they say, «so sorry, I don’t know what happened.» WTF?!? So I finally leave the place at 9:30. Because they rushed to finish my order, the wings were drenched in so much sauce, it was hard to finish. This place is ridiculous. I will now go out of my way to go to the one on Ygnacio. Much better service!

This is my go-to place for boneless wings, especially when they have their 60 cent special on Mondays and Tuesdays. I only once had a potentially poor experience here. I placed an order online as I usually do and arrived at the specified time to pick up. When I got to the counter it was discovered that my order was never received. This could have been a bad mark on an otherwise untarnished record but Ed made the situation better by getting my order in quickly, throwing in some extra wings and a free drink. A shout out to Ed for his great customer service and for taking care of the customer.

This is the second time this place doesn’t take any responsibility for their actions. I order what I usually order and they probably made it in a bowl a second after someone order something extra spicy and when I ate my food it was extremely spicy like I said I always order the same thing. I told that to the manager Omar and I told him that I needed to throw most of it away because it was so spicy and that I got sick the next day because of that and he didn’t even show any sympathy I also told him that I’m going to complain about that to the health department because they don’t clean after them. And he said that’s ok! A lot of people complain to the health department about them!!! Terrible!!! Terrible!!! Terrible!!! I order from there almost every other day I was trying to order 75 wings by the piece and the service on the phone was terrible they didn’t want to make the order they said I need to come there pay wait for 20 – 25 minutes for my food to be ready instead of making the order trow the phone. And there wasn’t any supervisor on site!!!

Sometimes it’s super hard to write reviews for chain restaurants but between here and the Pittsburg location, this place rocks! Customer service is alright for the most part but special shout out to Terrell for being the awesomest person there. Friendly and chill to talk with, just the way I like to order my Wingstop chicken. Five Unilocal stars to you, Terrell! I tend to stay away from ordering on the website or phone, mainly because the website ate my money once without placing my order and I’m too lazy to talk on the phone. I’ve never had issues with their phone ordering though. In fact, I’ve never had any major issues with this place at all. Sometimes they even give extra pieces of chicken here by accident. The food is what it is– it is as delicious at this location as it is in the next. My favorite part about this place was its daily chalkboard specials but I haven’t seen any of them for a while now, which makes me pretty sad but they clean up pretty promptly here, there’s always a place to sit. Overall, it’s not a bad place to be.

Assholes. We put in an online order for pickup. They totally fucked up our food, put no seasoning on our fries and way too much dip. And they over charged us! Online we were told it was $ 17, they charged us $ 20. The manager came out and bitched at us Stay away

So happy when I found out there was a Wingstop a few blocks from where I live. The location is fairly quick with getting your food out; they usually quote 15−20min but it gets out by 10min or so. This location also has .50/wing on Monday and Tuesday! Weird how it’s not for Wednesday’s? That wouldve been perfect: Wingstop Wednesday. The boneless seem to be overly sauced/seasoned compared to the classic wings. Probably due to the breading on the boneless wings. Classic Wings is the way to go! All in all, happy this place is nearby.

Went last night for 60 cent wings!10 wings 2 flavors for 6 bucks cant beat it. The young man at the front had stellar customer service. Kinda lame that ranch, celery/carrots, fries are all added costs but i guess thats how the cookie crumbles. Buffalo, teriyaki, and regular bbq are best!(Tried them all)

Extra GARLICPARMESAN? Really? Okay guess it’s time to try Buffalo Wild Wings! Every time they fuck up my order. But on the good side they finally remembered my extra ranch they changed me for!

The trifecta of Bay Area wing spots, for me? Buffalo Wild Wings, Wing Stop and Kezar Stadium buffalo wings. WingStop shines in a few places: — Sauces, esoecially its Lemon Pepper, Mango Habanero and Louisiana rub. — Coke machine– this location has one. Want a Vanilla Root Beer, Strawberry Sprite or Lime Orange Raspberry Dr. Pepper? My daughter did. Options. Galore. — Seasoned Fries — what do they sprinkle on these, Umami crack salt? Whatever it is, they’re wicked good. Cons: — Service can be hit or miss here. Just seems workers don’t care sometimes. I’m smiling when I get my wings… reciprocity is a good thing. — The wings leave a little to be desired meat-wise, unlike Kezar or BWW. But the sauce makes up for it.
