Came here since it’s close to home, placed my order in the drive in and was told they didn’t have enough chicken for our order and they had no honey either. Ended up having to get a smaller bucket instead and ordered a 10 piece of their hot wings. Received nothing but attitude from the woman working the drive-thru and was told we’d have to park to wait to get our food. When our food did come out we checked to make sure we had gotten everything, which we didn’t. We were halfway home and had to turn around to go back to get the hot wings. Had to go inside to get our food corrected. What was supposed to be a short ride to get dinner turned into an hour long process.

This is my second time so disappointed at this damn KFC. THIERFOODISOLDANDREHEATED!!! I just Ordered two chicken Littles that arrived cold and stale! When I told them, they had me pull around to the front and wait for them to bring out the order. Instead I went in and waited for a few minutes and what looked like the manager brought out my food it was wrapped very messy in a bag, overheated!!! She had a horrible attitude, just handed my food to me with a passive«here you go», no eye contact or apology. As I was eating my food, I saw her bring out two more messed up orders and we all ended up expressing our horrible experiences! The manager must have known she was doing a horrible job because she avoided eye contact with me each time she came outside. HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. New management is needed!

Very poor customer service and the food takes really long when you order inside. I walked in to order and the girl that charged me gave me so much attitude for no reason! It took more than 10 minutes for my food to get to me. Never again will I come here.

Great customer service, came in kinda late close to closing time and Malik was our cashier. Even though it was close to closing, the whole time that he attended us he was very polite and up beat. We will definitely come here again!

When we received our order, we asked if all our order was in the plastic and we specifically said«is the extra hot wing for $ 5 inside also?» And the lady said yes. When we got home which was at least 15mins from this kfc, it was not inside. I drove my butt back there to get my hot wing and was not given my hot wing!!! They said it’s been almost an hour from your order. Of course it’s been almost an hour, do I look like I don’t do anything else other than drive back and forth to a Kfc. Would I really drive back from a nice place like Walnut Creek to ghetto Concord KFC just to pretend I didn’t get my hot wings!!! I hate this place!!! You bet your butt I’m not retuning here, I hope this Kfc closes. So much for customer service.

Only 1 star or I couldn’t post. This is the worst KFC I have ever ate at. We will not be back. Use to go here all the time. NOT again. Ordered and paid for three piece meal was given the two piece. Tasted awful and dry. Not the first time. Soooo will not go there.

Wow… just wow… I had the best customer service experience I’ve gotten in years. Charisse and Tia were super welcoming as soon as you walked in. They were super helpful and kept giving us options since my father and I are very picky with meal plans. We ended up getting the 5 $ deals that they suggested. We didn’t even wait 5 minutes and our food was out. They even offered a cup of water to a lady who was also waiting for her food. We were so impressed, it is hard to see employees so cheerful and nice at places like KFC or Burger king. Definitely coming back!

This location is a toilet. They are the worst. Every time you order there is at least a 10 minute wait because they don’t have biscuits ready or the chicken isn’t ready yet… Really? It’s dirty inside looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. This last time I went will be the last because my chicken was pink and I wound up throwing it out the next day because I felt sick after eating it. Are you going to refund my money KFC??? I think not. Won’t be back to this location EVER! Shame on you.

Ghetto KFC… we ordered in the drive thru… told it would be 5 minutes(no one in the lobby,), after 5 minutes, I went into the store, was met with confrontational employees, after a couple of minutes I was given our food… lousy quality for what should be the classic chicken… Ghetto, mouthy employees… KFC not done right.

I wish I could give this store a ZERO I went to KFC today at 8:50 and placed a small order. Darwin was my cashier and a Hispanic guy was assisting him. I was told the popcorn chicken would take 5 mins so I could pull out front and they would bring it out. At 9pm the doors locked! Did these guys forget about me!!! My child was in my car so of course I had to hold my composure. I stood outside knocking on the door and 2 employees just looked at me. finally a lady comes out and ask me whats wrong with an attitude so I told her of course and this lady yells inside and closes the door, stating it just finished! Yeah cause I’m stupid and of course it take 20 mins to deep fry popcorn chicken… smh. Again hold your composure your child is with you… I was pissed, KFC had my money and locked the doors on me. A guy comes out and finally has food at 9:27pm! they give an extra mash potatoes(like that means anything) but of course forgets my two drinks!!! DONOTGOTOTHISSTORE.

Conversation with key person: Maricus. Can I get a biscuit instead of the cookie that the deal comes with? No, no substitutions! Ok. Maricus realizes a minute later when getting my meal together that there are no cookies. Because he is perhaps too lazy to make more, he asks«would you like a biscuit?» I reply«no substitutions». When policies don’t serve customers they are not good policies. Some people like Maricus show up to their jobs but are not really there.

Stop in for 8 piece chicken meal. Told no baked beans as a side, We have received that side for years. there. They substituted green beans, that were light brown, in salt liquid and all mush. We threw out, not edible. 2 biscuits were hard, dry and about ½inch thick, we could not eat. We received 3 backbone and ribs with mega coating and skin, no breast meat at all. Also received 4 wings and one thigh, which had meat on it. The coleslaw was okay. We ended up making grilled cheese sandwiches, which we should have done and saved 22.00 dollars

I called to order at this store at 12:40 to 12:47 pmish today 12÷24÷14. The one who answerd the phone was very rude & doesn’t know customer service, he hanged up on me the first time & when I called back and asked for the manager, he said he is the manager, I asked for his name & didn’t want to give it to me. I told him I will report him to management & been told to just do it. I hope management will address it. He sounded Chinese or Asian.

This is by far the worst KFC I have ever had the misfortune of buying food from. They messed up order multiple times in the past. On my most recent trip through the drive through, there was a giant roach, probably about an inch and a half long, crawling into the drive-thru window. I pointed out the roach and told her to just cancel my order. I’m done with this place. Health department needs to check this place out.

Not sure why people are giving bad reviews about the healthiness of KFC. It IS fried chicken, people! The food here is as fresh as a… fast food joint, which is good for me when I am craving for a fried chicken. What I like about this place is that the staff are reasonably helpful and polite. 1 star off because when the store busy, they MAY forgot something on your order. But just ask them…

John Pinette said it best — «KFC has good food, but it’s the nutritional equivalent of smoking crack.» That’s extra funny on Monument Blvd! This KFC has always served me well — quick service, and friendly enough employees. The chicken always tastes fresh made too, which is probably fast food voodoo but hey, works for me! I shall return soon for another fix!
