Taco Bell

Overall a terrible experience. I’ve eaten your numerous times, but it is going downhill as of late. Today I was in line and before I even finished my order they ask me if I wanted mild or hot sauce. I told the mile. I thought this was a nice touch, because they usually don’t ask.
I get to the drive through window and he asks again and I tell him I’ll. So he gets my food and hands it to me but I don’t see him put any sauce in the bag, and I ask him if the mild sauce is in the bag. He says yes it’s in the first bag I handed you. I get 2 miles down the road and find out it’s all hot sauce.
I then called the store to let them know that he is passing out hot sauce thinking it is mild. The answer I got? Oh hot sauce is better. Really? Are you serious? That is your answer. But your opinion is better than mine?
I can’t believe this lady who answered the phone had the nerve to tell me that hot sauce is better than mild, when it was my personal choice.
Then I go to eat the food, and all of the lettuce is brown it’s turning old. All in all I just wasted my money.
EDIT: it gets even better, because now I get even further down the road and I had purchased a cheesy fiesta potato and a Mexican pizza, and there are no sports at all, nor are there any napkins at all.

I am a lifelong fan of Taco Bell, and I must say this location is one of, if not THE best TB out there. I can’t speak to the interior because I have only ever done the drive thru. But I estimate I’ve eaten the food here well over a hundred times in the 15 yrs I’ve lived in the area, and have always been pleased with the service, and very happy with the food. I always order the same thing: 7 Layer Burrito, Chips N Cheese, and Pintos N Cheese. Consistency is the key, I know I will always get these items as perfectly made as they can be. Its Taco Bell, not exactly the toughest food to get right, but SO few Taco Bells get it right all the time. If you have been to lots of them, you know that inconsistency is the biggest problem. You will not get undercooked rice, stale tortillas, or dry beans at this location. I believe this franchiser has several other TB’s in the bay area, some of which I’ve tried and are not as reliable as this one, so it must be the solid site management and hiring at this particular location. Great job Monument Taco Bell! It seems silly to heap praise on a fast food place, but lets face it, most Americans have a favorite FF joint, even if we treat it as an occasional guilty pleasure, and this place gets it right 100% of the time.

For taco bells in the area, this is the better one. I haven’t had any problems with it and they usually are friendly over there.

Usually I don’t review fast food joints, or Taco Bell for that matter. But I must say that this Taco Bell was quick, the food was good, and more importantly they got our order correct the first time. I didn’t even have to get out of the car and run in to correct it!

A great Taco Bell, no order mess-​ups ever and the food is always hot and tasty. Minus one star for the drive-​thru folks being a bit weird over the intercom, I guess people gotta keep themselves entertained somehow but they should be aware that is alienating to customers, especially ones using the drive-​thru. Save the sillness for after work, or keep it behind the walls. All good otherwise though!

Stopped by this Taco Bell for dinner as it was close to our hotel in November 2012. Staff was fairly friendly, but to my disappointment … when I bit into my burrito, there was a long hair in there. I gagged and proceeded to stop outside and vomit! I contacted Taco Bell through their website to tell them of my experience and to my disappointment (AGAIN!), not a response from them!

I’m not a huge fast-​food fan and only really go to Taco Bell when I want a fix. This location is in a sketchy area but I’ve never had a problem and I’ve been going here for for more than 15 years! The drive-​thru goes quickly so that’s how I get my food. Never been on the inside. Most often I get the plain old bean burrito but when I’m really hungry, I get the Crunch Wrap Supreme! The drive-​thru staff is pleasant and always ask if I want hot sauce. I’ve never had a «wrong» order and I get plenty of napkins.

I love this Taco Bell location. Oddly, every time I pull in I seem to miss the drive through. It’s usually empty or mostly empty and goes very fast. I think the employees here are awesome. The person that took our order last time suggested a meal to save us money (Combo #3) since my husband wanted some soft tacos supreme. I just did my crunchy tacos (2 supreme, 1 regular). The cherry pepsi we split went fast! They are not made to share with that much ice :)
I love tacos — all types! But still, there’s something about Del Taco that I like better than Taco Bell. but this is one of my favorite Taco Bell locations. Probably have to stay so awesome cuz they’re competing with all the other taco business on Monument.

I never thought I’d leave a Unilocal comment at a taco bell, but I’ve eaten at this Taco Bell at least 50 times over the last 5 years and I think they do a great job. I always do drive through, and the people at the window are always very nice and cordial, one of them even greets me by name when he sees me, which I’ve never experienced at any fast food place! The food is always decent too, I disagree with the reviewer named bah h., there is nothing wrong with the food from this place whatsoever. Check out my other reviews, I live in this area and eat at all the local places on a regular basis. This place is well managed and I think they deserve a high-​5.

Two words: food poisoning. It only took three visits and ZANG, vomit.
A few more words: a gentlemen named Richard often works the drive thru late at night and is completely awesome, really polite and friendly and never screws up an order.
