Pretty sad when the drive thru order taking person does not know the product all I wanted was a chocolate or a caramel sundae and that person wasn’t sure if they even had such a thing and on and on it went I won’t be going back soon but it sent me over to the cross the street to jack the box which was very good very good service and delicious milkshake Thank You McDonalds for that

HORRIBLESERVICE. They didn’t care that I asked for no mayonnaise. Instead they packed it with extra and even missed the burger and gave me a ripped wrapper l

I don’t know why the low reviews, but this McDonald’s is really the best one I’ve ever been at. Super clean, super professional and super fast service. You’ll be amazed when you come to this location. A+

I don’t even bother coming here anymore I’d rather drive the extra distance to go to the pleasant hill location they always get the order wrong, always forgetting half my order. wrong flavor soda and they only ever fill the fries half way should have the Pleasant Hill location train the whole staff over here because they have no idea what they’re doing

Had to grab a quick bite and was surprised at how hot and fresh the McMeal was! I ordered the fish filet meal(fries and ice tea) and the sandwich and fries were hot and crisp and the ice tea was cold and refreshing! Glad they brew their tea instead of getting it via fountain. Also picked up some Halloween coupons for my niece! McDonald’s has raised their prices as the menu price was not what I was charged, but other than that, will frequent them again if I’m in a bind.

They recently renovated this location, and it looks pretty awesome however, the service is really lacking. When I’ve gone through the drive thru the past few times I’ve always encountered the same woman. She has a big attitude problem; every time she takes our order she sounds extremely pissed off and bothered that she’s even working there. Luckily she’s the only on there who has ever acted like this. Everyone else is quite nice. The food is typical McDonalds food. I’m not going to bash them for not having food that looks like how their advertised. It’s cheap, somewhat good food. That is all one can expect from McD’s.

Terrible customer service. The girl at the window of the drive thru was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with at a fast food restaurant. Jessica messed up our order and I ended up having to go back around and eventually had to go inside to get the correct order. Jessica lied and said she was the store manager even through at the first window I had already spoken to aurora the real store manager. When I asked to speak to her again, Jessica lied and said aurora wasn’t there. When I went inside guess who was there!!! aurora. Nog to mention the tons of bugs flying in and around the food. The bugs were on the walls, counter and even flew into the managers face as I was talking to her. Talk about disgusting and unsanitary.

New building. New parking lot. New double laned drive thru. New interior and menu. Same old bland tasteless no-passion microwave food. Two electric vehicle hookups in front(not being used). When will the higher ups learn the greenwash gimmicks are not going to sustain the business — get back to the basics and primarily make your food relevant. I was asked when the last time I had tried McDonalds was and I didn’t have the answer. The last time was at the Lafayette location, also remodeled. The service(only customer in line) was slow. Trademark burger prices have jumped up, for crying out loud they’re 100% more than a Double Double from In N Out. This time ordered off the value menu and got the mcdouble, mcchicken, 2 apple pies, and a sweet tea. Good lord was the tea sweet.

Seriously, how hard is it to be polite? You don’t even need to be that friendly, just civil will do. Most of the staff members I’ve come across range from okay to friendly. Tonight was the first glaring exception. I pull up to the drive thru speaker. I can hear the order taker complaining about work. She obviously doesn’t know I can hear her. She takes my order, I pull forward. Try to pay, need my card run as credit, not debit. I don’t know my pin number. She says it’s asking for a pin. Well, I don’t know it because this is my backup account. Yes, that’s my fault. What is not my fault, nor is acceptable, is the cashier getting into a snit, thrusting my card back at me, saying ma’am, I don’t know what to tell you, oh well, and shutting the window on me. Kind of want to say, «well f*** you too» because that’s the attitude she is putting out there. Good job, McDonald’s. That one is a keeper!

I’ve only ever been a drive-thru customer at this McDonald’s, but the workers are always pleasant, food is always correct, and the fries especially are always hot and delicious! No complaints :)

I am not really a Junk Food freak but there are times that I stop at one place«The Mac». In the last couple of years I found out that the prepped burger is not so bad after visiting several local businesses.

The Best Thing about waking up before 10:30 in the morning is McDonald’s Breakfast. I had a friend ask me what the best thing about waking up before 10:30 was and that’s what I told him, he laughed and said yep. So does anyone else see a problem here? Maybe McDonald’s should really think about serving breakfast all day long, that would truly be a gift from the heavens. So for breakfast I get a couple of different things but I always stick with the bacon. I love the Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuits, because of the crunchy bacon and the delicious biscuits. Now I also like the Bacon Egg and Cheese McGriddles. Does anyone see a pattern here? Now the breakfast isn’t the only thing that I get a McDonald’s, when I get there later in the day I tend to gravitate towards the dollar menu just because I like everything on there and its a dollar. The last thing that I want to say about McDonald’s is how good their soda is. I think that out of all the fast food restaurants their coke is by far the best.

TL;DR: If you are from this planet, you don’t need a review of McDonalds. Its McFood. The same as it always was, or ever will be. I’ve only ever hit the drive through, but they are open 24 hours, so whether its a cheap snack or late night drunk munchies(make sure your driver’s sober), McDonalds will always be there. The only really things I can comment on here are the occasional disappointments when they run out of something, or a machine is broken(like the ice cream). I’ve never really encountered that before anywhere else at a McDonalds. All the negative reviews for this place I don’t understand… its McDonalds. If you want amazing service or super high quality food, go literally anywhere else. If you want a 1 dollar cheeseburger, come here. McDonalds doesn’t mind if you stray, or visit other chains. It knows you’ll always end up here again sooner or later.

FAIL!!! It is 108 outside right now at 5pm. I have been working all day long in a very hot room and all I could think about was an ice tea. I first thought of going to Starbucks but then changed my mind and decided to head up the street for a McD’s ice tea. Now, ice tea is simply made of ICE and TEA. Not hard, right? When I drove up to the speaker, I said«Two ice teas, unsweetened with LOTS of ice.» She said back«You want light ice?» «NO…EXTRA, EXTRA, EXTRAICE, JUSTFILLTHECUP!» «OK, extra ice.» Extra ice, seems like a simple request along with that tea. I drive up and pay my money and get handed my drinks. There is very little ice, damn! I had already driven away. I drive back to work, two minutes away. I put a straw in, looking forward to a nice cool sip of ice tea. DAMN! Not only did they not put in ice but I think they forgot to put i tea. I could tell they did not take me seriously with the request of lots of ice, but then to put HOT tea over those few, precious ice cubes was just a crime. What I ended up paying for was two large cups of brown tinged water. This is not the first time this place has failed. I guess the franchisee owner makes enough money and does not feel compelled to actually be they best(s)he can be. I really dislike that. I know where I work, we strive for and work hard for our 5 star rating. Dear Manager: «It is evident, this place cares less. From wrong orders, to cold food, to rude workers(and some nice, just because they are most likely nice humans) this McD’s is one of the worse ever, This place is also pretty dirty! Just because you are located in the Concord ghetto does not mean you need to act like it. Respect, I say. You are part of the problem on Monument Blvd. Shame on you!» 800 number being called and refund being asked for. I know it is only tea, but on a 107 degree day, with gas costing me $ 4.41 a gallon this morning, I want my damn money back.

I have two complaints… one is that it took over 5 minutes to be waited on because they have the one and only register clerk doing every other job in the restaurant instead of focusing on serving customers at the register. The second one is that we ordered 2 of the #13 Combo which is an Angus Bacon Cheese burger. When the order arrived it was 2 of the #3 Double Cheeseburger combos. My wife took the order and the register receipt up to the counter and talked to the Manager. The receipt did say 2 Double Cheeseburger combos but that is because the order taker never confirmed the order with us by repeating it back so it was his mistake, not ours. The Manager told us that they will make the order correct but that we now owed them $ 1.50 more. My wife told the Manager that the #13 combo we ordered was $ 6.39 and the #3 combos we received by mistake were $ 6.69 each so they owed us .60 cents and not the other way around. They argued with us until my wife asked them if they know how to do simple math. We got our order and decided not to push the .60 cents refund. We will never eat here again since they cannot get a simple order correct and then try to cheat us out of $ 1.50 more when they owed us .60 cents refund.

** Attention McDonald’s Mgmt ** When most of your reviews are as spread out as they are and yet the best you can do is an average of two stars, you might want to think about changing something. The last three times I have ordered breakfast through the drive-thru, I have come up missing something. Fries the first time, and hash browns the last two. This morning I was so fed up with this I drove back and asked for my money back. If I have to drive back, I’m not going to be asking for my hash brown, I’m gonna ask for my money back and then post a review about the experience. It’s absolutely beyond me how you can«forget» to put all the items of a specific order into a bag and be sure the customer is handed said bag.(I encourage anyone who works there who might be reading this, to read that sentence again, but slower.) McDonald’s gave me my first job and I can assure you, I was NOT trained to «forget» to put an order together. I think at a certain point, it’s not so much about someone forgetting, as someone is just simply too dense to do the job right. So who ever that person might be, you need to put them back on fries for awhile before they are allowed to work the drive-thru.

Craving some mcd fries and grilled chicken wraps. I didn’t feel like getting Wendy’s because they only have fried wraps, though I like their menu a lot better. mcd food will be mcd food. I don’t have high expectations of it, but i’ll occasionally go here. Can’t go wrong with their breakfast. No one was in line. It took a while for someone to ask for my order. I don’t remember the guy’s name, but I do remember his name tag having the words«manager» on them. He seemed to have some trouble using his POS(point of sale/piece of $#!+) register and took a while to find the chicken wraps on the system. The wraps have been on the menu for so long. Luckily I had the patience. I would just think a manager should’ve been better trained.

Our kid just turned 2. That’s 2 years old… 24 months. As we drove back from Fry’s last week on our way home on Monument Blvd, the kid starts screeching. We look back and he’s pointing frantically towards McDonald’s. Those fuckers have indoctrinated my child before he can even speak in a complete sentence! Now granted, it’s our fault for occasionally giving him nuggets and fries, but really? 2 years old?!? The 2 stars ain’t for the shame I feel in my child already being hooked on fast food, it’s for the stupid bitch at the drive thru window full of attitude. Look, it’s a recession and there’s plenty of people who want your job, so give us a smile and shut the fuck up, ok?
