They need a tip jar. Wendy’s employees here work 10x harder than any waiter iv ever seen at a fancy sit down resturant. I hope corporate values their work and pays them more than minimum wage but I doubt it.

Changed my review to 4 stars because my last viset went better. Thanks. The middle aged latina woman took my order in the drive thru. No cars in front or behind me. The store wasn’t busy at all. I ordered a few things including a chive, sour cream and butter baked potato. I specifically asked for the sour cream and butter. I paid cash. I noticed on my receipt that the amount she entered was different than what I gave her. My change was correct so its their problem if their coming up short or over on the till. I then drive nearly 2 miles away before I pulled over to eat. Guess what, No sour cream and no butter. I then drive 2 miles back and go inside and simply ask for sour cream and butter. I never mentioned the fact that they forgot to include those two items until the lady gave me a dirty look. I then tell her that she didn’t include the sour cream and butter. She then starts searching through my food bag looking for the sour cream and butter as if I wasn’t telling the truth. Ok now im starting to get a little perturbed. She dumps out my chicken nuggets and makes a mess of my bag. She finally decides to just hand me a sour cream and butter after her bag search. Im not a criminal and im not trying to get over on them. I just wanted what I asked for. I return to my car and find my frosty is melted. Normally anyone would be furious by now but I did my best to stay calm. I then drove back the other way another 2 miles to finally get to eat my lunch. Oh and guess what, that sour cream and butter fiasco took up most of my lunch time. I know it sounds crazy to go through such the hassle over sour cream and butter but that’s what I wanted on my baked potato.

I like Wendy’s a lot but this one is terrible. I went there last night. There were cups everywhere on the ground, there were 5 alarms going on in the background, there was ketchup everywhere on the ground, food still left on the table, the salt table area was a mess and it took 15 minutes to receive our food. Lastly there were only 4 people working and there were 3 other families waiting in line with us. I am never going there again…

I went today to eat with my mom and it was so dirty and it reeked horribly inside. I had never been into a fast food place that was this gross inside. I would not recommend even to my worse enemy. How they stay in business is beyond me. I couldnt eat there and had horrible visions of how nasty the kitchen area must be.

No a.c. on a 90 degree day… food was mediocre at best. I’ll stick with the walnut creek location…

Very friendly and very good food. There is a Wendy’s closer to my work but I prefer this one by far so I take the extra 5 min to get here on lunch break.

A mixed review on this location. My first visit after living down the street for a year, at about 8:00 on a Saturday night, got me awesome hot delicious french fries, but a dried out sittin’ around spicy chicken sandwich. Chicken was withered, bun was soggy and chewy. So apparently you can’t have it all. I would certainly give them another shot, expectations have to be reasonable with fast food. But consistency in product would be appreciated.

I don’t normally write review’s for a fast food restaurant, because I’m not really expecting much when I go to these places. Just to be fed cheaply. I try not to eat a lot of fast food, and when I do, I very rarely go to Wendy’s. This feels strange to say, but the fast food tonight was excellent. We went through the drive-thru around eight o clock last night. No line, and great service. It sounds strange saying that a drive-thru operator gave good customer service, but I’ve been through ones where you can hear employees having a conversation, laughing with each other, or sound just plain grumpy. The girl sounded very friendly on the other end so a good start. I ordered the double stack meal. When we picked up our food at the window we were shocked at how big the«medium» drinks were. It looked a little large even to be a large. When we got home I realized the fries are also what they call«medium». So note for next time * order a small*. There ketchup packets aren’t what you would normally find at a fast food place. They are little ketchup containers, in the shape and image of ketchup bottles, perfect for dipping. For some reason I couldn’t figure out how to open the thing and ended up resorting too puncturing it with a mechanical pencil, before Terri showed me that all you have to do is peel from the corner. Facepalm. OK now what really made my meal so excellent was the burger. After finishing all my fries first, I bite into this double stack of square burger heaven. The patties were pretty thick I thought for a fast food, so that was a nice surprise. It was actually juicy too. After my first few bites I am shocked at how good fast food can actually taste. They also use bread and butter pickles on it, which was a nice surprise, since I didn’t know of any fast food joints that did that. So the burger was pretty awesome, everything else was average. After tonight Wendy’s will have to be my new go to for fast food.

Worst drive through service ever. First they charged me taxes on my food twice, then wrong chicken nuggets and forgot my drinks. I spent over twenty minutes in the drive through waiting for them to get it right. On top of that they couldn’t understand what I was saying. I talked to about 6 differnt people cause they spoke NOENGLISH. Would not recommend to anyone…

Wendy’s just might be my new favorite burger chain behind In and Out… solid burgers and fries being served up here.

I am so friggin’ tired of luke warm chili. I was so hungry I ate it. Then guess what? Yep… the call of the bathroom kept me up all night long. Now I eat beans all the time so it was not that. I say it was the luke warm chili which most likely had some things growing in it that should not be there. This is not the first time the chili was not hot enough(I have driven back around to ask them to actually heat it up… I have gone as far as asking them to put the cheese and onions in another cup thinking it was the cold items making it luke warm… but nope, it starts out luke warm! And this past time, no cheese nor onions at all.) Come on Mr/Ms Manager… you have a damn thermometer, learn to use it and then learn to turn up the burners to get it to LEGAL temp. Do you not remember your food safety class? Of course not! So go back to school, learn to read your tools and use them properly. If you don’t want to take my word for it, here are the food handling laws for California:

few days ago came in to get something to eat and possible use my labtop. it is definitely not a place to eat with big apitie. but not much choice in the area… it is not clean. i mean not the front… front looks decent… i got chicken sandwich and fries and soda. chicken was nt test like anything really very testless. it was nt warm enough! and fries had meat test. they probebly cook bacon and fries in same oil… you could definiteley test the meat in the fries… the thing though i dont eat cows or pork. i pay them money and they make me eat! this is not fair! i trough the food away and got the hell out of there. i could nt use my labtop either because theire wireless is for only menager s use. they told me… ending up troughing away my food and leave… surprisingly they got alot of stars here on Unilocal… but i will not go back.

Wendy’s proudly displays the Zagat sticker on their drive-through window, as they should — they deserve it. This is one of my favorite chain fast-food restaurants, for three reasons: Wendy’s is fastidiously clean, it lists which foods are gluten-free at their website, and they have unique menu items you won’t find at other fast-food joints(like their chilli, frosty, and baked potatoes — yum!). You can read about the Zagat award at their website( ). I hope it drives more traffic to their restaurants, they suffered after that stupid fake chilli incident-which-shall-not-be-named. If you have a food allergy to dairy, nut, or gluten, you can check online to see if you’re safe eating a certain item, and in this way Wendy’s is friendly to people with food allergies. They even capitalize red-flag ingredients; if you’re used to reading ingredients lists you know how tedious this can be, so it’s really helpful that Wendy’s made it easy to spot the problem ingredient. You can see what I’m talking about at their nutrition page: If you select an item from the drop-down menu, that item’s nutrition information and ingredients appear on the page. So, to pick an obvious example, at the end of the ingredients list for a Frosty, it says, «CONTAINSMILK». This attention to detail makes Wendy’s online nutrition page extremely user-friendly. As one would expect, this is a clean Wendy’s and the staff are friendly and efficient. The dining room is always spotless when I walk in, as is the bathroom. I love this about Wendy’s. I favor this Wendy’s over other locations because they have a different customer survey form that includes an incentive. While other Wendy’s put a yellow postcard on each table for customers to fill out, this one has a survey offer printed on the back of your receipt, like so many other places are doing. You can then go online to fill out the survey, and once completed, you receive a FREE hamburger code. You then write it on your receipt and present it when you visit Wendy’s for your free burger. I might as well put in a good word about Wendy’s fries: these are the best fries of any fast food joint, and one of the reasons is they don’t over-salt them. Plus, you can get a generous amount of fries from their value menu, at just 99 cents.

I’ve been coming to this specific Wendy’s since I was in Elementary school(: It’s just the same kind of Wendy’s like any other; filled with just Mexican workers. Last time I went here, the chicken nuggets weren’t warm enough and the fries were still a bit cold in the inside :( Oh and when you want to order more than 1 chicken nugget, say like«5 orders of chicken nuggets» or whatever number because I said«Can I have 5 chicken nuggets…» and she thought I meant like the pieces or something.

For fast food, I’ve azlways liked Wendy’s. My current fave is the spicy chicken combo with pickles only – I loved Chik-fil-a as a kid but the jesus freaks don’t have any franchises in commie Cali! And that’s how they served it. Then I take the chili rather than fries. But I put 4 chili sauces into a small one, otherwise it sucks!
