So when I walked in it was clearly a teenager named Forrest was at the front counter he greeted me by saying«yes». I responded by saying«yes?» Then he replied by saying«oh my supposed to say can I help you». Extremely rude kids working here. Food was OK.

Burger King here is at the far left end of a long commercial strip. unlike the far right end, there’s actually parking available.(no shops nearby though) pricing on fish & chips, nuggets, and fries higher than in oaktown. so just went for a brew pour: seattle’s best coffee(sm, 1) –freshly brewed, –didn’t taste as good as other locales. drips: –only one cashier working(at a time) when i was present. service ok. crowds came after i was served.

The most interesting people come to this Burger King. Amusing and annoying all at the same time. For me to order 1 large order of satisfries took about 30 min due to a patron questioning the prices on the menu for meals. That’s right. Questioning the prices that are on the board. I guess I shouldn’t complain as a $ 5 meal is nothing for me, but could be a fortune for others. I only go here when I really really crave something and it’s rare as I tend to crave boba more which is Quicklys just right around the corner. I wish this place had a drive thru then it might be a little easier to get in and out.

I know where to get better burgers than here. The place is loud. And it’s colder than it should be inside.

I did a double take this morning while looking at my online credit card statement. There was a charge for Diablo Mountain Foods, but soon realized that this was for the Burger King that my Son and I stopped at recently. This place wasn’t my first choice, but the Kid was hungry and it was close to his favourite card store. I should have planned our outing better so we could have dined at In-N-Out after visiting the Pleasant Hill Game Stop or Target. This Burger King throws off a Ghetto vibe, which is mostly due to outside refurbishment of the adjacent building, a rather plain interior, and the far end location of this fast food establishment. The place was also pretty much deserted when we came in. On the plus side, the Lady at the counter was really nice and the Burger King grub was what one expects when having it «Our Way».

I love BK because I am a vegetarian and they are the only fast food place to put a veggie burger on the menu. I don’t love this location so much because I am a vegetarian and after eating about ¾ of my side salad today(minus the not so fresh tomatoes), I run into a nice fat piece of bacon in the bottom of my bowl. GAG! I threw it and the remainder of my lunch away immediately. FYI guys… there is absolutely nothing more stomach turning then realizing that what you just ate contained something disgusting. Last time I go to that BK… or maybe even any restaurant altogether… it’s getting harder and harder to find a quality place that I can trust not to drop nasty animal pieces into my lettuce… boo!!!

I was disappointed my experience recently. I usually frequent this location, but it was not a pleasant visit this time around. I had came in for Bogo free Italian Chicken Sandwiches. I asked for 2 but was rung up for 4 sandwiches. The lady was really smug and rude because it was my mistake that I ordered the wrong quanities? I asked for 2 and the price came out to $ 8.00 something? She apologized and corrected the error. About ½ hour later I opened my bag when I got to work, and to my dismay; she gave me the wrong Chicken sandwiches. I called right away to complain about my order, since I couldn’t leave work to go in person. I spoke with Alicia who was actually pretty friendly. I told her my experience and she took down my info. She apologized and offered me to come down anytime so they can make things right. I will let update this review once I go in person. 1 star for lack of service, but 1 star for the attempted recovery by Alicia.

This Burger King is fine. I must of been one of the luckier people because my order came out fast and was pretty fresh. The burgers where not soggy and the salad came in a separate bag which was nice because I don’t like warm salad! Thanks BK.

Yesterday at 2 pm on a Saturday it took 20 minutes for me to order and receive a Whopper Jr with onion rings and a cup of coffee. Need I say more? I like Burger King, but I won’t go back to this one.

well, a franchised fast food joint _would_be an easy target for a one-star review, eh? you know, i used to be the top restaurant reviewer at a site called , the reviewer with the most reviews in the state of california. then some traveling salesman got the bright idea to cut and paste the same review for every single mcdonald’s in the golden state. that was not fair. who reviews franchised fast food joints?! well, i guess i shall. why? well, i realised that i don’t review businesses that i don’t like. why is that? well, two reasons: 1) i don’t like spit in my food or drinks and 2) since the california bay area has so much good culture, we have great restaurants, and i can pick and choose and thus choose to go to _good_restaurants. anyway, i guess i’ll write a review for this burger king. well, in general, i want to like burger king because of their famous charbroiled burger taste. yeah, those whopper patties with their trademark grill stripes sure can be tasty. however, one of burger king’s weaknesses has always been their breakfasts. i guess mcdonald’s _really_kicks their butts in this category. i’m talking spinhook kick to the head, korea v. greece 2004 athen olympics, you know? mcdonald’s kicks them hard… uhm, in the head, not butt. my wife and i were on our way to whitewater rafting at the south fork of the american river, over towards south tahoe. i pulled over in concord to get gas and used vz navigator to try to find a mcdonald’s. i found the concord skate park, which is cool; but i couldn’t find mcdonald’s. we went to this burger king. the service was so slow! i also had to wait so long to use the bathroom. the food? it was obviously greasy and too salty. the coffee was okay.
