Most quickly’s are the same: generally good milk/​snow tea and boba. This one was fine in the drink department but terrible in everything else. The place was dirty. Every surface looked stained with grime and was not appealing. I feel bad for the owners; there were three kids behind the counter and they were all on their phones and it was just a sad scene. One of them finally got up to take my order and make my boba but the other two girls just hung out. One looked at me an smirked but didn’t move to help out or ring me up. The other girl must’ve been deep into Kik because her eyes never left the screen. Don’t expect speedy service or a place to hang out here. Come only if you have a desperate need for Boba and you find yourself stuck in this depressing shopping mall.

I just learned the term — RBF (Resting Bitch Face). Have you heard of it? My friend just made me laugh with that phrase. Apparently, Kristen Stewart (the chick from Twilight) and others in Hollywood have it. It’s appropriate to say that you can expect RBF from the workers here.
Food: I get Taro Milk Tea or something that has little tea and little taro flavor. But it’s sugary Asian goodness and it will do in a pinch.
Ambiance: ok, nothing much.
Service: you’re much more prone to get better service at Starbucks. I always have a girl here who has RBF (Resting Bitch Face) with an attitude. For the guys (and some girls), the workers are cute young thangs but they don’t care about your existence.

My party ordered 4 drinks and they were equally as bland/​tasteless despite all being unique orders off the menu. Everything was super watered down and my drink was pretty powdery.
Location is kind of messy, and there are way too many post it notes for up charges, purchase minimums, specials, etc around the cash register. This in addition to the 300 or so menu items.

I’m fully convinced that I’m not a fan of quickly. Maybe their boba taste good to other people but I seem to have no luck. Everytime I come here, I try to give it another chance but even when I get the regular milk tea, it lacks in flavor and almost just taste like milk. My sister and cousin ordered a thai milk tea and a taro milk tea and their drinks were warm. Usually they finish their drinks fast, but I could just tell they were not content with their order.
Their food choices were pretty okay. The chicken wings were well battered, the fish ball was fried, but I wish it was a little more crispy. Their calamari rings were battered well and their french fries were typical.
They do offer a bathroom at this place but when I came in, it wasn’t equipped with soap so I had to ask one of the workers if I could take some soap from their personal sink.

Super slow service & frightening hygiene. Ordered two drinks and the girl picked up both cups (sitting side by side) by putting her index finger in one cup and thumb in the other cup — pinching cups together. (This is after she spent 5 minutes talking in the phone try to get technical help and messing with the register printer that was jammed and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since it was purchased.)

After all the times I go here, this one was the worst. VERRY SLOW SERVICE. Asked for a popcorn chicken bowl. No customers, old man took forever to make it. And this is what I get. Seriously. tastes like it was just microwaved and seemed like he forgot when we asked what’s taking so damn long.

SUPER… SUPER SLOW!!!
Did I mention SLOW SERVICE… expect to wait.
There is usually one employee working both the cash register and making drinks, I sometimes see a second employee but they disappear in the back to hide?!

Super slow location. Only one girl filling the orders, while stopping to also take the orders every time someone walks in with several people already waiting for their shit. This is the second chance I gave this place, it was the same shit last time and I just ended up leaving this time because I didn’t have the time to wait any longer.

Waited 7 min to have my order taken. My peach iced green tea was more like water with over cooked boba that must’ve been sitting for a while because usually the boba is warm even when the drink is cold but mine was not. Ordered popcorn chicken just to reach the minimum amount for card transactions & the chicken took another 10 min. The man that brought it out was very abrupt which came off as rude. I’m too irritated to ask for my drink to be re-​made. I won’t be coming back to this location

Gets busy

Fast freindly service. Hella good. Jus put my homie on hes hooked yeee. Check em out! Bring yo friends bring yo mama and get the special of the day and add tapioca balls. Thank me later.

This place is ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ for me. Not the best, but good enough in a pinch. Some staff can be snooty (specifically an Asian male who was deliberately wiping a clean counter for an excessive amount of time when I was definitely in his line of sight and ready to order while a line was forming behind me. He also tends to pack the drinks with huge chunks of ice and skimps on the boba.) Some drinks are good, some are barely mixed with the syrup all at the bottom. Food is super oily and it’s annoying how much of the menu is not available.

Quick service but boba has absolutely no flavor. The store is dirty. There was literally piles of trash in the store… What the hell…

Cool new bubble tea place. We love our bubble tea and these guys have more options for flavors than any place I have ever seen. The prices are lower than the other local places too. I see they sell food too but we did not try it. We loved the tea. I can say that the service we not overly friendly it was short and to the point just business nothing but business on to the next customer give me your money get out of the way so I can get someone else’s money. At least that’s how he made me feel. We will try it again but there are too many good tea places to not have great customer service. I gave 5 stars any way for variety and taste.

I think at this location it’s all about timing. Sometimes the service is great and my milkteas are amazing, sometimes they’re just… wahhh wahhh wahhhhhhh! Quickly assisted greatly in my obsession with milky sweet drinks with chewy balls in them. I wouldn’t count this location out, when you get in at the right moment it’s great, it’s just when you don’t…ye you should get it by now. This place gets packed sometimes. So don’t be surprised to see lines.

It’s soooooo good! They run a little behind and are a little slow, but they are well worth the wait!
Try the kumquat lemon slushhhhhh … It’s to die for! Perfect mix of sweet and sour ofcourse with tapioca

I always enjoy a refreshing milkmtea from Quickly while i am deiving my way around SF during my worknday. There seem to be almost as many Quicklys as Starbucks. I stopped at this Concord location on my way home and the line is usually expected. i ordered 2 drinks both with boba in which i was charged for. I received my drinks in a fairly timely which is good since it is hot out. Hopped in the car and a way I went. Stabbed a straw into my cup and sipped the tasty Jasmine Milk Tea. After a few sips it dawned on me something is missing, my drink is boring without boba! I was going to chalk it up as an oversight until i liked atthe other drink, boba-​less as well. I double checked receipt and distinct line item on it $.50 for boba on both drinks. Highly dissappointed in this locations delivery of product.
this 1 star is representative of my experience at this particular Quickly and not the mant others I have visited. I am wavering on returning to that location or just trying the boba loca down the block.

Eventhough you have to wait a little while for your food to be finished, they do a good job. My chicken was cooked perfectly, the rice wasn’t over cooked, and as always, you can’t beat the the price. The only thing I hated was the cabbage. It was like mush.

Can you believe I have never had boba tea in my life until I met Quickly Concord? Fact! It never looked appealing, but looks are deceiving.
Specials are hand written on a marker board next to the cash register. Wasn’t looking for anything on the heavy side; therefore, the choice was Mango Green Tea with large tapioca. Taste was not overly sweet as I expected and was simply perfect and refreshing.
Customer service are friendly and inviting. I’ve made more than one visit and that says plenty. Quickly introduced me to the world of boba tea.

Not sure if I’m just overwhelmed by their boba menu, but it doesn’t cut it for me. Wasn’t sure what I should order. Luckily I chose something, which I can’t even remember, that was pretty decent.
They also serve food, but I wasn’t too sure about trying any of that. I gave this place 2 stars due to their proximity to my work. I could walk there and order a boba if I’m that desperate for one. Just wouldn’t be my first choice.
