Poor customer service. My Co worker and I stopped in on Saturday and it was 10:15 we asked to be served lunch because we worked 6 to 3 so our lunch was at 10 am. We were told by the cashier we serve lunch at 10:30 but maybe if you ask the manager they can make an exception so I asked the woman manager who said no lunch is not served until 10:30. I have been to other McDonald’s who make that exception. I was very surprised by this level of customer service especially since they serve breakfast all day we all know it’s not hard to make some chicken nuggets and fries. Unbelievable

I went to this location on January 1, 2016. When I went into the ladies bathroom, there was no toilet paper in the one open stall. The other stall, which was locked, had visible feces seeping from around the toilet. The smell was horrible. Therebwas also no soap in the dispenser. I talked to the man at the countter and he said that it wasn’t his business to ensure that there was toilet paper in the restrooms. Given that the majority of the crew appeared to be women, Inhad to wonder what they did! I chose not to let my children eat there as I feared for their health in a restaurant wherebthe cooks did NOT have the ability to clean their hands.

Best McDonald’s to dine at if you love people watching. At this moment I’m sitting here listening to this guy talk to someone about his life and where he has been. I’m pretty sure all of the things he mentioned were in the movie Saving Private Ryan… Oh god he’s talking about a donkey show right now, as I wrote my last thing… No wait now japanese beheadings.
Anyway this is not my favorite McDonald’s cause there isn’t a drive thru and it closes early but it’s the same you’ll get at other McDonald’s but with some entertainment.

This has got to be the most disgusting mc Donald’s I’d ever been too. Bums sleeping on the tables bums shaving in the bathroom ugh! And not to mention all the crack heads asking for food when u leave and come in and the stupid ass cashier can’t even take ur Order right! Never will I come here again! NEVER EVER!

My suggestion is to eat at the Korean restaurant nearby or the Ranch 99 or not at all, the whole area is a disaster zone, so I can’t honestly recommend anything in good conciounse other than keep driving

Terrible experience. I ordered a sausage Mc muffin meal which is $ 5.50. The shift manager who was also my cashier asked if I wanted it a large. I said no, I want a small. I paid $ 7.08. When I looked at the receipt I saw I was charged an extra $ 1.00 as an up charge for a medium drink. I brought it to his attention and he refunded me 0.20 cents. We discussed and he tried to explain why he was right but he wasn’t proving his point. I asked him to do the math and show me. He said I wouldn’t understand and gave me $ 1.00 instead.
I don’t care about the problem because it’s not a big deal. But he insulted my intelligence when he said I wouldn’t understand rudimentary math.
I am never coming back.

Might be the worst Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been to. No drive thru, old, higher priced Dollar menu. They need to buzz you into a gas station like bathroom. No paper towels to dry hands blower doesn’t work. Avoid this Mc Donald’s. Customer service is the reason they even got a star…

I feel they have good service however the area is not so good! There is just so many homeless and druggys that come in and some times I don’t feel safe in there. They ask you for money and and stair at you when you eat. But then again maybe security guards need to really be doing their job. Park and shop just sucks now.

Whole work force here at the front was Mexican. 2 females taking the orders and the Male who was (he said) the manager. I came in there today (morning) to get some breakfast for my wife and daughter. My daughters Orange Juice was not full so I asked the older lady if she can fill it up. She than tells me that they fill it that way because sometimes the customer wants to add ice… who the fuck adds ice after adding the drink itself? Not to mention my ICE TEA was filled to the top with ICE. She than takes my cup to the orange juice machine and just taps it once. I than sought out the manager who did nothing but just looked at the cup. When I left I asked for a refill of Ice tea from the other lady, she than spoke to someone in the back in Spanish and I completely felt like she was bad mouthing me.

I try to avoid this place at all cost. The food tasted bad. If you decide to sit down don’t be surprised if you feel the need to cover the seats with napkins. Service was ok. Avoid the bathrooms it is absolutely disgusting in there. It seems there is no maintenance in the restroom.

I can’t help but laugh at people using this forum to make their little-​minded statements against McDonald’s, or their love for that heavily biased docu-​commentary, Supersize Me. Vegans… spare us.
If you don’t like McDonald’s fine, don’t go, but we really don’t need your petty rants in a review forum about a specific restaurant.
If you enjoy McDonald’s every so often, then you’ll enjoy the food here at this Mikey D’s, as it’s the same everywhere.
If you enjoy hobos and other vagrants, then you’ll be at home at this location in downtown Concord. Was asked for spare change three times this evening; once going in, twice coming out. I dined amongst freaks, happy and non-​threatening freaks, but loonies nonetheless. It’s okay, but I ate fast.
Not the best McD’s experience, but not the worst either (Fairfax, VA is the worst).
Doesn’t have a drive-​thru, and because of its location… not possible.
