Panda Express

It’s 4:45 on a Sunday afternoon. The line of people is out the door into the parking area. Very, very slow service. Only 1 cashier out of 2 possible cashier positions. Dining are is unkempt, tables & chairs have bits of food from prior guests. No management types in sight. Mediocre Chinese food. First & last visit for us.

I’m becoming frusterated with decreasing servings for each entrée over the last few visits, especially with the bowls. Its hard to say whether it is this specific location or the brand in general that is pushing for small scoops of the food. The staff is usually friendly here and work quickly and parking is not difficult. We may reconsider going somewhere else where we can get more for our money.

Let’s be real. When you go to Panda Express you should know the quality of the food you are going to get. I came here looking for quick Chinese take-​out, but to my surprise there was a long line all the way to the entrance. The staff need to be better trained on the supply chain. There was an obvious backup due to inefficient workers. If I am going to wait 20 – 30 minutes for my food, I might as well eat at a sit-​down restaurant.

Worst place to come literally I had to wait one hour in line pick my order and on the side of that my food was cold they need more staffing and need to warm up there food ! There was like 30 people in line a two workers all bad!

Well I like Chinese foods but not that kinda Chinese that is not localized. Panda express food is delicious, quick and fair if you dont mind taking some extra calories.

I have always had a great experience at this Panda location. Food fresh, nearly always full bowls, pleasant employees! I tried to go to my local Panda but it was so poorly run I gave up after several attempts.
Tonight, however, they have solidified my loyalty. When I left after buying my meal I saw a clean cut gentleman with a sign saying ‘hungry vet’ outside. I had no cash, and tend to not give cash anyway. I got on the road and felt like I missed an opportunity to help someone out. I can’t tell you why it bothered me, but it did. I called and asked if I could buy him a meal over the phone. The gentleman who answered… didn’t think to ask his name. said he couldn’t take a credit card payment over the phone, but without missing a beat said «I’m the manager. I’ll go out and get him a meal.» I was very taken aback and thanked him! He said «Thank you for caring»
That you Pleasant Hill Panda!

My kids really like Panda so that is why I’m here. The entrée boxes are very tiny. Then some items have a $ 1.25 premium. The food is ok quality but would like to larger portions for the price.

Don’t go to Lafayette panda go here, they actually work till closing. It’s always hot and good and plenty to go around…

I had a great experience here! The food was amaizing i was being helped by Miranda and She was so funny and was really fast at her job. I had a huge order to make, she understood everything that I said and I only needed to explain once. Five stars for sure!!!

Two words, Orange Chicken.

It’s Panda so I don’t expect much but their customer service is horrible. When I got to the front of the line the guy literally stared at me and said nothing, so I stared and said nothing back. I think he was a little weirded out but come on! At least say hello, how can I help you!
Ugh… I hate that kind of thing.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and love Panda. I went in for lunch and it seems like there is always a huge lunch time crowd. I was able to get through the line fairly quickly. It’s been awhile since I’ve visited this particular location and they did a nice job remodeling the inside of the restaurant.

Customer service isn’t the best. Nor the up keeping of the restaurant. Food was alright. Not sure if I plan on returning to this location.

Some kid they hired used his hands to mush the white rice down in the container, and when he caught me catch him in the act he got a new one and said sorry.
They used that dirty ass rag to clean in between the entrees and the residue falls back in.
I’m sure these ppl don’t give a fuck be they work for what $ 8 an hour? But I have every right to go off on them bc I def don’t want to die from panda lol
Never coming here

I got sick from eating at this Panda Express. Last week, I ordered dinner at 9pm. A few hours later I was throwing up and had diarrhea. You couldn’t pay me to go there again.

This place is the worst! First time eating at this location and I got food poisoning. Never coming back.
Don’t f*%king eat here!

The line is out the door, so typically it’s freshly cooked.

better than all the Panda Express’ I’ve been to. orange chicken was good too.
it was pretty busy, but the line went quick.
overall it was good and I’d come here again.

Solid 3 stars for Panda. The food is okay & it’s fast, service is pretty good too.
I wish they’d make more veggie dishes, or add more variety to the stuff they do make.
Parking was a bit difficult to find since I showed up at lunch time, but I eventually found a decent spot!
