Consistently a favorite. I’ve eaten here numerous times and it is always great. The mexican roll is amazing – but non spicy livers beware! The atmosphere is casual, the interiors are very pleasant and the staff are very attentive. This has become a regular go-to place for me. LOVEIT!

Pretty good, not bad… Ok location because your kinda away from things. None-the less, I though this place was pretty good. Bottom-line– Not my favorite, but definitely a good find for the area.

I just tried this place for the first time today and it was pretty good and very reasonably priced. I got the spicy chicken bento box so I would recommend that.($ 10) If it is your first time make sure to ask Kate your server for your $ 2.00 discount card for your next visit. ;-) btw, the place was very clean and the atmosphere was nice since it has large windows. Enjoy!

This is my favorite sushi place! They have such good specials, and it comes with a perfect amount of food! I hate going to sushi restaurants and getting hardly anything or having to order multiple rolls. Not being a fan of seafood, they have a delicious special called the Orange Special, and I get the Vegetable Tempura Roll, and then you can choose for it to come with either avocado roll or cucumber roll and then it comes with miso soup too! It is perfect! I love this place so much, the servers remember me and are very nice! Definitely recommend this place

This is a casual sushi spot with good sushi. It’s also affordable, thanks to it’s discount on select rolls and nigiri. The fish is fresh and the specialty rolls are tasty. Don’t expect the extra large succulent pieces of fish that you’ll get in more expensive sushi restaurants, though. You do get what you pay for. All in all, A-OK!

Came in at 6 pm on a Tuesday night. The entire restaurant was empty, with the exception of my friend and I. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and immediately took my drink order. The restaurant is of good size and is very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They were both quick to take our order as well as getting our food to us. I got the rainbow roll and a cup of miso soup, both of which were yummy and fairly priced. The staff always made sure my water was refilled and the empty dished on our table were removed promptly. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here very much and, if I were local, would return again.

Service is a little slow, but this place is a great value for sushi!

PREFACE: I’ve been here quite a few amount of times to check consistency in dishes This a a pretty decent sushi restaurant. There is a pretty diverse selection of «flavors» ranging from mild to spicy. They also have your«bento» lunch or dinner boxes if you aren’t craving sushi. The staff is extremely friendly. I usually come around the lunch hour and I’ve never had an issue with not having a place to sit. I came in today and I was greeted by the host/waitress who was busy with another customer and as a multi faster she had politely excused herself from her customer to just acknowledge me and advised me on where to sit and then she went back to her customer. I ordered a spicy chicken bento box which I uploaded a picture for. Now I have a very high tolerance for spicy food and this definitely has some spice. It doesn’t have enough to make me sweat but for those of you tat are sensitive to spice then it may be too much for you. The tempura was delicious as well due to its light batter where you get a great balance of shrimp, and a couple of mixed tempura vegetables. A light salad accompanied the box along with to orange slices and a Gyoza and of course a cup of rice and miso soup. I found the mix of foods a great combination and I was very satisfied with the taste. All that for about $ 11(tax included) I definitely will back as I have been already. I have had quite a few of their sushi as well but since I don’t have the menu in front of me I won’t be mentioning them. I will however mention that they are delicious and it is the reason why I have been back many times

Well, the prices are great, they do take out, which is fun and the location is awesome. The rolls were Yummy but definitely not traditional. Lots of sauces and toppings. I wouldn’t say that this is bad, just not for everyone and true sushi fans might not appreciate this variation. However, we enjoyed it and the amount of food for the cost was awesome!

Relatively new sushi restaurant in WC. The sushi menu looks like its permanently marked down, which is deceptive, because you get what you pay for, right? Wrong. So far, this is the freshest fish I’ve had in the Bay Area. They have a large sushi and non sushi menu, and I love the special rolls, which include the ones you have heard of, and new ones too(like garlic albacore with onions. Amazing.) Plus they have sake specials and lunch deals. So happy this is so close to work!

Very delicious, reasonably priced, aesthetically pleasing restaurant with very friendly service. Extensive menu. We went there on a tuesday night and it was packed, obviously a very popular place. Even though it was busy, our food came out super quick. Half off draft beers and sake sun-wed. –1 star because parking isn’t great.

BEST. SUSHI. EVER. Seriously!!! Fresh, delicious fish selection, amazing combos, and super affordable prices! This is my new go-to place. All of their rolls are absolutely mouth watering! Everything is good! Service is friendly and quick, atmosphere is open and pleasant. Parking is OK, but I’d happily walk a mile for anything from here! Easily my new favorite sushi place of all time!

This place was okay. It wasn’t great. And there are so many great sushi places that I just can’t waste any meals on OKAY places. They have a lot of rolls, but there isn’t much variety within them. Most of them are shrimp tempura or spicy tuna. There was no sashimi option, which is a problem for me in any sushi place. the nigiri was okay, but it wasn’t cut right. The baked lobster roll was just strange. I think I don’t like baked rolls. It was massive, by the way. I suspect most people would be able to order just that and make a meal of it. Service was awesome… our server was super funny. I wish she would have let us know that the rolls were huge and we were ordering too much food, though. Instead she kept pushing us to order more. I don’t have a need to go back to this place. There are better options.

I actually like this place surprisingly. After having a blah day, I decided to stuff my face with seafood. I’ve always thought so many times of trying this place but the average star review has made me kind of backed off. I guess I was such in a bad mood that day to even care so finally, came to try it. I came in mid afternoon, not sure if it was some sort happy hour for Nigiri but they were half off price. I had the Octopus and Squid Nigiri, both were good especially for its price. Their small vegetable tempura is good for 2, huge servings for $ 4.95. The Salmon collar($ 5.95) OMG, my favorite part was very flavorful and not dry. I’ll definitely come back here, SOON!

A working lunch here. I had a chicken rice bowl… tasty, well seasoned. Friends had rolls, and we were all happy! Pleasant and attentive service; great ambiance.

I am not one for speaking poorly of people or restaurants. however, this place was so bad on so many levels, I had to speak up. 1) the lady carded my two friends and not me(who are my age)…rude and(ironically) tasteless! ;-) 2) the miso soup was horrible – absolutely no taste at all. 3) the sushi lacked in flavor and taste; I felt like I was just eating b/c it was in front of me… edible and mediocre at best. 4)The prices are cheap for happy hour I guess, but I wouldn’t ever put any more of my dollars into that place again!

This place is great stuff. It seems like their rolls are almost always half off! What a way to start the meal right? I like their cooked rolls, and their house salad is pretty good too. The service people are friendly and have gotten my order right every time so far.

Great menu. Great prices. Presentation was memorable. They were attentive to our party of 7. Sushi was fresh and tasty. Spicy tuna salad was huge! Next time I would get the sauce on the side. Mussels were yummy. They have a variety of combo dishes that I am going to have to try one of these days! This place is away from the busy downtown area but still close enough where you can walk to the bars afterwards.

This place is awesome. The salmon bento box is super tasty, and includes rice, salad, soup, tempura and gyoza. The scallop crunch roll is pretty tasty. My favorite part was the three scallops on the side, fried in a light and tasty tempura batter. Yum. Everything was so delicious. I wish I could have eaten more! I’ll definitely be back, and soon.
