Awful 1^st time experiences with Dr Preston
Went to him for a 2^nd opinion.
One week earlier I gave them all my insurance info (Dual insurance coverage– Aetna PPO & Kaiser)
I waited in the examination room for over one hour
Having difficulty moving around. Finally The office manager came to me and said MD can’t see you because you need to get a letter from your Kaiser insurance — Why? I have an «open choice PPO» with Aetna that I can go to any MD of my choice — He refused to see me. I also offered to pay for the visit– the lady did not accept!
I called Kaiser and Aetna later, they were both surprised at this .
They charged me $ 30 copayment and I could hear all the laughing and noise from the nursing station
I will be filing a complaint with regulatory agencies on this matter–
Just don’t want anyone else go thru what I had to go thru…

I had a really good first visit with Dr. Preston. 2 years of shoulder pains and his Physician’s Assistant figured out what was wrong in a matter of minutes. Quick shot and a follow-​up scheduled — 20 minutes and on my way back to work. Perfect. His P.A. was really terrific.

Dr. Preston seems to be a good doctor, but his practice is the most dis-​organized mess I have ever run across! I have gone to him for 2 different issues and each one has been left unresolved due to lack of follow up from his scheduling team. Most recently Dr. Preston diagnosed and prescribed injections for my knee, which was in a lot of pain, I never heard from the office to schedule the visit. I called them every week for over a month and never received a return phone call or a straight answer from their admin staff. I had to get my insurance company inloved which never heard from them either. I am still in pain and still trying to get it resolved. DO not bother going here unless you have a tremendous tolerance for pain and a lot of extra time on your hands to make phone calls. RIdiculous!

Dr Preston did a great job on my shoulder.

My husband had Dr. Preston as a surgeon, he was fabulous. If you are looking for a competent doctor who is truly gifted, he is the man for you! :) Dr. Preston is awesome!
