CRDN Greater Bay Area

Just. Don’t.
I used CRDN for a large job dry cleaning soft goods after water damage in our house. They started out above the waist, arriving to pick the things up on time. Then it all went South. They didn’t return several phone calls asking where my things were, when I finally was able to speak to someone, it appeared that they had lost track of the job completely. They fumbled around unable to find my name in their system, then miraculously had the job done in a couple of days (I guess I should be glad they didn’t lose everything forever). They offered no apology or explanation for their lateness. When my things were finally delivered, I had to send one thing back because it was clearly NOT clean. And the cherry on top: they damaged a suitcase — and by damaged I mean SMASHED the frame so it is unusable and wouldn’t own up to it. They need to take Customer Service 101!

I use Crdn to restore any items damaged due to water or mold. I work in the restoration industry and people have expensive items or items that are sentimental and hold personal value. They have always responded quick and very professional. Every customer I have sent there way has had nothing but great things to say about them. Eric and Alex are very friendly and educated on the jobs they do. Thanks Crdn you have always been there when the home owners need you.

I too had a fire in my home when I by accident left my pot on the stove and left for work. Lucky for me that the fire was only in the kitchen, but my whole house had smoke in it. The smoke went everywhere including into all my clothes even clothes in drawers. The closets were the worst. Michelle from CRDN showed up and helped me understand everything that I needed to do. I learned that they work with almost all insurance companies and they even knew the adjuster assigned to my case.
They did all of the following to my belongings:
1. Took a couple emergency bags and washed them and brought them to my extended stay home the same day. There was no dirt on my clothes. They were spot clean and had no smell of smoke any more.
2. They too washed my snowboarding jackets and when I got them there was no water dripping at all. Dry and Clean.
3. My clothes smelled fresh and clean. They left soaked in smoke and came back in perfect condition.
4. As we waited for a month for the cleaning and repair process to occur I did allow them to store them for us. This wasn’t a trick at all, but something my insurance adjuster was happy to pay for. Its like where am I going to store 10 boxes of clean clothes as my home is repaired. I knew they were safe with CRDN.
5. They lost NONE of my clothes at all. When they picked up my clothes they took photos and handed me sheets of what they took for my records.
6. They truly cared for me and for my family. They made sure I was informed about the process.
7. My insurance company even said they do a lot of a work with them.
Finally, Michelle, the «Lady» that came by and picked up my clothes called me a couple times. She even came by to my home as I was moving back in to make sure everything was ok. Sign. More businesses should be run this way and I highly recommend them to anyone who has a fire and needs help.
