I came again to pick up my purse and after 3 weeks it was not ready, in fact it was hanging on the hanger as dirty as i left it. I asked them why it was not cleaned and they said «there was a mix up» They asked me if i wanted to take it back or have them clean it… they actually said «do you want it cleaned?» Do i fucking want it cleaned! Are you serious? Why did i give it to you over 3 weeks ago? Idiots. So i said yes i want it cleaned, they said it would be another 2 weeks. Now i know i should have just taken it back and given it to another cleaners but i was so tired of this shit and i just wanted my purse to be cleaned. Two weeks have gone by and i called them today to see if it was ready (as per the receipt). The woman i spoke with had no idea what was going on and said it is not ready yet… my mouth dropped… looks like i will have to sick my husband on them now… i pitty the fool!

A year ago it costed me $ 13 to get a pair of jeans altered. The last time I went there (and it will be the last time I get anything altered there) in July of 2011 it costed me $ 18 to get a pair of jeans altered – price increased by almost 50%! On top of that, I had to wait 7 days until the jeans were ready for pickup.
Now I go to Mrs. Ma in San Francisco Chinatown for alterations – a third of the price and pick up next day!

Pathetic! Wife made mistake of using them for a dress that was pressed w/​spots of starch ALL over! These guys need to find another line of work!

They came by my house with their truck and gave me their spiel about free pick up and delivery, reasonable prices, non-​toxic cleaning solution, etc. So I decided to give it a try. They give you a green bag to put your clothes out in and a «wreath hanger» that goes over your door, so they can hang the clean clothes upon delivery. All is charged to your credit card. I sent out two orders. Both were back three days later, clean and not chemical-​smelling. Prices are comparable with other places. It’s nice not to have to schlepp the clothes to and from. Good experience so far.

My friend and I walked into the store and asked for an emergency alteration for a wedding dress that needed to be finished in two days. The employees were so friendly and accommodating. They called the seamstress at home and made sure it would be okay and she completed the work in one day. We were extremely satisfied with the end result.
