I don’t often post reviews but i felt compelled to do so after reading the bad reviews posted for Creation. Eric and his crew did an outstanding job on our installation. They installed our home audio system and did an excellant job. We were in a rush after our av contractor failed to meet our tight deadline. Creation literally saved the day and came in cleaned up the sloppy job and installed a high end av system. Not only are we happy with the system, the follow up service was far beyond expectation. Thanks Creation Networks!

Creation did a complete automation project on my home. The end product was rough at best but I chalked it up to the nature of home automation. Creation over promised and under delivered. My system has failed more times than I can count. Creation has been non responsive and has demonstrated no ability to solve my issues. I would manage your expectations if you choose to work with this company!

Horrible company. They solicited my mega project business, spent a lot of time on follow-ups early on and and come time to provide quote and earn business lacked the follow through entirely. I had to chase them as they made it to my supplier shortlist but what a waste. Glad we did not enter into a business deal and their true colors showed before they got my contract and money. Good riddance!
P. S. Their owner comes across as very unstable though their sales guy was personable and professional.
