Dance Fusion

Best in the Bay Area. Great art and style in all choreography. The best in choreography with fresh new talent always being sought out. Deb runs a wonderful studio.

We switched to Dance Fusion about 3 years ago, and I am so happy that my daughter is a part of Dance Fusion. Here’s why:
1) Every teacher knows her personally. They all know her by name, but they also know her strengths and what she is trying to improve. Even teachers of classes she does not take know her.
2) The technique classes are intense but deliver results. The ballet teacher, Kathy, is disciplined and kind, and knows how to keep her students motivated.
3) The studio staff embraces their mission and philosophy. Dancers learn that dance is an art form to be shared, and there is no backstabbing or «mean girl stuff» tolerated. The teachers all create a positive, supportive culture.
4) Dance team is fun! While at conventions and competitions, it is noticeable that Dance Fusion dancers are having a great time and are taking advantage of every experience they participate in.
5) The office staff is awesome. Peggy and Cory are friendly and helpful, but they are also on top of all the billing and scheduling issues. I always know what is going on.
6) I don’t feel «nickeled-​and-​dimed.» We were previously attending a large studio in Danville that charged separately for everything (costumes, DVDs, pictures, show tickets, etc.). At Dance Fusion, Deb and Auschi are very upfront in what the season is going to cost, and there are no hidden or surprise fees.
7) For the competitive dance teams, the owners ask for input into scheduling conflicts before the season starts. This is so helpful for teams that have students in both middle and high school!
8) Summers are extremely flexible. I love how they manage summer classes… we can have a family vacation!
9) Costumes are age appropriate and the staff tries to keep the cost of costumes down as much as possible without compromising the look they are going for. I really appreciate this.
10) Class sizes are managed well; they are never too big.
Dance Fusion has been a great studio for my daughter… I can’t say enough good things about it! She absolutely loves it there, and is happy every time she dances. I feel so fortunate she can be a part of such a positive, nurturing environment!
