Zoom Room’s Puppy Party! Wow, much donuts. So amaze. Such Elite! Our lil doge Latte had a blast, zipping through Zoom Room’s obstacle course, bobbing for hot dogs, and rubbing noses with all her new furry friends. We were so excited to see Unilocal East Bay had a party planned that was for the dogs, since we have a full circus of them at home(three beagles + one visiting corgi pup). Zoom Room was the perfect venue! They have the coolest indoor dogrun course with hoops, ramps, bars, you name it. Their staff showed Latte the ropes and were quick and attentive to all of the messes that tend to occur around big groups of dogs. They even made fresh-baked dog donuts! Latte also totally loved the bobbing for hot dogs! We had to cut her off after she nearly took a nosedive into the pool. Some doggies just don’t know their limits!

This was a woof-tastic event! 5 paws up from Roxy(and her humans!) for Nique putting this event together! Liz from Zoom Room and her staff were wonderful! They were super sweet and answered all of my questions. It was great getting out and meeting so many new dogs and their humans!

Nobody can say Unilocal East Bay is in a rut with our Elite events. Working out, eating, drinking, pampering, theater, museums… There is something for everyone. I’ve been to kid friendly events before, but this is my first one that is all about the dogs. I was excited to check out the Zoom Room and bring Lola out for some fun. The family photo booth was great, and we got to dress Lola up in a stylish Unilocal bandana. The staff of the Zoom Room was fantastic, and we loved the bobbing for hot dogs. I took advantage of their generous 20% discount and bought a great dog rug for my parents. Overall, we didn’t get to stay long, because Lola got a little stimulation overload with all the excitement. But it was a great event and I applaud Nique for her creativity and diversity. I was sad to see no corgies, though.

It’s a DOGGYDOG of an event! What a break from the norm having our little ones socialize and play instead of us! From the moment we arrived, our bitch Fiona was ready to party with no one but herself. She met other Unilocalers, but decided to snap. Sorry to anyone she snapped at, she’s just better off leash. Since there were so many dogs, the policy was to have them ‘leashed’, but for the most part everyone stayed calm and had control. The event provided human snacks, beer, and wine. The canines received a doggy donut, a bandana, and a photo with their master! As for what Zoom Room provided, they shared the fun! There were various ramps, a hoop, and other agility items. My Fiona loved it! She did almost all of the tricks. But I think her favorite was the bobbing for hot dogs, as she ate like four pieces! Not only does Zoom Room provide the exercise for our dogs, they offer training classes too. From puppies to seniors, they’ll take care of your little one. They even have lockers for humans to store your personals. Other than the play area, they also sell products that make your dog think, from certain toys to dog bowls. Thank you to the staff, they were fantastic! And as always, thank you Nique for this delightful event! Overall, with how happy my lil’ nana was being here, she’d paws-down give this place 5 paws up!

** KIWI’s FIRST UnilocalELITEEVENT!!! ** Now for those who don’t remember my babygirl Kiwi from the Foster City Dog Park review that received an ROTD on 10÷30÷14( ), allow me to re-introduce her again. Kiwi is my 7 year old Shih Tzu who basically think she’s human. She gets along with all humans, not so much with those of her kind. However, today must have been a miracle beyond miracles because Kiwi got along with(mostly) all of the dogs at today’s Elite event! This didn’t last long though, after one of the bigger dogs snapped at her and almost caught her ear. Once that went down, she went back to being snappy with all the dogs with the exception of the other Shih Tzu that she met.(lol) I must say, East Bay Elites know how to get down with the get down! What I love most was that this event involved our best friends– OURDOGS! ^_^* I was astonished with Kiwi’s ability to overcome her fear of descending ramps(as she’s afraid of walking down any type of stairs), and was able to complete all of the agility obstacles that Zoom Room offered at tonight’s event! At first, I would have the carry Kiwi and set her down on the middle of the agility ramp so that she would be more encouraged to complete the course. By the end of the night, she was able to jump over bars and walk up and down all the tall ramps that was offered! *SOOPROUDOFMYDEARBELOVED* Today’s event offered both human snacks as well as doggy snacks! Kiwi, though, did not seem as ecstatic about the doggy donuts as the other canines did. She was more inclined to go tackle the obstacle courses rather than gulp down a load of snacks the entire night. Tonight’s event also provided an opportunity to take polaroid photos with your canine companion for a keep-sake! I thought this idea was WONDERFUL because having a hard copy polaroid photo adds a bit of a vintage flavor to the whole event. Our photo turned out picturesque perfect! I couldn’t be happier! Liz, the lead trainer and store manager, as well as her entire staff were UH-MAAAZING!!! All of the staff members were meet-and-greeting all of the dogs as well as their owners! Additionally, the Zoom Room staff were even assisting with helping owners and the dogs complete the obstacle course through doggie treats! Miss Kiwi received SOOOOMUCH doggie Unilocal schwag as well as Zoom Room schwag!!! She received a Unilocal dog bandana and Zoom Room provided a huge orange bag with a bunch of goodies for each pet/owner, including: a portable water container, portable food bowl, food portion control scooper, dog chalp stick(«bark-B-Q» flavor), and dry dog treats! Shout out to Ron R., his beautiful m’lady, and cutie-patootie biyotch, Fiona! It’s always a great time when you finally meet your fellow Elite friends in person! :) I definitely plan on signing Kiwi up for some agility and training classes at Zoom Room in the(very) near future. Unfortunately, I cannot sign her up at this Walnut Creek location as it’s about an hour away from my residence, however, there is a Zoom Room located about 5 minutes away from my house(San Carlos/Belmont border off El Camino Real) which is perfect to sign babygirl Kiwi at! THANKYOUTOTHEBEAUTIFULEASTBAYCM, NIQUE, FORPROVIDINGSUCH A WONDERFULEVENTFORALLOFUS! Hosting an Elite Event for our dogs definitely provides a perfect opportunity for Unilocalers to meet new friends/Yelpers/Elites and their canine companions. Woof woof!
