I recently sought Christina’s help with some career transition steps, and am truly thrilled with the results! She is an amazingly gifted practitioner with refreshing insight and guidance that was spot-​on for my needs. With ease, she honed areas where my approaches needed attention, then gently guided me through the process. I was so happy to work with her and highly recommend her services – it was the best thing I could have done for myself.

I didn’t know a lot about NLP but decided I had nothing to lose and gave it a shot. I was going through a difficult situation and had tried seeing multiple therapists with no progress. I was feeling lost. Christina was able to gently guide me to the places I needed to go and really address the root causes of my issues. She helped me having a better understanding of myself, and answered many of the «why» questions we ask ourselves during difficult times. The experience was truly amazing and life changing. The results were quickly realized and continuous. I highly recommend Christina to anyone who needs guidance and support.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Contacting the Women’s Workshop was the best move I could’ve made. The owner Christina is comforting, welcoming and easy to talk to. I didn’t feel intimidated or embarrassed about anything. The true skeptic to the core, I never believed in alternative means for handling problems. I mean, whats this NLP Hippie hoopla anyway? AND I Skype with you from the comfort of my own home? Well, let me tell you, I am a believer and whole heartedly recommend her NLP services. It gave me a different way of viewing things that consumed me and blocked me from moving on in my business and home life. I wish everyone could experience this because it really has made Me be «Me» again.
