I wasted my time driving here because your hours posted on Unilocal says you’re open. Then you also have an open sign that looks like its always lit. Change your shit up and stop wasting people’s time. Take your own business seriously for god sake.

The first time I went I got their sweet and sour chicken which was OK. Nothing to write home about. The second time I went I got some kind of deep fried beef dish which was, for lack of a better word, wretched. Tasted like old, greasy meat and sauce was just putrid. I enjoy the fact it’s close to my job and I kind of enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken and the portions they give with with the lunch special. But, I’m in no rush to go back.

I thought I would give them a try for take out tonight and I really wish I didn’t. It lacked any true flavor and the sauces were very watery. I also found it very expensive for what it was. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was just not a good experience and sadly, I will never go back. Such a shame. I hate to say it, but Panda Express would’ve been a better option tonight. Perhaps it was a one off and I hope they get better.

Gross. No flavor to the chow mien. The pork fried rice had absolutely no pork or veggies. This place is a rip off.

I stopped going to this restaurant due to poor services. Food was just average and nothing worth to say about it.

Decent Chinese food in a strip mall. Not the prettiest location but ok for take out. Food is consistent and no msg hangovers so that is good. Soups R good and shrimp is too. Service is so so– opt for take out if you have a hankering and want something close to the area.

I’m looking for a good Chinese restraunt, this is not it. It’s way too Americanized and salty. Not a chopstick in site. There’s has to be a better Chinese restraunt in this area.

Good lunch specials, especially the three kinds kung pao. And to date, they still make the best spring rolls I’ve ever had. Recommend serving therm with a little bit of hot mustard mixed with soy sauce.

We always go there for to go dinner the best dishes there are the combination rice the fried octopus(calamari) and the broccoli beef The customer service is just like any Asian restaurant kinda rude and when you ask for hot sauce soy sauce or fortune cookie it’s a nightmare the owner always talk you you with attitude

Highly upset!!! Went to my grandson’s birthday dinner and yeah there were quite a few of us and we all paid with separate checks. I understand the whole 15% gratuity thing and was told we were given a discount on the gratuity because some of the people in our party were regulars, ok great! BUT I’ve never had ANYONE in ANY restaurant ask for more money on their tip!!! This was my first time their and it will be my last and that’s to bad because the food was pretty good! Thumbs down for me!!!

Living in Clayton, it is hard to find a good Chinese restaurant remotely close by, but Jade Garden isn’t too far and it has been a great find. We have been here for both lunch and dinner and both times the service was fantastic(friendly staff, seated quickly, order taken right away, water refilled continuously, etc.) and the food was good. Tonight we had the sweet and sour chicken and the garlic chicken — both were so good that we kept eating past the point of being satisfied — lol, sigh. We will definitely return.

Food Good. Not relaxing at lunch. One waitress yells at all the other help. Not a nice lady.

Good and fast service ! Excellent quality food with big portions. Great ambiance for family. They have a little fish pond to feed the goldfish! I would go back and recommend it to all

Mediocre. I don’t know if I still came here for sentimental reasons(after coming here for years) or out of desperation because it’s convenient. Tonight one of the ladies said something(while I was paying) making it seem like a last minute order of WHITERICE, was such a disservice to her. The food truly is mediocre, they must have gotten a new chef or something. I’ve been thinking this for a while, but the rude service is what pushed me to write this. I’m NEVERSPENDINGMYMONEYHEREAGAIN. I don’t care if I have to take my business elsewhere.

I like the hours they’re open. The location is easy to find and they have lots of parking, however, the food is really not that good and it’s really pricey for what you get. I’d only order from here out of convenience of the location or their hours. Other than that I’d rather drive further for better tasting food. When you order take out at Hunan on Clayton Road, they always give you free egg rolls with it and they’ve got great prices and the food is off the hook. I think Jade Garden needs to throw in a couple egg rolls in their to go orders as well. Those little things make a big difference.

I’m giving this place 2 stars because the food was good. We went here with a group of 3 adults and 5 kids. The service was poor at best. They were slow, and seemed impatient with the kids even though we were the only customers in the place when we got there. We ordered a reasonable amount of food, and the waitress said, «Do you want to order any more? It would make my boss very happy.» WHAT? Slow service without a smile and good food earns two stars.

BLAHHH!!! Why, oh why, did I give this place the benefit of the doubt??? BIGMISTAKE! HUGE! I was on my way to work, when I decided to get a bite to eat before heading in. It was for mere convenience reasons which ungratefully brought me here today. I initially anticipated before going in, that I shouldn’t necessarily expect anything spectacular based upon the poor Unilocal reviews, however, being the person who likes to give the person/place the benefit of the doubt, I decided to give them a shot… boy, should I had gone with the poor reviews. I came in around noon. The place was surprisingly busy. I managed to get a seat. Menu was quickly given to me. I inquired about some specifics pertaining to several dishes. The waitress seemed a little clueless as far as what came in some of the dishes. I ended up just ordering the Broccoli Chicken requesting it in the light sauce. Soup and tea comes with lunch. Soup was ok. Now for my Broccoli Chicken??? Horrendous! First of all, the«Chicken» was these tiny, minuscule little semi fried nuggets, and I mean tiny! I also can’t fathom how a dish can actually have absolutely NO flavor. I mentioned to one of the servers that I wasn’t quite satisfied with this dish, and asked if I could possibly order something else. She immediately gives me an attitude and said it probably wasn’t as good because I requested it in the«light sauce». She then hesitantly goes and grabs me the menu and practically threw it on the table«Really»? I quickly realized I was not going to pay for this sort of nonsense, so I asked how much the soup was and told her I would be leaving. She gives me the most OUTRAGEOUS attitude and said I offended her food! I told her«I was a customer, and you should go out of your way to accommodate them» especially considering I was polite when I made my request. Needless to say, I politely paid my $ 3.00 and left. I really should had just walked out. Oh and not to mention, the place is also quite crummy and old looking. Great reflection of some of the personalities that work here. So, do your self a favor, STAYAWAY!!!

I have been coming here for about 7 years and to me it is one of the best Chinese places in concord. Typical place though, all normal menu items, coke sold by the can of course. The past couple years the food seems to be not as good, but service has always been the same. Sometimes hard to get someones attention, but they usually check on you. I always get lemon chicken and the past year or so it’s always overcooked and dry. The sauces are always excellent though, good portions, but slightly over priced in my opinion. Never had any bad food here, but they used to be a solid 4 star place at one time just of the food alone. They also have a koi pond which is a hit with kids and old people alike and the shopping center it is in has a ton of parking. I will be coming back for sure!
