Not really a Panda Express fan. Actually always avoid it like the plague. Nevertheless had an urge for their dang orange chicken. Ordered a 2 item plate. orange chicken and eggplant tofu with chow mein. As an Asian I am about to speak blasphemy. ITWASPRETTYGOOD! Hella oily.yeah.but pretty good! Customer service was fast-not the most personable but what do you expect during lunch rush?

The service here is terrible. If you want to be frustrated by lousy service, by all means, eat at this Panda Express. If you want good food that’s cheap, walk across the parking lot to the Mexican place because you get a pretty goddamn good burrito for less than what you’d pay at this customer service reject hell hole. One of my worst experiences was using their online ordering that they’ve been promoting. I placed my order online, showed up at the store and ended up waiting in line anyway because they didn’t have enough people working the line to have a dedicated cashier to hand me my prepaid, packed order. When I finally made it out of there and got all the way home, I opened up one of my boxes to see that they had completely forgot to put in one of the entrees. So I drove all the way back, waited again. When someone finally acknowledged me to ask me what’s up, I show them the box and, with no apology and a bitch face because it’s my fucking fault they screwed up, filled up my box with the missing entrée and sent me on my way. Other issues I’ve experienced here are frequently distracted employees too busy dicking around with each other than properly serving customers. Food quality is inconsistent too. Not saying all old Asian guys are master chefs, but when it’s the old Asian guy in the kitchen, we noticed the food is usually pretty good. When it’s not him, the food is bland, cooked cardboard.

Rude to me. I didn’t feel welcomed. 2 stars cause at least the did was good. I don’t expect to be respected like a fancy restaurant but to be treated like shit was unbelievable

Ugh. This is Panda Express??? Chowmein was horrible. Had a burnt flavor to it. Customer service was horrible, with the exception of the sweet friendly cashier who deserves five stars. When my son and I walked in we sat at the counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledged after being looked at and ignored. Orange chicken was so-so also. I was shocked. Most Panda Expresses are all great. Not this one. Oh! And to top it off, there was no forint in my cookie!!! Just my luck.

Food is just so so. Not as good as other Panda Express locations and portions are very small. They actually count the pieces they serve you. We always end up having to order more food, which defeats the purpose of coming here. We avoid this location now and opt for any other.

Yesterday, I came in with my boyfriend to get meals for ourselves, and when we asked for kung pao chicken, they said we’d have to wait, so we did. We waited and waited and of course, got a bit frustrated. The woman who put our food together kept telling the cook, Victor, who looked like he was in his early 20’s, to make kung pao chicken, and eventually even telling him«make kung pao chicken first» and he still didn’t even start making it until about 5 minutes later after she asked, putting it together in just a few seconds because the woman employee had to basically demand him to make it. Several other customers were waiting for the kung pao chicken, including us, at a total of about 15 minutes. Afterwards, the woman told him«you have to make something when I tell you to make it, I asked you several times and you never made it» and he said, «aaagghhh! Stop yelling at me!!» loud enough for several other customers to hear. He wasn’t even being yelled at; he was constantly being reluctant to do his job and he needed to be told that anyway. What a horrible employee. The chicken didn’t taste good like it usually did, probably because he put it together too quickly. If I wanted to wait for food, I would have gone to an actual restaurant. He really should get fired. In fact, with his pathetic immature attitude, he shouldn’t ever get hired anywhere. Apparently he acts like he’s 6 years old when somebody gives him orders.

I eat at Panda Express fairly regularly, but this was the first time at this location. I went to this Panda Express at 8:15pm on Friday night. The store was not too crowded, only one person in line ahead of me, and a few people sitting and eating in the place. I ordered a two item plate, sweetfire chicken and Beijing beef. After the server filled my container with rice and chow mein, I saw that both the sweetfire chicken and Beijing beef trays were empty. Several other trays were also empty. The server told me that my food would be ready in five minutes. Twenty minutes later, still no food. If I wanted to wait this long for Chinese food, I would have gone to a sit-down restaurant. I had enough and asked for a refund.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve gotten from a Panda Express. It’s a bit past 1and there is no fried rice and few selections for entrees. To make matters worse the female Hispanic serving was rude when we asked how long it would take for it to be ready. Here’s a tip, you have a customer service job if you hate people why do you work there? No one wants to see an unpleasant face when I’m getting my food.

First time at this location but I’m usually a regular at others. The service was great as far as kindness and professionalism goes. However, they didn’t have any beef and broccoli ready so made a new one. When I got that, the beef tasted a lot chewier than it usually does and kinda ruined it for me. Orange chicken was delicious though :)

This is one of the best panda express locations, you can tell they all work hard and the cooks never stop moving in the back. Not too mention the food tastes great :)

Some time back I got my food at around 8:45 pm. I may have been one of their last customers. I got the Orange Chicken, which tasted so yuck, it tasted like dried fish and had a stink to it. I guess when Orange chicken sits there long, it gets dried up and smells like fish. Not sure what they add to it. I was so grossed out with this that I stopped going there for many many months, maybe a year. Tonight out of convenience I went back. For a long time I had noticed that the smaller Chinese woman would serve me lesser amounts than the men she serves. I had noticed that for sometime. Tonight, another woman did the same thing to me. A few men who were before me, got big spoonfulls of the dishes, while she gave me significantly much smaller amounts. Hell, I pay the same amount as the men, then why do they discriminate. I think they all have been trained to do this, which is to discriminate in the portion depending on who is being served. I am never going back to this place again. It is not a clean place either, and especially that smaller Chinese woman strongly discriminates in portion servings depending on the size of the person. Shame on her for discriminating. The price is the same for everyone therefore, everyone should get the same amount of food.

I love Panda Express typically, but if I’m being honest the food is sub-par. I always get fried rice and orange chicken, and the quality has been getting worse and worse. I’m probably done with Panda Express now. I feel gross after eating it.

I’ve been going here for years and the food and service has always been great; I love Chinese food and when I was working in San Francisco I would go to Chinatown at least three times a week for lunch… weekends would find me there too; the people who work here are always very friendly and will go out of their way to help and advise you on the food… they will give a sample if needed; they have a wide variety of foods and each month there is something new to try… I love it!

Ordered food for a meeting at work, it was on time(they deliver), friendly service, and inexpensive. We had a good variety with brown rice, steamed veggies, eggrolls, chow mein, broccoli beef, and teriyaki chicken. We fed 20 people with some leftovers. I will definitely order from them again.

I stop in here the most because it’s closest to where I live. After tonight, I’m not sure I will. The woman serving me was coughing and coughed into her hand. Didn’t wash her hands either. Just picked up a to-go box and served my food. Yuck. The brown rice was al-dente(which is a kind way of saying it wasn’t properly cooked). Honey sesame chicken was in huge chunks and hard to eat. The same woman who coughed all over everything wasn’t being very careful and got food all over the place when trying to scoop the entrees out. Some other pieces from other customers’ orders were laying in between the steam trays for lord knows how long, which she flipped back into their respective trays with the same spoon. So, because of what I consider unsanitary serving conditions and questionable freshness of the product, I’ll go to the ygnacio valley location from now forward.

In fairness I will be honest in saying the incident below occurred over 4 years ago. But now that I’m a Unilocaler, one of the first things I knew I had to do was make sure it was put on record what happened to me at this particular Panda Express. I’m a big chinese food fan, and always really enjoyed Panda’s speed and affordability. I’m an especially big fan of their Mandarin Chicken! But one afternoon approx. 4 years ago I grabbed lunch to go here with my roommate. We ordered the EXACT same 3 item plate, except for one difference — one of my items was the broccoli beef. I could tell just from sight that it wasn’t super fresh, but I know sometimes the air and steam table treatment can get to food and make it look a little dried out without it necessarily being old. Back home, the taste was pretty poor also. I just figured«Well sometimes you strike out.» Later that night I became violently ill, and spent the next 4 days in bed, in the fetal position in pain with food poisoning. My roommate escaped completely fine, and that broccoli beef was the only thing that entire day that we ate differently, so I have no doubt that was the cause. After those 4 days, I started to feel better but then 3 days later I became ill again and went through ANOTHER4 days of illness. The second round was actually worse. My stomach has never really been right since. I don’t digest food as well as I used to, and have had to visit my doctor a few times for advice and treatment to recover. I can only hope their practices and sanitation have improved since then. But when you have an experience THIS awful, it’s impossible to forgive and forget. I will never set foot in this or ANY Panda Express ever again.
