This place is great! I am so glad that we found such a kind and competent orthodontist on our first try. Such a nice staff and a clean office.
Dr. Masuda was so charming and made every effort to make my daughter comfortable. She directed most of her conversation toward my daughter which I really appreciated. Dr. Masuda could have easily started my daughter on braces right away and charged us extra for it but she advised us that it is better to wait another 6 months to minimize the amount of time my daughter will be in braces. She was also concerned that as my daughter would be starting a new school in a month that having braces and meeting new friends at the same time could be stressful.
I highly recommend Dr. Masuda.

Dr. Masuda is an amazing top notch orthodontist. Additonally, Dr. Masuda’s office staff is professional, friendly, and equally kind to her patients, and family. The office is clean, and never crowded with waiting patients. (awesome).
I interviewed 3 orthodonists in the local area – only highly recommended drs. from friends and associates. Dr. Masuda was the only orthodontist that approached a treatment option that was acceptable to me. The other 2 orthos insisted that my daughter have 4 permanent teeth extracted right away. Dr. Masuda agreed that the straightening could be done without major extractions, but it would require a bit more time in the straightening process. Who wants to loose teeth that could be part of a beautiful smile??? …nobody.
Our family was relocated to WC from Sacramento after the initial set of brances and treatment. Our Sacramento orthodontist. set us on coarse for «no extractions» and Dr. Masuda completed the job beautifully. I couldn’t be any happier.
…wow, you should see how beautiufl my daughter’s smile is today.
No risk here in selecting Dr. Masuda. She is wonderful, smart, and safe to choose.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Masuda! I take my ten year old son to her for his orthodontic treatment. I couldn’t be happier with the way things have gone so far! From the first consultation appointment, I’ve felt informed about the treatment plan and it continues to be right on track. Dr. Masuda’s office staff (Liza and Rachel) are terrific, as is Dr. Masuda herself! They’re just so nice! Her office is super clean and there is a single serve coffee machine in the waiting room, so you can make coffee, tea, or hot chocolate if you want to. One other thing worth mentioning, is that Dr. Masuda pretty much runs on time! I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait longer than my scheduled appointment time, and that’s a really important thing when we all are so busy these days! Again, Dr. Masuda is AWESOME! You can’t go wrong with her!

Dr. Masuda was my doctor first, before I took my son (9) to her. She is professional, warm and helpful, as is her staff Liza (reception) and Val (Ortho assistant). She helped me with my Invisalign and helped my son to stop sucking thumb in order to get his braces. Amazing!!! The office is very conveniently located. I couldn’t be happier!

Awesome staff and funny. Dr Masuda is very accommodating. I’m more than 9 months in and see great results.
