We hired Comfort Care 2 years ago. Comfort Care changed owners and it became Nurse Next Door.(This is in the San Francisco office only) The office is not very reliable. We had trouble because we only needed someone for one day and the first person they sent came a few times then I was told by Cindy Fenton, it was too far for the caregiver to travel. Cindy found a second person, she was reliable, we had her for one year and a half. She moved. Cindy found someone brought her over to meet, it didn’t work out and so I had to stay home from work that day because Cindy couldn’t stay to take care of my father. Cindy watched my dad for about 4 Fridays when on the last Friday she watched him she told me she was moving. In the meantime I was under the impression that Nurse Next Door was working on finding someone..(Mind you never met Chan the owner) Cindy said she would bring him over and never did. I wouldn’t recommend the San Francisco office because obviously they don’t care. I give NO Star. I couldn’t delete it. No compassion.

I hired Nurse Next Door to help my mother. Karen, the owner, is very responsive. The woman who helps my mother is very reliable and hard-working and is a good communicator. The are an excellent helping hand.
