This commpany is AWESOME. After having to deal with a totally unresponsive company(Lincare) for 3 years I filed a formal grievance/complaint with my insurance company/medical group. They reviewed it and approved my switching to Oxygen Plus. The difference is unbelievable. I always reach a live person — they are pleasant and wonderful to deal with — they are responsive. They are extremely customer/patient oriented and eager to assist. From the receptionists, to all other employees I have dealt with, I cannot recommend this company enough. They are a joy to do business with. SUPER A+

I’ve never received my quarterly supplies as scheduled. ALWAYS have to call and remind them. They keep telling me it won’t happen again. They lie. Getting tired of that and may soon switch to elsewhere.

UPDATE: Once again A+ customer service. I ALWAYS get my supplies on time with out fail. Please use Oxygen Plus if at all possible. They have made life SO easy for me. I have no doubt in mind that you will be satisfied. Thank you all at Oxygen Plus!

I have had to deal with aprea for years and they suck .it is such a joy to deal with oxygen plus they make you feel like they want your business. not like Aprea who made me feel like they didn’t care if they got my business. I got the wrong mask and they just gave me the right one. If that was Aprea they would have said to bad to sad.
