Anyone else having trouble with the provided baking try from Papa Murphy’s? This is our 2nd time the tray has caught fire in our oven even though we are following their directions. Our oven works fine otherwise with other things we bake. We had to take the pizza off their tray to finish cooking… it fell apart.

After ownership change, we gave this one several chances. It just does not match up to the expected quality. Owners are nice enough but just can’t get their act together – from long waits, to pizza not even started after ½ hour prior call in(and supposed 15 minute pick up time), to poor quality ingredients and the last, an inedible delight pizza that had so much oil on it, we had one piece and threw it away. Loved this place for many years, but no more.

Basically copy and paste my last review. Called in an order, waited in line for 5 minutes and come to find out they lost our order. So had to stand around another 10 minutes because«now they’re working on it.» Watched the kid making the pizza make ours and just set it down on the counter as if he had no idea we were even there. Finally my fiancé asked whose pizza it was and of course it was ours. One word owner, COMMUNICATION.

I can’t say I’m overly impressed with this Papa Murphy’s. I’ve been to many different locations. I think it’s under new management. The owner is a nice guy and I’ve had his staff way over do the toppings on the ‘deLight pizzas’ in the past. I’ve had to throw one out before because the crust was raw from the over loaded toppings. I like the healthier style of pizza’s Papa Murphy’s offers. They have done better with keeping the toppings in check. But just got a pizza there and the spinach was wilted and rotten. I won’t be back. Manager: you need to train your staff better and watch quality control. Rotten toppings on a pizza doesn’t cut it. REVISION: The manager called and gave me a new pizza and apologized for the bad toppings on the last one. He made it right. I’ll be giving them another try after a month to see if they keep my business. If not, I’ll be driving to Concord to get my Papa Murphy’s Fix.

Had an awesome experience! Specifically, I didn’t have enough to cover the full bill and they let me carry out the pizza’s to start cooking them and call in what I still owed. It was an exception I appreciated, having a guest and four children at the house.

Yep. Papa Murphys is the bomb. Papas Favorite extra large for about 14 bucks and ready in less than 10 minutes. The staff here is always very nice. Here’s hoping they thrive and survive.

So quick and always good! We love to see that the owner employs so many high schoolers!

This shopping center was redone recently. It was hard to find the building because the store sign wasn’t well lit. It’s in the back on the mall area so you have to drive all the way around to get to it. Very friendly people at the register. It was Halloween and I had some coupons. Large half pepperoni and half hawaiian for $ 8 and a large cowboy for $ 10. Pizza was really good. Fast and friendly is all that is needed for a pizza place that is a take-n-bake. I will probably start going to this one more now then the Alamo one.

Yesterday was the first time I’ve been to Papa Murphy’s. Here’s the summary of my visit: 1 — busy with customers — always a good sign 2 — affordable — family size Herb Chicken Mediterranean deLITE and two containers of chocolate cookie dough for $ 15! 3 — FAST! — I barely had time to put away my change before my order was finished! All in all, I am in love and will definitely visit again soon! Picked up their«frequent buyers card» and already have 2 pizzas marked off!

I’ve shopped at Lunardi’s for years and did not know that this place existed until there was a flyer with my CC times. The BBQ chicken deLITE looked so good on the pics(flyer) that we decided to give it a try. Simple concept to reheat in your oven for a very tasty and hot pizza. We are hooked! I love to reheat the leftovers for breakfast and lunch. The deLiITE crust is perfect for my taste — not chewy or «doughy». Prices are so reasonable; but if you have a coupon, it’s a bargain of a deal. My favorite take out once a week!

I LOVE Papa Murphy’s pizza and this location is just as good as any! The people are helpful, fast and they alway honor expired coupons which is awesome! The price is right and that is why we pretty much only order pizza from here now. A large is around $ 10-$ 13 compared to Round Table which is $ 30 or more! The pizzas always taste great– very fresh and not greasy at all. We love the stuffed pizzas and the Delights are really good too and I don’t feel as guilty eating a bit more;) Only downfall is I wish all locations were open just a bit later. Sometimes I don’t decide to eat till late and they are closed. Most pizza places are the go to for late nigth dining and I wish this was the case with Papa Murphy’s.

Decent pizza. The owner/manager is cool enough to take coupons off of your phone instead of requiring a print out, which is pretty awesome of him, and has gotten them alot of my spur-of-the-moment business. BOO on corporate for eliminating the whole wheat crust. And no jalapenos? No spicy anything? Bah.

I dunno what all the bitchin is about. You get a fresh pizza, good ingredients and it’s cheap. You want gourmet pizza??? Go somewhere else, ya dumbass. Never ceases to amaze me how someone will criticize an establishment for not being what they want it to be instead of critiquing based upon what the establishment purports itself to be. And for the idiot that says it is overpriced, how can a large two topping pizza for $ 8.99 be considered overpriced??? Step off, Poindexter, you forgot to bring your shit-talking card with ya. They make the pizza right in front of you, it’s fresh and done, out the door, in around 4 minutes. I just discovered the thin crust pizza the other day, I like it more than the thick crust. Knowing the folks there, I am sure they will make any pizza on any dough for me. Ya feel me?

Disgusting and way overpriced. We threw half of it out due to a chewy crust, sugary sauce and poor ingredients. Blach!

I can’t really rate higher because the flavor isn’t so great. This Papa Murphy’s graciously honored a coupon for another Papa’s location and they custom make for your preferred healthy ingredients. Pizza like Round Table is crazy expensive so Papa Murphy’s is a good choice if you’re looking for take-away pizza you can afford.

I heart pizza. I think I always have. From the streets of Napoli in Italy to Chicago’s Unos to Amichi’s NY Style pizza to Pizza Hut’s Pan Pizzas and Pacifica’s Manor Room Brazilian-made pizza; I seem to like ‘em all. Any they seem to like-ah me. :) So when Papa Murphy’s take-home pizza was offered to me, I said, «Ayah! paizan, you talkin’ to me? Of course! Wassamata you?»; like your typical Chinese-Italian gangsta would say. So these people are really nice people, apparently very proud of their freshly made pizza creations. They took the orders quickly and before we could walk two blocks to get them, they were stacked and wrapped and we were greeted with smiles and honest pride. We ordered two large pizzas: A chicken garlic deLITE® Pizza ultra thin crust pizza with fresh spinach and sun-dried tomato, and A CHICAGO-STYLESTUFFEDPIZZA™(a stuffed two-crust pizza monster). — All this fresh yummy goodness for under $ 19 !!? STFU. No Way! No really. STFU. Way. When baked properly, the crust of each was crispy and browned in spite of either it’s thinness or thickness respectively. The taste of each was tremendous. freshly popping with tomatoes and generous toppings/fillings. Not overly salty like some Round Table pizzas can be and not soggy and greasy like some colder oven pizzas can turn into with too much cheese and too thin a crust. OK so the Chicago style was not the crispy biscuit crust and ladles of tomato sauce of Unos, but it was truly excellent and wondrous to behold and snarf down. The deLITE crust was a thing of delicate beauty seemingly more like an oversized thin salt water cracker than a crust, but held up its crispness like few others I’ve had. Come to Papa’s!
