Phone Lifeguards

My iPhone 6 screen shattered and I was going on vacation the next day. I had seen this repair shop in the Castro, next to Harvey’s, and told myself «I hope I don’t need that.» Well it happened to me but the experience was more pleasant than I had expected. It was almost their closing time, but the technician accommodated me and stayed extra to fix my phone. I waited in their waiting area which is nice, and so did my dog, who thought the green carpet was grass. The owner was there and she was happy to answer the questions I had. She suggested I apply the anti-​shock screen protector they have for sale and also gave me a discount on it and a case. She demonstrated how it works by hitting a phone with a metal object. I can’t say I learned my lesson about dropping my phone but its been a month and my phone still looks great. I guess the anti shock is working. Thanks Phone Lifeguards!!!

My experience at this shop in the Castro was fabulous! I brought two devices to fix. An ipad 3 and an iPhone 6. The turnaround times were quick and the location is very convenient. I was in and out in 30 minutes and picked up the iPad the next day. They told me if you bring it early enough they can have it ready the same day but it has to be dropped off before 12. The iPhone 6 took 30 minutes. The girls were very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me some good advice. It was a chilly day so I decided to wait inside. They have a comfortable couch to wait and nice music. It was not like another shop I’ve been in a sketchy neighborhood, that is smelly, small, with only one chair to wait in. Also, I don’t like to go to the Apple store. I have a busy schedule so it is inconvenient for me to make an appointment, go to downtown, back up photos, and if the frame has some damage they charge you more and it could take longer. No Thanks. Plus they gave me a deal here for bringing both at the same time. It was quick, easy, and my items look great. Hopefully I don’t need their services anymore but I will be back for accessories as I am in the neighborhood often! Will recommend it to friends.

They did a great job replacing my cracked iPhone 5S screen. The price was right and it was even speedier than the half hour they said it would take. It was also a comfortable place to hang out and work on my laptop while my phone was getting repaired. Oh, and their phone is 415.549−6426.
