Excellent, professional, friendly and definitely above and beyond service. Both of these guys: Oscar Jaime and Andrew Wilburn have been amazing!!! I would be recommending them and the sprint to anyone and everyone!!!

This place is gradually getting better no thanks to the Managers. I recently went back because my phone was on its last leg. Jon and Kim (I think that is her name) were so very helpful. We accidentally got locked in after hours, which was an inconvience but the employee there with me was friendly and we used that time to update all my contacts into my new phone. Then the manager arrives and when I ask for a little something for the inconvience (We waited an hour and a half to be let out) he said «I will get you next time». That is a clear indication of someone putting you off, and not appreciating the unwarranted loyalty I have showed to this store. Seriously Disappointing. I would of dropped to one star, but the employees there have improved in their customer service despite the lack of role model from Supervisors.

Concord, CA

Sign on the door says they open at 10:00 am Monday through Saturday. Well folks, it’s Wednesday November 12, and the time is now10:17 am. It’s not a holiday, but this Sprint Arch Télécom store is dark, locked, and closed. I just drove here from Concord. Whoever is supposed to be here to open the store should be fired, this is not cool at all. I won’t be returning here ever, as well as another customer who was here waiting too.
Congratulations Sprint Arch Télécom — you just earned yourself one star for your very first Unilocal review. Way to go guys!
