I went to the new owners orientation at Rossmoor and many of the residents say the had a horrible experience the their NCB escrow. Nothing could be further from the truth for me.

I want to echo what Jeremy wrote. Paul Sterling is extraordinary! As we were purchasing a co-​op in Rossmoor, we had no choice but to use Paul as the ONLY way to finance it was through the National Co-​op Bank. While he has many clients, he spent hours with us making sure the paperwork was in exactly the correct form for NCB. We had nearly daily e-​mail communications from him on the progress of our loan and what additional documents were required to be sent to Ohio. NCB requires a huge amount of paperwork and at times my confidence in the process flagged, but Paul was always optimistic, hard working and positive it would all work out. Indeed, from my first e-​mail to an agent I read about online to close of escrow, it was exactly six weeks thanks to the agent and Paul. Since NCB is known for working slowly, the fast outcome is totally due to Paul’s efforts.
