They have been in charge of my mother now for 3 months. They have been unresponsive to her family’s concerns and will not even return phone calls. They charge a great deal and do very little.

I work in a community for the elderly and over the years have had many residents that have used Diablo Valley Foundation. They advocate for their clients and use their strong ties in the community to help their clients get the very best. They are very responsive to us with changes to their clients health or financial information. I have never had a resident or family member unhappy.

Very, very expensive for the services rendered. Once their bills started coming for basic book keeping help for my aged Mom, my family was shocked on how much we were being charged for very simple tasks (i.e $ 100 @ per hour, billed by the minute like a law firm). They claim to be non-​profit, but that is hard to believe. We punted as soon as we got the first set of bills (and the bills came late, adding insult to the injury).
