Starbucks

This Starbucks is nestled between the stores in the area and even though we came fairly late at night (around 9pm) the staff was super friendly. I ordered a caramel macchiato and I have to tip my hat the barista who made t was a younger guy (didn’t catch his name), but he might have made possibly the best tasting caramel macchiato I’ve ever had. It was delicious and made perfectly! The spot is nice and clean too! Definitely, will come back to this spot again when I’m in the area!

Haha. I ordered a green tea frappucino with soy milk and got a cinnamon chai tea latte. I don’t know how he got it wrong, but they just gave me the extra drink too. It’s all good now.

Canned light above the ceiling fan creates a strobing effect that is seizure– inducing. Please fix.

What better way to warm myself up after a chilly hike up Mount Diablo on New Years Day? Why, THIS Starbucks of course! Conveniently located in the charming downtown shopping district, they do have outdoor seating, but I was busy warming my buns inside. I stood in a long line to purchase my gingerbread latte, but it arrived pretty quickly. The baristas were friendly yet efficient greeting customers warmly yet keeping things moving along at a rapid pace… at least until we receive our drinks then we are free to sit back, relax, and take it all in.
You wouldn’t think that my sojourn there was quiet and peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle of New Year’s Day shoppers, but I am a kindergarten teacher and well acquainted with hubbub so I went to my happy place. My happy place usually involves picturing myself with a nice warm latte in my hands so it wasn’t really a stretch.
And the people watching opportunities here were magnificent.

I put the wrong review for the wrong location ha! This location gets 3 stars because it’s always TOO packed, I’ve been skipped over before, and sometime I’ll get the rude barista. It does look better than my preferred location in the neighborhood (Locust Street). I do believe that a few of the baristas are really nice, but this seems to be the location for transient employees. If they maxed out the employees working at all times here since it’s so busy if definitely give a better review!

Great location for a Starbucks. It’s in the middle of a downtown shopping district, so it’s a really convenient to grab a drink and go. Limited seating inside and outside though (about 10 small tables total).
The only real downside is that it’s severely understaffed. Three employees when I was here one afternoon and 15 people in line. If this is the case, there’s two other Starbucks within walking distance.

I went to this Starbucks after doing some shopping in neighboring stores, and this was a great experience. I generally prefer Peets drinks because they have more syrups, but Peet’s was nowhere to be found so I came here. I went on 10/​16/​2015 at 8:22 PM, and I don’t know anyone’s names, but hopefully management can look up the ladies working that night because they were great! They listened to my drink order, were very very friendly which is always nice (customer service is usually better in my experience at Starbucks), and they correctly made my latte. Please recognize these employees because they really know how to do their job and they look happy doing it. (we notice).

This Starbucks is alright as it in a convenient location and has nice outdoor seating. However, they tend to take a long time making drinks and they are not always good.

So as far as Starbucks go, this is what you would expect but the only reason i decided to give this place a review is because barista Brittany hooked it up! I got a Venti passion tea lemonade (the bestest, and sweetened of course) and it was the bomb as always. After I drank it all I went up for a refill which is usually 50 cents but Brittany said don’t worry about it I got you fam and the rest is history!

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and this one has to be a favorite of mine simply because of the location. It’s in the middle of downtown walnut creek and is walking distance from all the stores. After shopping for a few hours it’s a great place to catch your breath and enjoy a nice chilled coffee. My go to is the vanilla bean frap because it’s the same as a vanilla milkshake. It’s something I would suggest if you’re not an avid coffee drinker. If I’m looking for a quick pick me up I would choose the salted caramel frap because it has a good contrast between sweet caramel and some sea salt as well. This location is my favorite because they have a great outdoor patio section that allows you to people watch. They also have a huge window that they open that connects the patio and inside together and changes up the environment and vibes all together!

I asked for a venti doubleshot on ice with vanilla and soy. After waiting for 5 minutes, the drink came out… but not what I expected. The amount of liquid looked like it was made for a grande, or even less.
Seriously? The place wasn’t THAT busy, and I could actually hear one if the baristas teaching another how to make it, which is not that complicated at all. Overall, it’s okay if you want iced lattes and frappuccinos. But maybe next time I visit here, I’ll get my usual iced coffee. Think they’d screw up that order?

I can give them a 5 star review because they are so many starbucks to choose from! But this one resembled an exception. As a review artist, choosing the right starbucks is necessary when developing a story. All i can say is this Starbucks was directly in the mall downtown near the parking deck construction. Almost like smack dab in the middle. As i am not much of a starbucks enthusiast, i was in need if a refreshment, so while headed to Macys down a stretch after leaving the Apple store i popped in for a passion Tea Lemonade on the rocks suggested to me by an employee named Michael. I also remember this huge patio like window that opened up a complete wall of vision. So, i order the drink ad if finally is made. And it was a masterpiece. It was tasty, it was ripenly sweet with the right amount of texture and cold water. All i needed was a lemon lodged into the pretty colored beverage and off i could have gone to another galaxy inside of that cup. If you have not had any of their teas’s because you believe nothing exist outside if coffee, do yourself a favor and order one. Your tastefbuds and your stride will thank you.

This starbucks is one of the busier Starbucks I’ve visited. It doesn’t help that it’s located in the middle of downtown Walnut Creek.
The drinks are same as usual Starbucks drinks. The customer service does not really stand out, although I’ve never come across an unfriendly face there.
The store is kind of strange in terms of layout. There are 2 entrances, one from the CPK direction and the opposite. The CPK entrance takes you directly to the start of the line.
One slightly annoying thing about this Starbucks is the bathroom. You need a code to enter the bathroom, which is kind of annoying when you really have to go.
There is very limited seating space, so not really a Starbucks to study at. (That’s okay though, because there are 2 other Starbucks, both conveniently located within 2 blocks from this one)

Best people watching location in walnut creek. The line moves fast. The location is very small. People keep jumping into your table if your trying to work bc it is ever so skinny sbux.
The outside is nice for people shopper watching. Bring shades and iPod and your set with a book and your pup.

My sister-​in-​law is allergic to many things and can only order specific drinks due to the ingredients.
Selena had announced a drink by the customer’s name. I walked up to retrieve my drink to notice the name was written differently than it would be pronounced, and normally spelled. I wanted to confirm it is what I ordered so I didn’t take someone else’s drink. I said, «Excuse me, what drink is this?» Selena responded, and I quote, with, «I don’t know, it has some kind of syrup in it».
This did not make me feel very comfortable with the quality of the drink!

Upset that they have the sign up for bogo fall drinks, so when I ordered two iced psl’s I contested being charged for both but apparently they stopped doing it. Even though the girl ahead of me got one for free. Oh well. I made the comment that they should erase and remove the sign and the lady just laughed and said maybe when we’re not so busy. Well I just hope that they do it soon before someone even more irritated than me comes along. Poor management and customer service.

Edgar is prejudice. I simply asked for some water, he said «you have to wait in the line to get some water» in other starbucks they will give you water. So I don’t know what Edgars problem is. Stop being prejudice.

I really like this Starbucks. It is in a prime location for shopping, enjoying the afternoon, and people watching. The inside is charming, with cute tables and a nice layout. There are many chairs and tables outside to choose from. The staff here is always very nice and quick! Considering how busy they are here it is amazing how fast they make my drink. I wish other Starbucks could learn from them!

The staff is very unprofessional, I see that they are mostly young teenagers, while not making the drinks they are fooling around behind the counter. Very slow as well. Don’t get my wrong I work in the customer service industry but every time I go in there on my break there’s always a mess up. The staff is very unfriendly at times as well.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations in the area! Every time I visit Walnut Creek for a shopping visit, they are always packed an busy! The service is impeccable for being in such a busy location with the line being out the door during rush hour on weekdays and weekends.
Drinks: Drinks Vary, depending on the day and of course the Batista. Some espresso shots are weak when they are in the latte drinks. Iced coffee is always a win because it is difficult to ruin an iced coffee.
