Sitting home recovering from surgery, I realized that the chairs I had in my dining room really weren’t in good shape. Nothing better to do than to seek out someone to help fix the old glue that had softened and made them in a rickety shape. Monica and Garrison are wonderful at customer service and fixing a problem in a speedy way. And, there are so many lovely things in this store, good prices and quality merchandise.

I just fell in love with this antique store. They have lots of treasures, including a fabulous jewelry case and all sorts of antique and artsy lighting. Monica was very helpful and fun to chat with. Her husband Garrison does a lot of behind the scenes work, rehabbing old lamps and sometimes creating lamps out of for example an old lamp base with a whole different kind of globe which is quite artsy. That is what I got and it has transformed my bedroom into a starship!

The space is quite large which is nice but the selection of items is rather repetitive. The prices here are fair and the person manning the store is rather nice. I just have not found anything special here so might stop coming by. Maybe a once a year type place. I don’t think their inventory changes out that often.

I stopped in here on a whim, after doing an errand for my hubby at the neighboring golf store. While I don’t usually look at antique furniture, I’m always on the lookout for vintage costume jewelry. They have a lovely case full of vintage rhinestone pieces. I was able to buy a Juliana grande parure for a very reasonable price. If you like to shop for quality vintage jewelry, signed and unsigned, this should be on your list. I also found the owner to be very pleasant and we chatted about jewelry for quite awhile.

Monica is awesome. I shop a lot here for props for photography I do and she is always there, fun to talk to, and treats loyal customers very well. It’s a very great hidden little place, best for lighting fixtures, silver and dinnerware, unique purses, antique chesses/cabinets, and weird jewelry boxes from the early 1900’s. If I had more money to get cool stuff, I’d go on a spending spree here just for me.

My excursions here were delightful. It is a true antique store, with owners who are very knowledgable and love what they do. Everything is sparkling clean and beautifully displayed. they take pride in what they do. I don’t get why anyone would criticize these folks for offering their services and dedicating their livelihood to providing such an array. I am puzzled as to the Unilocaler who commented that the things here are old, perhaps the fact that this is an antique store was missed. Also, why would anyone want to take a child into a place filled to the gills with artfully placed antique china? They have been generous with discounts when I bought a small quantity. For folks who prefer consignment shop prices and the hit-or-miss of consignment shops, or the«treasure hunt,» there are other places to shop that are run by volunteers. this is a privately owned business by experts in their field.

They have a lot of nice things, but I think everything is too high. I don’t think they are friendly and once when I asked for a litte off of som4thing they would not do it and we are talking just a few dollars. I have never been in an antique store that would not take at least 10% off. Also, they had a big sign outside that said a certain % off all lamps and then when I went in all the lamps I liked were not on sale. The owner even admitted the sign was not right. I rarely go in there — and I love antiques. It’s just not a fun place to go.

After looking at umpteen chandelier stores of all varieties, I found a pretty terrific chandelier here for a reasonable price. It had some bling but wasn’t gaudy. I don’t know that it is an antique, but it fit the bill. I found Monica a pleasure to talk to and do business with. When I needed a smaller ceiling light of vintage heritage, this is where I headed.

Your store is beautiful and you have overhead in a very expensive city don’t let anyone take advantage, your time and effort searching everything out and refinishing… just so you know your store is one of the most… how can i say this… i grew up with antiques my friends mom had a store in Petaluma but your store was off the hook I was mesmerized and stood in awe… imagined cleaning that beautiful sparkly glass, mirrors and beautiful wood scared me!!! LOL your store is simply THEBEST! loved the wonderful neighborhood used to be called Saranap i think, felt really safe no one hanging out on the corner easy to find off the freeway. I happened to have a piece of cookware you had in the store a heart shaped dimpled outer surface sauce pan, i meant to write down the brand but didn’t so i need to come look again. Thank you for being so dedicated. ANDCLEAN!

I have known the owners, Garrison and Monica, for over 30 years. They have great knowledge of antiques in furniture, dishes, lamps, jewelry, etc. The store is a fascinating blend of all of them and you could spend days wandering the shop and marvelling at all the treasures. Whether you want to buy a beautifully restored«highboy»(dresser) or dining table or a gorgeous vintage necklace or teacup or an ornate stained glass lamp, this is the store to go to! The service is friendly, parking is easy, and their commitment to their customers and antiques unparalleled.

This place is a little strange. They usually have a truck backed up to the other side of the store. You can go in and look at the items inside. Everything is quite interesting, but old, not a child proof kinda place. They’re usually pretty expensively priced too. They carry lamps, chairs, plates, postcards, jewelry and misc other items. They hike the price up way more than all the items are worth, and though I understand this practice, it doesn’t make me want to shop here. Not a place I frequent unless I have to.
