Synchronicity Salon

I’m always scared to go to a new place to cut my hair, but as soon as I walked in I felt comfortable with Kyo. She’s super friendly and down to earth… she totally keeps it real and makes you feel right at home. She did a great job cutting my nappy hair and now it looks so much nicer and healthier. She also gave me a lot of information about keeping my hair nice and lots of tricks of the trade… very informative!

Synchronicity is a one-​woman salon, and she is mostly by appointment-​only (her current hours of operation are always on her answering machine though). Kyo has been doing my hair for five years now, and I hope she lives to be 120 so I don’t ever have to find another stylist! Her salon has a very positive energy, and she is a down-​to-​earth, hip lady.
Oh, and the hair: She is an absolute magician with color and highlights. My real hair is a medium dusty blonde, and she does a beautiful mixture of highlights and lowlights. She is certified to do Bio-​Ionic straightening, and I’ve had it done twice… It is an expensive and long procedure, but she charges less than most places and does an excellent job. Great haircuts too. No matter what my hairstyle of the moment is, I get compliments regularly. And the Pureology line of hair products simply rocks :).
