I cannot understand the negative reviews here! Dr. Scott is AMAZING with my highly sensitive 3 year old son. My son, who cries at every other dr. office, never cries here. Dr. Scott is calm and patient and so gentle with my son. He makes sure we understand everything. The staff have all been very nice as well. Can’t say the best about the typically long wait time, but Dr. Scott is worth it.

If it was possible to give a negative number I would give it to this office.
I have been suffering from ear pain for weeks, in addition I have severe headache and neck pain. My vision has been affected as well.
My general practitioner sent me to Diablo Valley ENT. I took an appointment with Jessica Sandie the physicians assistant. She checked my ears and confirmed no ear infection and no fluid in the middle ear. She diagnosed that I has Eustachian tube dysfunction and prescribed Flonase. I was feeling very emotional that day due to the unrelenting headache and pain I was in.
When I asked her about the headache, neck pain, and vision issue she looked me dead in the eye and said «that is anxiety». I left the office in tears and suffered for 3 more weeks until I finally decided to trust my gut that something was very wrong and that I was feeling real pain.
I went back to my GP and she started a series of test which revealed I have an enlarged thyroid with 5 large nodules. My platelet levels are high, my thyroid levels are low. Next step is a biopsy, which has me concerned about cancer. I delayed this process because she said my symptoms were anxiety.
I will never step foot in this office again. I am so angry, why couldn’t she just say that she didn’t know why I was having headaches?
She owes me 3 weeks.
Hate this place.

Do not waste your time. He spent most of the time yawning through my exam. He then ended up charging $ 741 for a visit and nasal endoscopy which took about 30 seconds. The guy needs to retire. No wonder people are so upset about health care costs.
