To give them credit my family assaulted them with about 30 – 35 before going to a wedding reception. The pizza wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great, it was okay. We ordered a meatball sub, didn’t realize it can with onions and green peppers. The staff was kind enough to give us a full refund. 3 stars for the food with a 4th star with customer service. If we are ever back here in town we will eat here again.

Exceptional pizza. Light and fluffy dough. Just spicy enough sauce. Perfect cheese. I was only going in for a slice and getting back on the road, and I was so pleasantly surprised. It’s too bad it’s a bit far from home, but we’ll be making a point to stop here on the way home from now on.

I’m a new resident on the river. So I’m anxious to check out all the good eats. Had an all meat combo. Small size. About 12 bucks. was a bit small, I thought I might take some home, but I did enjoy every slice. Had that nice orange grease underneath. Not greasy mind you, but evidence of the pepperoni and other meats mixing together. The atmosphere is very homie. I am not used to such a friendly service. To grow ask my name at the counter and called me by name as I left. They have pasta and sandwiches and I look forward to working my way through the menu. Not the greatest pizza I ever had, but possibly aside from the size of the pie, was worth a return trip soon.

I come here whenever I am in town to visit my parents. Good salad bar and decent pizza. The service is never bad but tonight the young man working behind the counter really impressed my husband and I. Seriously nice kid who rang us up, answered my salad questions, took a phone order and then made our pizza for us. I mentioned to my husband about how all the dishes here are washed by hand and instead of giving a typical teenage answer about how sucky that was he just laughed and said it wasn’t so bad.

You can truly see pride for service, food, cleanliness at the Pizza Factory. Seriously the cleanest bathroom, that’s a deal breaker. Customer accommodation as well as service deserve 5⁄5 stars. Next time your near, don’t skip this place. Great prices as well, with flat screen TV’s(sports fans ESPNISON!)

I ordered a personal size gourmet chicken pizza. After grabbing a seat at the table by the window, I checked in and saw a coupon. When the pizza was brought to us, I presented it to the girl and asked if I could use the coupon. We were told, «sorry, we are not a part of that [chain]. Also most time you have to present it when you order». ok… The pizza tasted like Digiorno… literally. The toppings were not fully cooked, so it was still hard and crunchy.

We’ve mainly ordered take out here and they have always been professional and courteous! We rarely have to wait for our order! Salad bar a bit limited but it is always fresh! They offer pizzas, pasta, soups, subs, & calzone sandwiches ! Appreciate as soon as I place the order the owner knows it me ! Hometown service ;)

Ordered a large salad and a combination pizza. The pizza was good. The crust was perfect not too hard or too doughy. The sauce was good also and they didn’t skimp on the toppings.

Took the scenic route from Robert Park to Elk Grove and grabbed a bite to eat. Being the Friday after Thanksgiving, we didn’t expect a lot of these places to be open, especially in such a small town, but there it was. We got a calzone with everything in it and a coffee. The calzone was fresh, crispy, and had a nice sauce. Service was friendly despite being a pseudo-holiday and quick. We were on our way in less than 20 minutes. Makes me want to visit the area again and try some of these other quaint little restaurants.

My home town has a Pizza Factory and every other location I have been to has had the same food and service. It’s usually pretty good. This place looked good as well except. I have never ever waited more than 20 minutes for anything at any pizza factory eve! r Until this one where they told us after we ordered that it would be at least 40 min. That was a problem but, also the lady who was at the register was initially unwilling to accept my Unilocal coupon. The place was busy and i get that but it appeared to me that there were only 2 employees 1 for the register and a man doing all the rest. They need more help! We decided to go next door and get a sandwich instead.

The pizza is a thin type style pizza very very delicious, the cheesy bread was gooooooood!!! The service was very good, only bad is that Unilocal offers a free order of bread sticks, but the owner would not honor it because he said hes not part of the corporate!, a free order of bread sticks isn’t gonna hurt em, plus it would get better Unilocal reviews, but its a good place i woulda have give this place 5 stars

4 stars. My family and I drive 20 – 30 minutes away to eat here. It’s hard to find good pizza with all the crumby major chains everywhere. The toppings are fresh and tasty. The dough always tastes fresh. The wings are oven baked; and they come out crispy. I don’t usually do salad bars because that usually means it’s been siting out all day; but I will eat their salad bar. Nothing looks old and their dressing aren’t the same ones you’d find at a cafeteria. The service is good. They welcome kids and don’t glare at you when your kids act like kids at a pizza place with video games. Sometimes it may be a bit slow. But I would definitely say their pizza is worth the wait. If you’re in a hurry; call in ahead of time. Or your gonna have to wait for my pizza and wings to cook.

I commute through the delta nowadays, and food choices there are extremely limited. Speedy to go pickups are not to be had anywhere around here, at least not that I have found yet. Pizza Factory is no exception, despite being conveniently located on SR-160 and having great pizza. Another big plus is that they are open 7 days a week, a rarity for this area. But unfortunately, the place is brought way down by slow service. I have attempted to get to go here twice, succeeding once. The first time I didn’t call ahead of time, was quoted a wait time of 20 minutes, and sat for over 45. The second time I pulled over in Isleton(about 20 minutes away), called in my order, and was quoted 35 to 40 minutes. I passed(fool me once…). So my rating for Pizza Factory is 3 stars. Because that one time that I got pizza, it was really delicious. But a lack of prompt service seems to be an issue. Is the food worth the wait? That depends on you. Maybe it’s not reasonable for me to have these expectations, because my commuter situation is fairly unique to the area. Having observed this often overlooked region for a few weeks now, I realize that the service at Pizza Factory is largely a reflection of life in the delta in general — happily slowed down. Where do you have to be, exactly? You’re in the delta! So have a seat and kick back with a drink, your food is coming. Let’s face it, as a non-resident, non-tourist driver taking up space on cozy two-lane levee highways, I’m about as welcome in the delta as the tunnels are. And I don’t think my once-a-week dinner dollars are enough to buy me a pass. The fact is, these little places up and down the river aren’t really there for me, or anyone else transiting through trying to get dinner and go home somewhere else. But I’m OK with that. I’ll continue to just pass through and enjoy the scenic drive, and the esteemed people of the delta can go out for a relaxing meal. As for my dinner, I’ll drive a little farther to Elk Grove, full of suburban commuters just like me who are perpetually short on time. TL;DR Great pizza, slow service.

I have had great pizza in the south of France on the Italian border and horrible frozen crust pizza from the like of Round Table and Papa John’s(can’t believe Elway eats that crap). Pizza Factory is neither. But considering that there is nothing even close to better within a 30 minute drive, that they use fresh ingredients on a hand tossed pie, it sits right on the beautiful Delta and staff is super nice… I say ‘when in Rome…’ and will definitely come back again :)

The service was a little slow and awkward. They didn’t give us plates once our pizza came out, and we had to ask multiple times. We ordered the BBQ Chicken. It was pretty decent. The breadsticks were good.

The pizza was alright. Its really hard to mess up pizza unless you’re a Chinese restaurant. We got the large pizza combo, which included a large pizza and three regular drinks and breadsticks. I noticed the parmesan was like powdered sugar consistency… kind of grossed me out since even the cheapy store brand parm is better than the stuff they had in these shakers. I read some reviews while we were waiting for our food and I noticed someone said something about a fan. Well, this said dusty fan was nowhere to be found but thats probably due to the fact that its winter. Anyways, I got to looking around and this place had the filthiest rug right in front of the counter where you order. There was all kinds of stuff on it that could have easily come out with one pass of a vacuum. Just saying. Ew. Other than that, the place was fairly clean. My only complaint was that this guy spent a good amount of time on the phone with someone, talking smack about someone. Hardly acknowledged us as we were finishing up our meal and cleaning our trash and plates right in front of him(who was still on the phone.) Acceptable pizza. Probably wouldn’t stop here again. Didnt like his response as to what the area was like even though I know all too well how it goes in such area. Kudos on being the only one working there though during our visit. Our food came out in a timely manner at least.

I drive through Walnut Grove pretty regularly these days, and Pizza Factory is always a great place to stop. They’re almost always open, the beer is on tap and always ice cold, and the pizza is way better than you would expect by looking at the place. If you’re a pizza snob, bugger off. If you want to have a pint and some decent pizza while you look out over the water, come on by. Their crust is thinner and crispier — me gusta. The service is extremely friendly. The salad bar is a little sad and limited, but again, not really as bad as it looks. Ultimately, it’s my favorite place in the area to kick back and people watch.

Located right on the river in Walnut Grove, this pizza factory has a cute hometown feel with very good pizza. Reg price for a medium combination is about $ 16. They do run lunch specials during the week and had a deal for a 2 topping medium pizza, 2 large drinks and 2 salads at the salad bar for $ 20.49 plus tax. The service was very polite and professional and sitting out front on their picnic tables affords a nice view of the river and motorcycles and boats passing by. Pizza factory as a franchise ranks in my top 5 all time great pizza chains and this location does not disappoint. They deserve 5 stars for quality of food and service but it would be nice if they offered 50% off a large pizza coupon in the entertainment book for this location. Forest hills pizza factory does this and the one in Rio Vista used to be in the book also. It would attract more business to this remote location as well.

Good pizza and good selection of beer. Pizza missing something however a little sprinkle of cheese and peppers and you are good to go. Great crust and selection of toppings. Half pitcher of Heineken and it’s a done deal in Walnut Grove.
