Jack In The Box

They make sloppy jumbo jack burgers. its somewhat slow to get your order. That did not stop me from coming to this jack in the box though. What did stop me from coming to this jack in the box was the smeared poop in the bathroom. It seems people from Mt. Sac and Cal Poly think it is funny to smear poop with their fingers over the walls in the men’s bathroom. The fries are okay though

Well I’m kind of glad I didn’t look at Unilocal before coming here! It probably would have deterred me. I actually thought this was an average drive-​thru experience, and don’t have any major complaints. There was only one car ahead of me, and I was able to order and get to the window pretty quickly. The guy at the window was friendly enough and got my drink out right away. The food took a couple of minutes but it was totally reasonable. I’d rather wait a couple minutes than get undercooked food! I was a little surprised that my small combo cost almost $ 9.00 but I guess I should have read the menu better. Haha. My food seemed freshly prepared and was hot and crisp, so no complaints there. Maybe I was lucky or just naïve, but I may come here again when I have a short lunchtime.

What the crap happened?
Ordered spicy sirracha burger for the first time. The cheese and the party was COLD wtf??? And my curly fries were not even warm. Super disappointing :(

I’ve been to this jack in the box a few times and most of the time it’s a bit of a headache, but last night was the worst. Went around 12:30 am and went to the drive thru. Ordered 3 buttery jacks and a mango iced tea. I’ve had the buttery jack before from another jack in the box so I know how it tastes. Got home and it was dry. Whoever made it didn’t put the garlic herb butter that makes the buttery jack, the buttery jack. Husband ate his too and it was dry. All 3 burgers dry. And the mango iced tea tasted terrible. I’ve had it before from another jack in the box so again, I know how it tastes. So disappointed and upset. Only giving 2 starts cause the guy who took my order was nice.

20 minutes in a drive through just to get a few items ??? You guys are an outright joke !!!
If I can give minus ratings. I would. Had to say hello 4 or 5 different times to get the lady to respond to place my order.
Disgusting.

Drive thru service was good with a smile, loved it! It didn’t take long and food was good.

0 stars the service here is a joke the management are typical fast food idiots I wasted 2 bucks here on a peach iced tea they couldn’t make tea correctly and its pre made besides the syrup this place needs to be demolished and the rubble should be incinerated

This is the closest JitB to me. It’s literally down the street from my house, but sadly it’s one of the worst JitBs around.
It’s not that their food isn’t any different than the other JitBs, it’s because their owner is very very stingy.
Their value menu items are more expensive than other JitBs and that’s not all. One time I was going through the drive-​thru and asked for a milkshake. The employee inside advised me against it. The reason? The machine was broken and was churning out milkshake the consistency of diarrhea. The owner didn’t want to spend money on investing a new milkshake machine. Are you starting to get a full picture of what type of owner this guy is?
To end this review on a positive note, the owner did finally decide to make this place 24hours. Just remember to order promotional items such as the spicy chicken club sandwich combo for $ 4.99, late night munchie meals or $ 0.99 for 2 tacos so you don’t get ripped.

So this morning I decided to grab a bite to eat at this Jack in the box, having remembered the «open 24 hours» sign in the window. Evidently that doesn’t include ALL of the 24 hours. Just some of them. The fellow at the window we kind enough to tell me that they would not be able to serve me until 6am. It was 5:55, and I had to get to work. So thank you Jack in the Box employee. Now I don’t get to eat for the next 10 hours.
I’ve frequented this location for about 3 years, as I go to school right across the street. This morning was the last time I attempt to give my patronage to this restaurant. Never again.

I don’t get why people feel that because it’s fast food I shouldn’t expect anything. if I’m paying for my meal you need to add some sort of service, otherwise I might as week use a vending machine, the food would probably be better. but, I can’t say if the food would actually be better because I was literally ignored at the drive thru. I sat at the order menu for a couple of minutes with no response, then when I drove to the window the workers inside completely avoided eye contact. how about telling me that you’re closed at the moment? how about not pretending you don’t see me? how about I never go to jack ever again?

So many bad reviews on this Jack in the Box. Who cares. They’re 24 hours dining and drive thru, Im so chill about that. Yes they might takes long time, but come on, its a darn fast food restaurant.
I ordered small curly friend and 2 oreo shake. I love their oreo shake, better then carl’s. LOL!
but i end up getting large curly fries. I dont complain about large curly fries. yum~

I don’t understand the terrible reviews. It’s Jack in the Box, wth did you expect? When I came, the place was clean and empty, just how I like it. The service courteous if not exceptionally friendly. Food was as good as any other Jack in the Box. It doesn’t deserve all the hate.

This is the worst Jack in the Box I have ever been too. If I could give no stars I would. Customer service is horrible, they try to rip you off on prices and pull a fast one, and they cant do simple math.
I ordered large curly fries, then changed the order to regular large fries at the speaker. For some reason the lady said she couldnt update the screen with my order and I had both curly and regular fries on the screen. She said not to mind it and to go to the window. When I go to pay and check the receipt I notice that they overcharged me on the fries. When I pointed it out to her she rolled her eyes and tried to convince me that it was right. I told her what the price difference was for both types of fries, yet she still tried to convince me she was right. Finally the manager comes and rudely speaks to me. She finally ended up giving me back the change I was owed after taking back my receipt and not giving it back (I dont know why she did this). I counted the change and she actually gave me more than I was overcharged. What a moron! I asked for a copy of my receipt and they acted as if I was asking them a huge favor.
Beware of the idiots that work here. Im definitely never coming back here again. STAY AWAY!

This jacks sucks. I hardly eat fast food anymore but I had a hankering for a sourdough jack and curly fries. Our order was a #5 and 10 tacos (dont judge). We got everything fairly quickly, stuffed into one huge bag. Everything was cool until i got home and discovered i had no sourdough jack! WTF.
Fuck you burnouts. Better burgers my ass!
And for the asshats that laugh and scoff that this is a fast food place: go to hell. Unlike you bitches I actually give a shit about service and where my money goes so stfu and continue to get reamed in the arse. Hope you get a side of diarrhea to go w that.

Absolutely the worst Jack in the Box. Not only are the employees criminals, but the managers as well. They’re in such a strategic location, being by a college and all, but the service (or lack there of) is rubbish. I went there, ordered, realized I was short changed $ 10.00 and when I approached the cashiers, they blatantly lied about having my money, and when the manager was involved, he did the unthinkable … sided with the employees! Safe to say, I’d rather starve than eat there again … and that’s NOT and exaggeration … and let me add, the ONLY reason I rated them 1 star is because Unilocal wouldn’t let, me post without it

Hands down the worst Jack In The Box i’ve been to. service was beyond horrible, when it was slow!!! went through the drive thru to order a large sprite, that’s it. it took 6 whole minutes, i’m rounding down to the nearest minute, to get my order. not only did it take forever to get my drink, they messed up the order! one drink was all i was asking for, no more, no less. this place is garbage, never again will i stop by this facility.

One star for ONLY the bathroom. They had no coke, no dr pepper, no root beer, no shakes, no NAPKINS ketchup or pancake syrup!!! Very rude rude service! Never ever coming back again oh and did i mention they had NO ICE for the soda machine!!! They shouldnt even be operating just fucking close it down.

We use to come to this one because it was the only thing close to the apartment that was 24 hrs. BUT I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE towards the end of my Cal Poly Pomona career…
You know how they started having the Ciabatta Burgers there? Well I will have to say I’ve gotten it once there then the second time around I got it, In a rush went through the drive through got my food and headed back to school.
At the light I opened my burger thought nothing of it, green light, then next red looked at it, IN HORROR I TURNED BACK NOT EVENING WORRYING ABOUT BEING LATE TO CLASS.
WORST THING EVER, it looked fine on top, but on the bottom half of the bun nearly HALF of the bottom bun, was MOLDED! HOW THE HELL DO U MISS THAT??? I went in and showed the manager, he took the food, gave me a refund and a new order. Apologized for his workers actions in serving something that was molded. I didn’t even eat the new meal they’ve given me. BUT COME ON MAN MOLDY BREAD!!! I even heard the manager say that to the worker, how can you not see that and why in the world would you serve it to someone?!
GROSS!!! NEVER AGAIN :(

Prices on some items are inflated. for example the Big Hamburger here is about $ 1.69 while other JITB are about $ 1.19
Why even offer stuff on the value menu if you’re gonna charge more than other JITB for it?
I’ll bet the owner is really stingy and cheap that’s why
Here’s another fact to prove it. on a HOT HOT Summer day, I ask for an icecream shake. the kid at the window advises me not to get it because the machine is broken and the shakes are coming out runny like diarrhea.
The reason? The owner didn’t want to spend money to get a new one.
