Smile Select Dental

I’ve been coming here since 2011. From having my invisalign consultation and treatment to my bi-​annual teeth cleanings and even teeth whitening, I’m incredibly satisfied with this facilities services.
Their staff is incredibly friendly and always concerned about my comfort and tooth health. They also send friendly text reminders for those of us that are on the go. I would say the only concerning factor to consider is that there’s a handful of talented dentists that work at Smile Select and some of the staff (including the technicians and dentists) rotate so everyone has the proper training. I might have Dr. Patel (Ms.) working on me one time and Dr. Patel (Mr.) working on me another time. Even though the staff might move from office to office the service is still stellar.
All-​in-​all, I definitely recommend them. I drive all the way from south OC to make my stops here, so if that isn’t enough of a reason for others to at least consider Smile Select I’m not sure what you’re looking for.

Been going here for a few years, I stopped because of issues with their over billing and bad service. Went to replace crown that fell out after 2 years, they re-​cemented, it fell out again within a week. They re-​cemented it and fell out the following day! When I went back all they said was they would order stronger cement but billed me for last re-​cementing although it was their fault. Prior to that they said I needed a dental guard to wear at night that cost $ 2,000. Then brought price down to $ 600 then to $ 200. This place is ridiculous. They never called for re-​cementing but had the nerve to call me for my cleaning. Needless to say not going back.
