I Was Helped By The Extremely Lovely, Patient, And Friendly Joanna Today And She Didn’t Have That Irritable «Hurry Up And Give Me Your Order So I Can Get Back To Closing Up» Face That I’ve Dealt With So Many Times In The Evening. She Has A Great Face For The Front Too, Very Natural And Wholesome And Perfect For Representing Subway’s Cleaner And Healthier Than Most Brand

The Food was good. However, the customer service from Alma with a heart next to her name was horrible! I’m glad Jessica was working the day we went and was able to help us. She’s awesome!

The staff was so rude here. They don’t say «thank you,» and skimp on the napkins like it’s made of gold. I know times are tough but come on!!! Go to chipotle or in and out next door! You won’t regret it…

This Subway Is Great! Always Clean And Fresh And Inviting And The Workers Are Super Polite And Respectful. I Was Really Craving A Carnivore Fix Today And Had To Stop By Michaels To Pick Up Some Lollipops For Some Crafts I Was Making, This Was The Perfect Place To Restore And Relax Without Having To Wait Forever And I Had So Many Balanced And Healthy Choices Too. I Ordered The Steak And Cheese On Italian With Provolone, Spinach, Onion, Extra Tomatoes And Jalepenos Paired With The Baked Barbecued Lays And It Hit All The Spots And THEN Some :0)

Great location for a Subway near our place; I prefer this location because of general the lack of congestion around this area, or at least less than the one on Nogales and La Puente…
I’ve ordered here a few times to either pick up lunch or on my way home when we just want something really quick for dinner. Haven’t run into a situation where the ingredients weren’t fresh, so maybe we got lucky with restock or something. I also have never waited more than 5 minutes to get tended too, so maybe lucky again there. This location doesn’t typically get too crowded because of the many other food options nearby… another reason why it appeals to me when I’m looking for a quick option.
Service is usually quick and efficient, and the «sandwich artists» are always friendly.

The vegetables looked really old and the bread was narrow and stale. I would not make the mistake of coming here again.

Upon walking in, I noticed that tables were unclean, some had no chairs, & there were quite a few pieces of trash & food laying around on the floor. I should have left right then & there. No one was behind the counter to take my order & I was the only customer in the restaurant. Mind you, there’s a sensor bell wired to the door whenever a customer enters or exits. I waited about 5 minutes before a young male employee finally came out to take my order. There was more than 1 worker because I heard people chatting in the back. Um, helllloooo!!! Also, there was no apology when I was finally greeted.
I would have been more forgiving, but in all my years of eating at Subway, this was the worst tasting sandwich ever. I ordered a simple oven roasted chicken. The chicken was extremely dried out as though it had been heated and reheated again & again. I’ve never had a bad sandwich at any subway, so I was quite surprised because given that it’s a franchised chain restaurant, the food & the taste should be consistent if workers follow proper instructions.
Any way, I won’t be coming back to this one!

My wife bought a sandwich for me yesterday at about 11 AM. She ordered a «BLT with mayonnaise and extra bacon on a wheat roll». She failed to watch the Asian counter girl make the sandwich. After she dropped the sandwich off and left to run errands, I unwrapped the sandwich and discovered: NO lettuce, NO tomato, hardly any mayonnaise but LOTS of bacon!
Is the employee an apprentice to the Village Idiot’s understudy or is she just one of the many who not only thinks jobs grow on trees but thinks she deserves a raise to $ 15/​hr? Suffice it to say that I won’t be visiting this Subway again, notwithstanding that this one is the closest to my home!

I go there 2 to 3 times a week for breakfast, but the 2 of the employees are very rude. They don’t treat frequent customer with smile, and they always talk something in spanish in front of me. Food is good, but the service is terrible.

Wow these people are rude. Just drive another mile and go to the other one. Believe me you’ll thank me.

Location and parking are both very convenient, and it is located very close to my work. Service is mixed every time I go but lately service has been pretty good. There were about 4 other people in front of me ordering the $ 2 sub of the month and only 2 workers. They were going as fast as they can because sometimes the customers didn’t know what to add into their sandwich. Overall, the ingredients were fresh and plenty.
There is a variety of stores in this plaza and going in and out is also very convenient. No big qualms about this Subway.

Being an avid Subway fan, I was excited to get a coupon in the paper for a buy one get one free coupon. aas a local teacher, I frequent this establishment for healthy options during my lunch break. Today, I went there on my way to work (about 7 am) to get my subs. When I showed the worker the coupon (thank goodness before she started making my subs), she was extremely rude and said that I could not purchase a breakfast sub with this coupon. When I asked why, she stated that breakfast entrees were not sandwiches and thus not eligible for the coupon. now the coupon does not state this at all, and i in fact offered it to her to look. the coupon states «good for breakfast, lunch, dinner. when the worker would. kot back down, i kindly took my coupon and business elsewhere.
I have never been to an establishment with this kind of disregard for the customer, or upholding company promotions. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of. quality customer service here, and will be visiting other Subways in the area. AVOID this estanlishment unless you are willing to pay full price. Dishonesty in a business is shameful!

Tucked into a plaza is this Subway right next door to Chipotle. PLENTY of parking, no need to fight for it.
I came here last night for a quick dinner after class. Ordered the tuscan chicken sandwich which is on this month (October) for $ 6 — the sweet onion chicken will be the next $ 6 for November. The sandwich didn’t really have much flavor to it. It was almost like eating a sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes and jalapenos. I don’t think I will be back for any chicken sandwiches. Pastrami might be the next victim. The service was decent — can’t complain.

We all need a good subway sandwich here and there, and I love getting a subway sandwich during lunch. This is a good location near my job, and offers great selections and deals. I found the staff to be helpful, and the parking very good. Plus with the stores in the area this place offers a good variety.

Every subway gets five stars cause I go all the time but this particular one should get zero. I’ve never eaten at a minimum wage place where the employees were offended you were making them «work». Pathetic service don’t think any of these employees will be going anywhere in life.

I can not believe the service at subway today… I decided to have a lovely sandwich lunch with my friend, but instead… I leave a bit disappointed.
First off, they were out of avocados. Excuse me? The last time I checked, its avocado season, which makes me more frustrated they are out of stock. Especially since there are commercials running saying «fresh avocados for your sandwich today!» Uhh… there were none in stock.
Secondly, the service. Like Eddie wrote in his review, there were actually two young ladies working there with terrible attitudes. She didnt understand me or something, and kept repeating what I said. «What?» «Excuse me?» «What did you want again?» I’m sorry, but I wasnt that soft alright? She forgot everything I told her just a few seconds ago. The second lady who put together my sandwich didnt do the best job ever, so when I bit into the sandwich, the cucumbers, onions, just completely plopped out! The lady didnt cut my sandwich deep enough, is what I noticed as I ate it.
Very disappointed in this service, which sucks because this is the location closest to me. I love Subway, but no way do I want to put up with disappointing service like that.

So my sandwich was ok but they ran out of avocados, how do you run out of avocados?! Especially if there’s a promotion revolved around avocados?! Anyway this young girl has the ugliest attitude makes it very uncomfortable because she’s making noises or making faces after everything I ask for?! VERY BAD SERVICE! They should train better because I rather drive 10 more min then Deal with all of that Attitude! Especially because Your hired to make a sandwich and put what I want in it please it’s not that serious or hard to do?!

Land of the fuchi-​face. lol Just stopped by for a sub and the girl who made our sandwiches acted as if we had walked into her home, kicked up our feet, and said «Make me a sandwich woman!» Was a snark really necessary? Geeze Louise.
The Sandwiches weren’t bad at all. They were made well.
The service just REALLY sucked.
