1. Food is ok, just drink lots of water because you’ll lapse into a MSG coma 15 minutes after your meal. 2. Owner is very unhappy and grumpy. She looks like she just swallowed a fart. Please change your attitude and be happy you have customers or I’ll go somewhere else.

This place isn’t as bad as people say it is. Especially if you’re into spicy food. It’s extra spicy. Their portions are sizable and service is also solid. Of course, you’d have to be genuinely into spicy food to enjoy this because the food is fire!

I would give zero star, but there is no option. This place does not deserve to be a restaurant, myself is a huge fan of Szechwan food, but this place just sums up all the bad aspects of Szechwan food: overly used MSG and overly used oil. All the food taste dry, even the hotpot, if you want to try some good hotspot nearby, go to Le Pot, if you want to have some authentic Chinese food then drive towards north you will find plenty good ones. And oh, bad service. Which I don’t care much but still gotta point out for others.

Sad to say, but I usually expect bad service from a Chinese restaurant. However, this place was outright hostile. There was only one other table when I went in for lunch. Two young waitresses were hunched in a corner with an older woman. All of them were playing on their cell phones. I waited for one of them to take my order. After several minutes, it became apparent that they were too busy on their phones to ever come over, so I waved at them. They started yelling and arguing with each other over who should take the order. When one of them finally came over, I could not believe the look of disgust and anger she had. I was pretty shocked. Zero stars for service. Two stars for the food(WAY too much chili pepper in everything.)

Their food are good and spicy, and portion is huge! Also they have 50% off for the small hot pot, it is worth to try. The only thing needs to be considered is their service, waitress attitude is terrible.

First off: UPDATE :; they have a B now and not a C. I come here once and a while, and I have to say that I never had a problem with any of the food they delivered to me. They give you big quantities of food, and have many great dishes that are spicy! :) not only cheap, but new friendly waiters and waitresses, also this is legit Chinese food. Unlike some other fake, bland tasting«authentic Chinese» places that claim that there is «authentic». This is the real deal(: overall, 5 stars! Keep up the good work !

THISPLACEISDISGUSTING! THEYHAVE A C!!! Food Quality: basically be prepared to use the restroom mid meal, this place should be named Super Shitswan because it gives you mutant shit! As far as taste goes the food isn’t bad at all but don’t trust it! Staff & Service: if I had penny for every time I had to call one of the servers when they’re in the middle of a social conversation amongst each other, I’d be fucking Bill Gates. All they do is hang out and talk to each other making the service poor… Also this is the worst part, they keep their tableware(plates, cups, bowls, chopsticks etc.) out in the open on a table which I’m not surprised by, but when you see an employee place tableware fresh from the wash onto the table and drop chopsticks onto the floor, yelling«oh shit!» Then putting them back as if nothing happened… You need to be fired! They need to give up or go to service rehab because they suck!!!

Good quality food. Lots of spice to them and flavorful. Poor location, if they were in Rowland Heights they would have more customers. They have Hot pot specials that are under $ 6 but loaded with ingredients. They have a decent sized menu so lots to choose from. Give them a try you wont be disappointed. They are located to the right of Vons supermarket.

We also see this place busy. Busy places tend to mean it’s good and popular with the locals. So this past weekend, my boys and I gave it a try. We ordered 4 items: Pork chop w/garlic & salt/pepper, kungpao chicken, yangzhou fried rice and 1 hotpot w/beef and SPAM. I think the hot pot was«2 chile peppers» rated… It was quite scorching. It even melted the fat chunks of the SPAM slices! Afterall, Szechwan cooking IS supposed to have a kick, lol! Everything came out fresh and quick. And it tasted delicious! I like the Kungpao chicken especially, delicious savory taste, then POW! Hahaha! Did I mention that the Yangzhou fried rice has bacon? Pork chops w/garlic and spicy salt/pepper usually taste the same everywhere else, so it’s ok in my book. At the time we went, it wasn’t too busy. There were only 2 other groups eating. I guess we didn’t go on their peak time of the day. Nonetheless, we got decent service. Maybe they don’t get a lot of non-Chinese customers… Maybe they do, I really don’t know. Give them a try if you want Szechwan/Spicy Chinese food…

Very bad restaurant with extremely bad service. What I’m saying is about an old woman as an servant. She’s service attitude is absolutely unacceptable! I’m an frequent customer of them. One day me and my co-work come here to have dinner. The old woman served us with very poor attitude. She have an bad attitude when I’m ordering. Saying«you come here often and don’t even know how to order? Need I teach you ?» And then. Lots of rude things happen. And we have an argue with the old woman. And finally. The old woman tell my co-worker I don’t pay enough tips and that the reason they rude. W T F? Every time I visit this place consume $ 10 and give $ 1.5. So what your point say I’m not tipping you? I will NEVER come back again. I give you business but you give me attitude! For manager, please select your employee carefully. Fire that old woman!!! They are mean, rude, unprofessional. You should pay my loss!!!

This place give me poison food from the Beef Noodle soup that I ate. I normally don’t like to write a review, but I don’t want other people be the another victim. The place sells low price Shabu Shabu, but watch out. I saw the chef, and the kitchen staff, they looked unpleasant.

Great food, large portions and great customer service! Have ordered a few times and enjoy their soups. Beef noodle is awesome as well as the seafood and tofu soup. Also, the Garlic pork chop is one of our favorites. Customer Service is outstanding, not like your typical Chinese Restaurant. Plenty of space to accommodate larger families and stroller friendly. =)

Not bad! Looks like their old name was Real Szechwan. We tried the Fatty beef and Lean beef in numbing spicy soup. Both were pretty good and the Lean beef was outstanding. We will ask to scale back on the numbing and increase the spice next time. We got a lot of good meat in a bigger pot compare to other hot pot restaurants in the $ 10/person price range. It would be better if they add noodles to the pot. I didn’t like them charging for white rice because rice is necessary eating spicy/salty stuff.

The grand opening of this restaurant in the Vons plaza. I dont know why my family decided to try a new place for the Mother’s Day weekend. There was no line… and we ordered right away. Hot pot style food, or dishes with rice. The food was very average. The hot pot style though… I did not like at all. It was«spicy» but thats all, no real taste to it. The restaurant looks like I’m eating in a business work building, which was what it was before they converted it to a restaurant. The tables are so short that its the perfect height for working… ew.
