They really need to train their staff. When I was asked what I wanted to drink, I said Unsweet tea. She brought me sweet. I asked for a turkey blt(stock sandwich that is on the menu) Was told their is no button for that so I could order a turkey sandwich and pay for the bacon. How does that make sense when it is on the menu? Instead of her asking for help she just told me I had to order something else because she didn’t know how to enter it in the computer. Once our food came 45 minutes later, I asked for mayo and she brought me mustard. Waited way too long for food for meh service and wrong orders. Train your staff to listen(or at least write down) the customers orders. Will NOT return.

Service was great and the food was good. I had the salmon and My wife had the bourbon chicken. Very good for fast food side of the road restaurant.

Horrible! My cape cod had hardly any vodka in it! The sandwich I ordered had swiss cheese on it and I’m pretty sure it should have been melted. It definitely wasn’t. The waitress was nice. Second I’ve come here, second time I’ve left a bad review that was good.

Stuck in traffic on 95 south and saw a sign for Ruby Tuesdays. Chain restaurant so didn’t think it could be too bad. We were wrong! The place is very dirty, Windows, floors, bar etc. Tho only good thing I can say about this place is a server told me to try the Main st Grill down the street and it was a real treat!

On way to Florida got a hotel close to this restaurant so we tried it. What a disappointment we were in for. Knew it was going to be bad when server came for what we thought was the drink order– but no-she wanted our food order. Guess she knew we had been waiting for about 10 minutes already just for someone to say hello to us after we were seated. Ribeye I got was ok, salmon my daughter got was good, my sons porkchop was really good. But then when I get to the sides– that is where I lose nice things to say. Ice cold onion rings, pitiful Mac and cheese– worse than from a box… do yourself a favor and use Unilocal to find another alternative. Wayyyyy to long between drink refills and just seemed lost and confused the whole time.

Being that the places here in this town are limited, we stopped here in hopes for the best. Our waitress was so slow and the food was even slower. It took 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Oh and the water… YUCK! It was yellow. No one touched it.

Tom We stopped at Ruby Tuesdays around 3pm and were meeting another couple. The staff was very accommodating, the place was clean, and the restaurant was easily accessible from I-95. Our waiter was very pleasant and patient. I would stop here again without hesitation. We had some drinks and all ate hamburgers. The burgers were a little undercooked, but good. Over all, we were pleased and will return.

On our drive to Florida, we were looking for a place to stop for dinner that wasn’t fast food. It was almost empty when we walked in. We ordered the rack of ribs and chicken combo. Server came back and told us that they ran out of chicken. Umm. what??? What restaurant runs out of CHICKEN? We should have walked out then, but were super tired and hungry. Went with the rib combo. It was TERRIBLE… tasteless and cold. While we were eating, we heard the cooks cussing in the back. Nice. They close at 11 pm and it was 9:45…everyone was doing their closing work/cleaning the restararaunt around us which was really uncomfortable, especially considering we were one of the only tables in the place. Literally 2 minutes after we got our food, the server brought us the check… hey let’s just make it even more unwelcome, why not. We don’t usually complain, but ended up telling the waitress how horrible it was. She came back 2 minutes later, telling us that the manager«took care of the entire check», and he didn’t even come to the table, as if he was so used to this happening. The girl was very nice and it’s not her fault, so we ended up leaving her a tip. If nothing changes, this place will no doubt be shut down very soon. This may be one of the worst places I have been to in my life, and I think McDonald’s would have been a better choice.

I had low expectations to begin with… and got the poor service and average-at-best food that I anticipated. But worse than that, I witnessed a couple who were clearly intoxicated(or otherwise compromised) being served alcohol. Neither the man nor the woman could talk without slurring their words, stand up or walk a straight line, yet they stumbled out of this place with keys in hand and DROVE. I should have called the police. The city council should pay a visit to the manager. When I brought it up to her, she was flippant. I hope these idiots made it home without killing someone

Stopped in for dinner on Halloween night during our drive from New Jersey to Florida. The place was very busy for 8:30 pm. We ordered the avocado turkey burger and my daughter and I each had the triple prime cheeseburger. They allow you to sub for the fries which allowed us to get a couple of baked potatoes. For a small fee, we included the salad bar. The salad bar was fresh and had plenty of options for lettuce as well as dressings. Our burgers were cooked fresh and just the way we ordered them. The French fries were just warm and ok but I was told the baked potatoes were very good. The service was very friendly and good.

While waiting for dinner to be served, observed female employee necking with boyfriend, rubbing his head and neck. Kissing everytime she passed him. Next thing you know same employee is delivering our meals with her hands on our plates!!! Absolutely disgusting, NOTHANKYOU!!! If I could rate no stars I would! Talked to manager Nicole explained that she had been witnessed walking by this situation 4 times and then we left!

1 star. Our waitress was sweet but we found a lg piece of plastic in our rolls that I pointed out, then when hitting the salad bar there were flies all over the lettuce and utensils. Would not recommend.

Broccoli stewed in water until mushy. Lobster over cooked. Tilapia was edible, almost good. Baked potato slightly brown from being kept warm too long. Rolls maybe one day too dry. Tea from mix? This is a very busy place because of its location. Someone in management from the district office needs to examine how many meals are cancelled by patrons as too bad to eat. Also, how many are comped as an apology. Major retraining of cooks and fast casual food prep. Staff was friendly, helpful. Food is the problem. Cleanliness also needs work. Maybe the turns are making them so profitable Ruby Tuesday sees just the gold. However, I have been to some that are pretty good. This one needs help.

Very good food, great service. This location is extremely busy. Only dining restaurant in this area. The employees handled the business and moved us right along with fast friendly service. We didn’t wait for our seats. We visited this restaurant 3 times so far during our stay.

Wish I had read the reviews before stopping at this Ruby Tuesday. Of all the restaurants at this I-95 exit, this was«the best» of the bunch. Mistake — Not! I ordered the Shrimp Fondue. The«unlimited» Tortilla chips — picture attached — were way over cooked. My glass of water did not come with a straw. My Bacardi and Coke had the lime I ordered — not sure of the rum content, though. My twins had the corn dog and hamburger kids meal. My son said the food was«good» while my daughter refused to eat stating the food was«disgusting.» Wife had the chicken quesadilla. She complained that it was too spicy. Side order of sour cream helped. That was after the 8 oz. Cabernet house wine. Server was Anna. If that makes any difference. /s/William E Lewis Jr., Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The worst Ruby Tuesday’s ever!!! I was so happy to see a Ruby Tuesday’s among all the surrounding junk food joints. After a 600mile travel day we were ready for a drink and a guaranteed to be wonderful Ruby T’s meal. No point in getting on Unilocal for a review of my tried and true favorite quick meal chain. Our waiter was fine. Our drinks came out of a bottle… no prob there either. We were seated at a booth next to the hostess station. Not only did the tabletop rock, my bench seat rocked too. Nothing that could be fixed with a coaster. After we order drinks my husband was glued to the football game as I gazed around the filthiest Ruby T’s on Earth! Gross! Crap splattered all over our booth. The menus were sticky too. I was too hungry and tired to leave. I went to the salad bar before deciding and every review here is correct. Nasty! I ordered grilled chicken salad for a change.(I usually get a Bison burger). The chicken was almost frozen and completely tasteless. The salad part was a bed of iceberg lettuce that was also over chilled. The balsamic was pure goop and I’m guessing full of cornstarch. ALLTERRIBLE. So, all of you have a great excuse to choose true fast food at this exit and skip the worst Ruby’s ever.

In a land of Chik-Fil-A, Shoneys, Cracker Barrel and Waffle House something like Ruby Tuesday in theory should come through like a shining beacon of better food and not slouch towards the informal or truck stop-ish environment of everything else around but… We roll in on Saturday around seven and are seated no problem. Our server seems with it and our drink/app orders are taken right away. After a few minutes she comes back to say that spinach artichoke dip is not available since they forgot to thaw enough of it so we could either wait around 30 minutes for it to thaw or order something else. We obviously weren’t waiting so we tried the spring rolls and that was a mistake as they were very, very dry, burnt and flavorless. Two people in our group got the garden bar which they pronounced as good although both commented that the area had not been cleaned in a while as there was lettuce, shredded cheese and dressing splattered all around. Entrees of a kids burger, kids grilled cheese, broccolli cheddar soup and a turkey burger were pedestrian and it annoys me to no end the portion control that RT practices as a chain by not offering you a bottle of ketchup for fries. Instead you get these stupid little shot glass sizes cups of ketchup and if you need more ketchup they give you another shot glass cup of ketchup as opposed to just giving you the damn bottle like anywhere else would. D-U-M-B Plates were removed and refills were brought efficiently enough but even still the food quality was less than ideal and at the core this place is no more than a dimly lit truck stop diner with square plates. Yuck.
