I am just starting a new business in real estate staging and redesign and called AlphaGraphics in Waltham to help with printing my online marketing materials. I cannot say enough good things about John and his team! I was struggling with where to begin the process of developing my marketing materials, and they helped me so much with advice about materials that I would need and what I shouldn’t waste money on. Their design team was unbelievable, as they helped to develop our logo and branding and I must say they went above and beyond my expectations! They rock!!!

I’ve been using Walgreens to print cards for my company and after the third delayed shipment I was fed up. Contacted Alphagraphics and they were able to get my my cards in time for a soon-​to-​be-​missed deadline. I’ve used them ever since.

No callback, no email, no communication whatsoever. Worst service ever. I was ordering several thousand post cards and they were useless. I wanted to try a new printer for all of my business, i wont be giving them any of it.

I contacted Alphagraphics about printing my save the date postcards and right away Paul was incredibly informed and helpful. They printed my postcards in under 24 hours at a price that came in under my budget. Also, even though my artwork was designed without bleeds they were able to print it full bleeds flawlessly. I definitely will be coming back to print my invitations and I’ll be recommending Alphagraphics for personal printing to friends and family.

I needed to get programs, menus and transportation cards printed quickly for my wedding in 2 weeks. Alex responded to my email within a day with a quote and was available when I needed to go and see the paper quality. The quote was lower than any others and the service was outstanding. Alex responded to any questions I had and the quality of the programs (double sided), menu and transportation cards were great! I recommend this printer if you are looking for quality work in a timely fashion.

I called them in a panic one morning recently because a Kinkos (FedEx Office) location did my print job so poorly, that I needed to have it redone within 4 hours. AG was professional, communicative, and the job was done totally pro. It might not look like much inside this location, but who cares as long as the output is great. I volunteer with a nonprofit (school) and this year we needed some signs and brochures made up for our Golf tournament. Perpetually low on funds this can be a very challenging task. We talked to a few different printers and ended up going with Alphagraphics in Waltham. We worked with a gentleman named Alex and could not have been more pleasantly surprised at how the projects turned out. The work was very reasonably priced and the quality was excellent. The work was done when Alex committed it to be done and he even hand delivered the stuff to our site.
They do everything from business cards to complex items. They even have the ability to get backpacks printed. Recommend the store and Alex!
